Shelves never stocked, online shows 4 available, yet not even a display! Ask for assistance and always rude! Strike 3 or 30, however many wasted trips to this place over the years!

A great alternative to Wal Mart; not as confusing nor as slow. I can walk in and get what I want and walk out... And the prices are similar, one is lower on some things and the other one is lower on other things.And the sales information I get is more specific and detailed.

The help was great, professional and caring but the stock in the store was sparse. In all fairness, I had to order the DVD rewritable online because nobody else in town had them either. The store is easy access with a big parking lot.

Unfortunately this is the only Office Depot in Thomasville...on many occasions this location has not been accommodating to say the least, I have been going up there since Christmas to get a certain size box and to this day they still do not have them it’s always “coming on the next delivery” looks like the next delivery hasn’t showed up!!!! Honestly as a consumer and being that you are the only location that provide these items why is it so hard to have someone order them and have them in stock when needed!! There are other instances where I didn’t get my printing or they ran out of ink etc etc!! But I won’t go there. So I have to travel 40mins to another Office Depot in Tallahassee to get the items that this store never has and that has been on more than one occasion also!!!

Very nice salesman. polite. helpful. fully engaged with what I was trying to accomplish. I walked out with the perfect desk, at a great price, and highly satisfied with the experience.

Wonderful service. Ive always been treated well here even if they did not have what I needed they were still helpful. Most of the time they have exactly what I need or at least something that will work.

Dont make he mistake of walking on at 8:50 pm, to ask Stuart questions about monitors or computers. I heard him tell this older gentleman that I could show you more, but we close in like 9 minutes! Then the guy asked him another question and proceeded to reinstated how many minutes he had left. The other gentlemen did not want to help anyone, all he cared about was closing out registers. When you asked him a question, he would take a deep breathe and exhale sharply like he was aggravated.

This is truly a tough place to shop. Service is very poor. The town needs another competitor!

I took my laptop in for repair. When I received it back, I hooked everything up and was amazed how fast it was. 10 minutes later, I started having problems again. Seems the only thing fixed was the speed of processing. Office Depot has my laptop again. On top of not being happy in the service, OD is a 20 minute drive each way.

There never seems that legal sized laser printer paper is available. The next best option is to travel to another store of which none are nearby.

Kim was an awesome representative of OFFICE DEPOT. She made our visit enjoyable and donated bags for our Back 2 School Blitz.
