I cannot say enough good about Deep South Kawasaki. Not only do they have the best team but they always go over and beyond to help there customers. The GM Jon Martin makes every purchase fun and exciting cant wait to go back and purchase more machines.
Great Service! Everyone there has a great personality but Jesse the service manager was awesome! Hes very knowledgeable and honest and went above and beyond to get our bike fixed right. Glad we found this place we traveled a good ways and anytime we need service work we will be back! Thank yall for everything!
Good, honest people. I worked with John on the purchase of a new Kawasaki bike. Highly recommend!
Guys did a great job for less than they quoted me! I came at 3 oclock on Saturday and picked up at 5:00 for a full service of my UTV and they wired up a soundbar!! Highly recommend...
Salesman would not talk to my child about the bike she was wanting but talked to me would not recommend
Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Good service at a decent price.
My husband and I had one of the best buying experiences here! Karen was very helpful and knowledgeable . The rest of the staff were also very helpful and patience with all of our questions! Definitely worth the 2 hr drive to deal with them!
Excellent customer service and product in stock. Very happy with my purchase.
Since new ownership took over, has went down hiil. Bought a new motorcycle from them almost 3 years ago. Always had them service the bike. Just had 2 new tires put on the bike, and they nickle and dimed me without asking permission to do extra services. Charged almost $40 extra dollars for a chain adjustment. The chain has to be adjusted anyway when you take the back rim off to swap out tires. Had this service done twice before, never charged for it before. Plus a friend wanted to buy the same bike i jave. I paid $6100 otd price. Now the same bike is $6900. New owner just want
Great sales and service staff!!! We were happy with our purchase experience!
Fantastic service and good people, parts, service and sales are A-1 plus!
Somebody told me to get in touch with a guy named David dingler that works up there at the Kawasaki shop. I called his number and he told me not to bring it to the Kawasaki place he gave me his address and just told me to bring it there that he would give me a better rate at his house when I went to pick it up Sunday I got there my four-wheeler was just tore apart in his yard there was actually a another fellow there a black guy and he was like he didnt know what was going on mr. Dangler was not there but my four-wheeler was basically just tore apart it was just like I dont know like some mad person just got a hold of it.
Very helpful and friendly.
Wonderful place that do great service
New ownership as of March 2018. I was hesitant to bring our Mule in but glad I did. Jessie/Jesse is AWESOME. He took the time to help us out and get us the repair needed for our 21 year old Kawasaki Mule. We have a lot of other Kawasaki Mules and will confidently bring them to Deep South Kawasaki in Thomasville. We will probably buy our next Mule from Deep South Kawasaki.
I sent an email to them about a recall on my bike. While talking to them, I was informed they had to order the parts, which I can understand since I work at a dealership. I waited for about a week and was not called or told anything about when the parts arrived or when I could bring it in to get repaired. I had to call them to find out if the parts arrived and I did not get a call about when the recall was completed so it could be picked up. When I got my bike back the recall was done but work wasnt done correctly which led to my boot, rear tire, and bike being completely covered in oil when I stopped at a gas station. I called them to info them of what happen. They sent someone with a truck and a trailer to get my bike. The down side to this was that the person they sent could barely figure out how to secure the bike to the trailer so I did it for them. I would not recommend them for any work to be done. Take it somewhere else.
Everyone is so helpful and nice. The technicians are very knowledgeable and willing to help. The best kept secret in Thomasville. I understand the new owners are working on better signage to help others find their way to the full service Kawasaki dealership. Good job!
Very helpful! We called ahead to make sure they had what we needed and the shop agreed to wait on us instead of closing at their normal time. Also, the general manager was the first to help and was easy to work with.
David Dangler is a great mechanic
Some of the staff were unfriendly while the office lady was informed and helpful.
I have trusted my Connie with these guys for over four years and have never been disappointed. They are honest and very experienced. Its worth the drive from Tallahassee.
People was very nice had all parts I needed in the store good place to buy mule parts.
They did excellent work on my wife’s bike
Very nice employees. They were very helpful!
Got a hold of them about a four-wheeler filled out an app thousand-dollar down payment called me told me they didnt have the 4-wheeler I wanted but they had a different one that was on sale and has never contacted me back thats a good way to do business
Deep south Kawasaki in Thomasville Ga is by far one the best motorcycle shops i have ever dealt with. They have serviced all the kawasaki sportbikes Ive owned and are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Same location for over 40 yrs. Some of the people also. You cant go wrong giving them your bussiness. Service after the sale is the most important thing and Rusty with his crew meet those needs.
Did not fix the problem we had with our Kawasaki mule. Took it twice to be fixed. Finally went to Albany & purchased a new one. Very unprofessional. We were Interupted as we were talking by another employee. He told the employee that was talking to us to come eat before his food gets cold. Everything is hand written on a piece of paper, instead of the computer. Would not recommend this dealership.
Good people. Customer satisfaction is over the top
Great place with great people, they always treat me right
Straight up the most decent salesmen Ive ever had to deal with. The General Manager (David Charette I believe is his name) and the other guy(sorry I forgot it) were super genuine and didnt come off as sleazy at all. Albany Powersports only offered me $1500 on my trade in. Deep South gave me $2800!! For the same new bike! Thats why I walked away from Albany Powersports and Deep South got my business. I got the bike I wanted, didnt get ripped off, NO ridiculous, sketchy fees to pad their profits. They did me right and I highly recommend them to new and experienced riders.Special thanks goes to Ernest Mitchell at Honda of South Georgia for putting me in touch with the right people. You didnt get the sale, but you got my respect, good sir!
Couldnt find the place no sign and they are behind another building
