You know they value you as a customer and they are constantly looking for ways to improve our customer experience (which has always been great). We use Rumbles for all of our office equipment and we use their IT services. Before signing up with them, I as the owner of my business was the printer/server/computer tech guy as well. While I could handle about 75% of the issues myself, I would have to contract out the other 25%. It was time consuming and frustrating. Lee Gerald and Paul Haigh have made life wonderful for us. When we have a problem, my employees call Rumbles directly and it gets fixed often before I am aware of it. Rumbles rocks!

Do not use their machines and products. Beware! They seem professional on the outside but once you are tied into a 3 year contract with promises of Give us a call, and we will walk you through any problem they have NO knowledge of their machines. They will tell you that you CAN print envelopes but once you buy all your envelopes, they will tell you that they will of course CRINKLE when you run them through their machines. I had an emergency one night and called only to be put through to Peters phone while he was in Atlanta traffic and he was yelling at traffic and trying to listen to me at the same time. Very poor customer service, harassing calls from collectors days BEFORE the lease payments are due. BEWARE. You have been warned.

Office equipment companies may seem all the same, BUT they not! The people and sales force of Rumbles will make the difference for you. Lora Kibler has been the sales person I have dealt with at Rumbles and her caring attention to my company and its needs has been very impressive. Just once we had a problem with one of the printers we bought and its was repaired within 2 hours of being reported. Further, I have tried to jam the Kyocera printers we bought and as Lora said, they still worked after tearing the paper up almost in half!! Thanks Lora!
