Very good lunch. Coffee great. I like sheetz better then other drive thrus

This is a good Sheetz. Its the best Sheetz Ive been to. It has the soft-serve ice cream machine that was in the Sheetz they closed down in the South Main area in High Point, it has that huge selection of sodas like the one in Archdale, and its very well-kempt and clean.I really only go to Sheetz #410 more than this one because its very close to my house.

Amazing. They had pitch black Mtn dew and Dole Whip for $1, nuff said. Kind people in the kitchen offered to heat up my friend’s Panera soup that she bought. 10⭐️, tbh.

I ordered online and was given an estimated time of 15 minutes. I arrived with only one person in front of me in the drive-through and it took 45 minutes for me to receive my hot coffee which was cold and my hot food which was also cold... I will never be ordering using the app again. On another note the manager told me that they were doing shift change which meant literally every employee was not working all at the same time period is it not possible to change out 1 or 2 employees at a time?

Ordered online. Sat in the drive-thru for 15-20 minutes while the cashier ignored us and swept the floor behind the counter. We had to call the number just to get someone to come to the window, as three cars pulled up behind us, only for them to be out of one of the items we had already paid for. My guess is theyre sorely understaffed or just dont pay attention, but either way: dont bother with the drive-thru if you have a choice.

Can’t get drinks machines are always messed up.... bad daytime/weekend management won’t go back

Their food is horrific....absolutly disgusting. My croissant was BURNT to a crisp and so was my bacon. Cheese was cardboard.

I’m literally standing on the inside of the Sheetz as I type this...I ordered a very Vanilla latte over 15 minutes ago...other guests have come and gone even ordered after me and still got their cooked food...I ask if the order is ready and the associate says my drink was sitting there she forgot to call me 🤦🏾‍♂️...17 minutes later...

I normally love stopping at Sheetz for their made to order food. Today I ordered a meatball sub that was supposed to be toasted. I have ordered meatball subs more times than I can count and they are always very hot and the cheese is melted, usually you have to wait a few minutes for them to cool down before eating. Today was different, my sub was cold, cheese felt like it was straight out of the fridge, and the meatballs were room temperature. I went back inside to see if they could heat it for me, and the person I talked to told me that I must have unwrapped my sandwich too soon and that’s why my cheese was cold. Claimed that I could haven’t possibly ever gotten a sub with melted cheese in the past. I asked could she just microwave it so it was edible and she refused. Very rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed with my sheetz experience today.

First of all, I know its Christmas and everyone is not in the best mood to be working. BUT. Me and my boyfriend came in today to get a hot coffee and my boyfriend bought some cigars. Someone in line saw and offered a dollar for one of the cigar packs. We said sure and gave it to him. Got up to the counter with the coffee receipt and the older woman there says I cant sell to you anymore today, thats illegal to sell what I just sold to you to a minor. Okay first off. The dude looked to be in his late 20s? what does a coffee have to do with that?? Where does it say this?? Feel like she was just asshurt she had to work christmas day.

I had to edit my post because I was commenting on walmart. I love your Sheetz, I always get fast service. I love your smoothie and my daughter always gets a bucket of fries.

Its okay to get gas cigarettes and a few things

The best customer service I have ever recieved! I ordered a strawberry shake and the lid wasn’t on tight enough so as a result, when I grabbed it I spilled it all over the floor board of my car. They replaced my shake and gave me towels and helped me clean the spill out of my floor board.

Nice selection of food and drinks. Ordered a ham, egg, and cheese biscuit and tater tots at midnight... they were good.

Quick drive thru

Stopped here on a road trip to get a snack and use the bathroom. Checking out was fine and they had a good selection but the bathrooms weren’t clean. Stuff on the floor, empty paper towels in one container, tp and stuff everywhere. It wasn’t the worst bathroom I ever used but stopping here would have been so much better if the bathrooms were kept tidy.

Definitely a great place. Everything from gas snacks regular food plus online ordering its great. Good service employees was very nice. All around great.

Love this Sheetz! Chad is super friendly and has a great attitude! He always gets our food out quick and hot when it’s busy! ☺️

Left a job interview feeling quite positive. I understand if you dont want to hire me, that is all fine and well, but could you at least be honest with me about it? They gave me a day that I would know my decision. The day came, so I called and asked only to be told they have not made a decision either way. The cycle then continued onward for weeks only to be coldly emailed by corporate that I was not being chosen. If you do not want to hire me, I completely understand, but do you really have to lie to me, and keep me stuck with false hope when I could have been applying elsewhere. Good food, good service, but horrid interview process. Good luck getting some truth out of this place, because you are in for weeks of nonsensical waiting.

Ive always liked this sheetz but Im writing this from the drivethru where Ive been sitting for 30 minutes waiting for a burger and tots. Thats just too long for a simple order

Overall this is definitely my favorite sheetz, but the late night crew aren’t my favorites at all, they always look at me like I’m high on drugs, and they take forever getting to the register when I go inside and when I go through the drive through it takes a while to get service and they a line inside you might put the car in park and get comfortable......during the day time best Sheetz’s ever by far

Drive thru is great. Fast, friendly and convenient.

These older women made my wife and I breakfast. All of it was really good, until we got to the cinnamon poppers... My mouth just died and went to heaven. I was expecting them to be crunchy from overcooking, but they were my favorite kind of chewy! Weird review, yes. Overall, this location compared to others is a pleasure to go to. Everyone is so nice here!

You need to have your gas delivered any other time than rush hour! Very hard to get into the pumps, very congested!!

Went in there this morning and got a large hot chocolate and was adding marshmallows to it like Ive always done for a couple years now. And the old man in there cleaning the floors made a huge scene saying they didnt sell those toppings like that and it wasnt for coffee and hit chocolate. Said I couldnt do that... very rude and hateful. Ive never been told I couldnt put a few in my hot chocolate before and he just threw a absolute fit. Like seriously dude a few marshmallows probably dont cost 10 cents... and not everybody gets it on their ice cream... we spent probably 30.00 bucks in there this morning I think its ok if I want a few little marshmallows in my hot chocolate. .... I think Ill be going to a different location from now on. Never had a problem with sheetz until now...
