I’m only giving them the rating because of the customer work lack of! It’s horrible!! The items I got were correct but had to return a couple items and still battling with getting my refund and no one will contact me. So don’t purchase any if there’s a possibility of needing to return it….

I have loved everything that I have received from them. The quality is great and I love the price. You never have to wait long to get their product! Their customer service is also amazing! I get a very quick response and Kamari is always so helpful and kind! I highly recommend this place!

I do a lot of online shopping, and this place is amazing! You never have to wait a long time to get your clothes, I haven’t ever shopped at a store and whatever I see online or on a app is what I get! This store you can definitely rely on them getting you what you asked for and they are very thankful!! Also, this place is very affordable, i have a few boutiques around me and they have outrageous priced clothing! My wife ordered multiple monogrammed gifts for Christmas and everyone was highly pleased with them. She ordered a monogrammed shirt this January and it was done very quickly and she is very happy with it. DDP is her new favorite place to get girly stuff.

Staff was very helpful and shipped the items right away. Within 24 hours of my order. Despite shipping on 12/16, the USPS did not delivery these in time for Christmas. I was disappointed but it does not reflect on this company, they were great to deal with and friendly.

I have never physically been inside of the store Ive only shopped online. Ive ordered big orders for Christmas and even a one item purchase in the past and it has always came in a timely fashion and the items were always as expected.

Was a loyal customer for 2 years, they messed up a shirt and would not fix it and was not in any way nice about it either. Wasted 25$ for a shirt that was shipped 2 weeks later than it was supposed to and it was done wrong!!! Don’t waste your money people!

Very upset and will not order again. I placed a order, made a call to change one of the details within 5 minutes after. Was told they could change it no problem, but when I received it it was still wrong. Company would do nothing at that point to correct issue. First and last time I will use DDP.

Customer service sucks! Waited til the last day to ship when I called and told them I needed it sooner because of vacation.
