Sorriest pharmacy Ive ever seen. Apparently they cant read a clock nor hold up to their pick up times, or just do their jobs either. Never can answer the phone. This will be the last Rx ANY CVS will fill for me.
Just tried to ship something through the UPS access point here. But god forbid you don’t have a personal printer to print off your own labels, because they act like printing off two pieces of paper will cause a rip in time and space. They have a freaking photo center! It’s not like their lacking in printers here. The FedEx access point has no issue printing off the labels as photos and just taping it to the package. So what makes this place so special? Now I have to drive 30 minutes out of the way in a storm all because they refuse to print something off. Absolutely ridiculous. No wonder this place has 3 stars.

Ive always had a great experience there until yesterday. The pharmacy staff were pretty rude to me because they did not understand the way the prescription read.

Although the employees are very nice at the drive through, the line at this location moves so slow. I was in line thirty minutes the other day with only two cars in front of me. Please ask your customers come in if they are holding up the line for eveyone else. A pick up from the drive thru she be a quick transaction but at this location it never is.
I go there every two weeks and they are always great usually have my prescription ready or are working on it.everyone is always so friendly courteous and professional.thw pharmacist Julie is awesome smart funny and always smiling she goes way above and beyond to help and make people feel comfortable and important 😉
I have been having my prescription filled by CVS ever since the first one was open in pilot MTN nc I have always been treated like family until I moved here the people at Thomas CVS act like they know more than my doctor.all I can say is this CBS has been nothing but a disappointment
I normally go to Walgreens but accidentally had a prescription sent here. I sat on hold for 30 minutes just waiting to speak to ANYONE and that never happened.
This place sucks your better off taking the trip to the one in archdale simply because the pharmacy is rude and doesn’t know what they are doing yesterday when I was getting my sons prescription I got told my insurance card was simply a discount card which it is not because the lady that was working the drive-through told me I could use that card because it is my insurance card so the other cashier had to ask her and she said no that’s her insurance card and then today I go to get my medicine and they don’t want to prescribe it to me so instead of being polite about it the woman with a mullet head was being rude versus when you go to Archdale they take really good care of you and they’re very respectful and make sure you get taken care of in a good and timely matter I am very disappointed with my visit here at the one in Thomasville I’ve only been there twice and I’ll never go again because both times were a bad experience
Don’t go here! The pharmacy absolutely sucks! They are so slow, lord help anyone that needs medication because it takes forever! And they will call you to tell you that your prescription is ready and guess what it never is! Total joke!
Dropped off a prescription at 11:45am -12:00 pm at the drive thru window. Lady told me it would be an hour. Which i let her know was fine because I am sick as a dog and also contagious so my husband would be coming to pick it up later today for me.My husband returns to the drive thru window at 5:40 pm and asked to pick up my prescription that was to be ready around 1 pm today. He is told by lady working the drive thru that she’s gonna have the pharmacist “expedite” filling the prescription and she would need him to come back in another hour.I called the pharmacist ( Larry Hill) and I explained all of this to him and he told me that he’s been very busy today. I asked him if the medication had been in stock or if it needed to be ordered and he said it was I. Stock. I let him know that I understand that your busy but why keep giving False times to pick medication up? Sick people don’t need to keep running back and forth to the pharmacy to get medicine that was promised to be ready.I was told it would be ready at 1 pm and at 5:45 - 6:00 pm the prescription is not even started being filled. During phone conversation Pharmacist Hill told me he would get right on it and get it filled. Finally at 6:39pm the prescription was ready to pick up!!This is unacceptable customer service!!GUY’S PHARMACY IN THOMASVILLE, CONGRATULATIONS I WILL BE TRANSFERRING ALL OF MY FAMILIES PRESCRIPTIONS TO YOU NEXT WEEK, once I get feeling better😀

Everything was fine except it would have be better if the young lady at drive thru hadnt been eating while she waiting on me, hard to understand her with food in her mouth while talking to me about my meds.

This is twice in the last 2 weeks they dont have 2 different meds in stock.
There are certain people in the pharmacy the have pretty bad attitudes. Especially the girl with the blue hair.
It takes forever at the pharmacy and I mean forever and the stock of items is very sub par compared to most CVS stores
