Everyone was very professional and sweet. They made sure I understood every procedure with getting the eye exam. I was in and out in no time!!

First timer at this office and was immediately thrilled that I chose this office! Wonderful helpful staff! Everyone is so friendly - it felt like family! Doctor was so sweet and thorough - she took time to explain about my eyes - super place! Highly recommend!

Every detail about my communication with this place leading up to the visit, and ALL subsequent communication after my visit about orders has been DISASTEROUS. They never answer the phone. They don’t return emails or call back. The only way I’ve been able to communicate about my insurance or the sample order I placed (twice!) when I was in office is because a woman named Ashley answers from some back up office when this place misses my calls every time. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because the actual visit itself was okay, even though it did take an hour and a half (TWICE as long as the lady told me I would need to take off work.) I am having to chase these people down like a high school boyfriend just to make sure my insurance works and my order has been ordered! ——— Which it wasn’t! And I had to call them after two weeks to notify them they messed up by not ordering them and have waited another week with no update. HOW THEY ARE GETTING BY with this kind of “customer service” is beyond me! Safe to say I will be finding another location next time.

Dr. Brewer was very kind and caring. She was very informative on the issue with my eye and is keeping an eye on it! Im very happy to be a new patient of Dr. Brewer!!

The staff is always friendly and makes your visit there very rewarding. Dr Brewer takes her time an explain each of your test results to you. I recommend Triangle Vision Optometry to anyone that is looking for an eye doctor

I have been going here the last two years and I have no complaints. The staff has always been incredibly friendly. They have good prices for people with no insurance as well, which is helpful. Due to Covid, your appointment will have to be scheduled about a month or two out, but that also means less patients waiting. I was taken back about ten minutes after arriving and had a smooth, fast check-up.

They will literally charge you money to sit in their waiting room!!! Never going back and definitely don’t recommend…

Arrived at my appointment to be told that they have no doctor on staff. They never called me to inform me that Id need to reschedule. I reworked my entire day and my husband took a partial day off of work to watch our infant for this appointment that was scheduled OVER A MONTH OUT!The office staff (including the manager) basically said too bad, itd take another month or 2 to get me and my daughter in for another appointment.My suggestion is that you avoid this office and go to Americas Best where you can get an appointment and glasses in the time you wait for an appointment at this location, and its cheaper than filing your eye insurance!!!Horrible customer service is an understatement!!!

The best service ever, I feel as if I have found my new optometrist for years to come. I have wore corrective lenses for years now and I am very particular about where I go. From the time I set my appointment over the phone to stepping foot in the door I felt welcomed. I didnt feel rushed or that it was all about the money. Awesome awesome service!

Went in for an annual eye exam and contact fitting only to be told at check in that I had to pay an additional $150 for a “training for contacts” and insurance wouldn’t cover it. Wasted time off work when they could have told me this when I made my appointment.

During my visits the staff and Doctors were very professional and passionate about their job. I felt comfortable and all of my questions and concerns were answered in a highly Educated manner. I will definitely be returning for years to come.

I had a eye infection ( a pretty serious one) and the doctors there were very nice and welcoming had no problems making an appointment or anything. A couple days later I had to reschedule my checkup appointment but the receptionist up front was very rude and unhelpful. She didn’t want to help. Other than that I think I’ll continue to go there

If you want a Doctor to tell you like it is, this is the Doctor for you. My only problem with him was he didnt know my whole history so he was way off on judging me. As for the office and the personnel, could not have asked for a greater bunch of women. They answered all our questions, they were concerned about us if we had a problem, and the doctor gave us a complete work up. I was expecting to go in, check my vision to see what strength of glasses I needed, and pick them out. I did not expect all the different types of things they did. Like I said, they went way beyond most eye doctors. Anyway I definitely recommend this practice. They are professional and I couldnt have met any nicer people.

Dr. Rogaski is one of the finest optometrists Ive ever met. He has excellently served our families needs for years. However, the staff in that office is often unfriendly or simply unconcerned with the paying customer.

I made an appointment several weeks in advance. My appointment was at 8:30. I had a reminder call and they asked me to show up 10 minutes early since I was a new patient. At 9:00 I went to the reception desk and ask how much longer it would be. I was told I dont know, but it should not be much longer. Youre next. I waited until 9:30 before I was called back for my exam. When I asked why I had to wait over an hour, the response I got was, Blame Obama Care. I suggested perhaps it could be a time management issue with them and then I was told, If you dont like it go somewhere else. I got up and left. If you like rude employees, a cramped, small waiting room and slow waits, make an appointment here.

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating!The Dr was very thorough and cheery and so was everyone else and even rushed me through when I said I didn’t have long before my oxygen concentrator ran out!

I waited an hour and 15 minutes for my appointment and then the eye doctor told me I couldnt even get what I scheduled my appointment for. I wish they would have told me over the phone, before I spent my time and money.

TVO is a wonderful place to get eye care. The staff at Dr. Rogaskis office is kind, courteous and very interested in helping you with your contacts and glasses prescription. Our entire family gieg to this office.
