Great customer service from Mario in particular. Expensive yes, but a bed is something you use everyday if you ask me we spend if our lucky 8 hours on our bed to rest. So makes sense to spend money on something that’s long term and for your health. I personally would pay the extra amount if you can afford it. If not highly recommended at least the mattress as it really does immediately make you feel the difference. All in all the store I went to was in Thousand Oaks in the mall and was fantastic again customer service as well as saving money on buying pillows as was gonna buy 4 and told me to wait till you can buy one get one free so that gets me two free pillows that aren’t cheap. Patience is a virtue.

We made an appointment to shop the flagship store at the Thousand Oaks Mall. The experience was absolutely superior to our visits at other mattress stores. We came in having a pretty good idea of what we wanted and our sales person Richard helped us zero in on the right mattress. Richard’s extraordinary product knowledge and his ability to educate us took it to another level. We did not buy on the spot but we did go back a few days later and purchase a Pro Adapt Medium and Ergo Extend base. About 4 days later we were contacted to schedule delivery, and 2 days later the we took delivery. The delivery team was on time, professional, very polite and they worked quickly and carefully. They explained the operation of the bed and answered all of our questions.We’ve been sleeping on the new bed for about a week and it’s been very satisfying. Yes, it’s a significant investment but the quality of sleep is well worth the price. Visit the store in Thousand Oaks, Richard and his team are absolute professionals.

After years of sleeping on a mediocre mattress, my wife and I decided to look for a new bed.  Previously we had never spent much money at all on a mattress but figured it was time to do so.We went to various stores - Sit N Sleep, Macys, Sleep Number and Living Spaces and found varying levels of service and cleanliness at each store.First, let me acknowledge that testing mattresses is sort of awkward.  You get yourself into whatever weird positions you might sleep in while a sales person gives you loosely-verified scientific facts about each bed.Second, during Covid, this process is even stranger as some stores ask you to lay on thin hospital-style bed coverings while others seem to still not know that a Pandemic took place.Anyway, we went to the Tempurpedic Flagship store in Thousand Oaks and were helped by Richard.  Richard was the perfect blend of informative, patient and Covid-friendly.  He answered every question we had and helped us pick which mattress and which level of firmness was best for us.  We never felt rushed and we always felt comfortable.Ultimately we got our bed exactly in the timeframe Richard had said.  The buying process was great and so far the bed has been wonderful too!

My boyfriend and I went into the store not knowing much and just dreaming about being able to get a nice bed one day. Even though it was like 10 mins until the store closed Richard greeted us with such a friendly smile excited to tell us about these beds and eager to help us. It was so nice to talk with him and ask 1000000x questions he was so friendly and patient with us 20 something year old kids and I’m so excited for our bed to arrive!! If it wasn’t for Richards friendly presence we probably would have never gotten a tempur pedicure bed!!

My husband and I went in on Thursday 9/3/20. We had a great experience with Zac. The stores was very clean and they have safety measures in place for Covid-19, which made us enjoy our time at the store. They spray the beds before you try them out and they give you an individual protective sheet for your body and head that you place before you lay to test a bed. Zac answered all of our questions and made great recommendations. They were able to schedule our delivery date for October and have the delivery out of state which is very convenient. Richard was great to work with. There were no high pressure tactics. He gave us his time and full attention and answered all of our questions, but did not push us to buy the first time we went into the store. The store makes appointments and has take COVID safety precautions while still allowing customers to try out the mattresses. If you are going to spend a lot of money on a high end mattress, I would recommend this Tempur-Pedic Store because you will have knowledgeable salespeople and great service.

The experience here was great and it was the third mattress shop we went to. The quality of Tempur-pedic has to be felt to be understood; it was amazing.We actually dont like the feeling of memory foam but luckily they had medium hybrid beds which have coils and feel just like a coiled bed with all the benefits of Memory foam.To top it off, Richard spent more than an hour with us, answering every question, and was a large reason we felt comfortable and eventually made the purchase.I got sciatica from the terrible mattress I had and I realized If i didnt replace my mattress Id spend more on medical bills than on any mattress.Thank you Richard for the great experience and Tempur-pedic for the great hybrid memory foam beds!

Walked into this store today without any intention of buying a TempurPedic mattress, and came out with a king-size (dual twinXL’s) with all the bells and whistles, pillows and sheets. We were considering to order tempur-pedic mattress in Ashleys furniture store in Oxnard where we live. We called Thousand Oaks Tempur-Pedic store to compare the prices. We sure glad we did. It saved us about $700 dollars in fees that Ashley was charging, but most importantly we were truly explained all the ins and out about the mattress and base and made an informed decision. Zac and Richard were very attentive and knowledgeable.

There was no sales pressure like when you usually walk into a mattress store they need you to walk out with a mattress. My wife and I tested out the beds, before you lay down they put these nice disposable one time use covers for the bed and pillow, With COVID-19 around these disposable covers are perfect. The manager sprayed the bed and pillow with Lysol right after we laid down on the bed, they really care about your safety.Customer service is outstanding at this location.Thank you Mario for an awesome experience!

The manager, Richard Negrete was very helpful presenting the Tempur-Pedic product line and then hearing our needs. He walked us very patiently through the options that seemed to match our interests and finally helped us settle on the product that was the best fit. He also help us understand options for bases and pillows to match with the mattress. We felt very comfortable with the visit, including special accommodations they made due to covid safety. Hello community friends! Let me begin by telling you that I’d give this store 100 stars if I could. From the very moment I walked into the Thousand Oaks Tempur-Pedic store, my experience could not have been better.I have been wanting a brand new, super comfy bed for some time now. I have a couple friends, and one family member, that own Tempur-Pedic beds, and they highly recommended them. They all said “my Temur-Pedic is by far the most amazing and comfortable bed I’ve ever had.”I was immediately greeted by Zac, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the various beds, and he was not pushy in any way (that’s important to me). We spent the next hour or so talking about what I was specifically looking for in a bed (after all I’ll be spending 1/3 of my life there!) with him asking me various questions, and explaining and demonstrating the different styles and models of the actual Tempur-Pedic mattresses and Ergo bases. He explained the solid 10 year warranty that the beds come with. He explained the delivery process. He even explained in detail the features of the remote control that comes with the bed! And then he explained to me the ZERO INTEREST (wait...what?!?!) financing program that Tempur-Pedic offers. That’s it, I was sold.I ended up buying the Queen size, Tempur-breeze and Ergo base, two amazing Tempur pillows, and a set of Egyptian cotton bed sheets. I can’t wait for it to be delivered and set up, I may never get out of bed again. Lol...I will update/edit this review at a later date after I’ve had a month or two to actually sleep on the bed. But for now let me assure you that Zac, Richard (he’s the store manager, also very helpful and friendly), and the rest of the team at this store are dedicated to giving you the best consumer experience, and provide you with the best customer service, that your money can buy.

I was looking for a bed and Zac made the experience so easy! He was beyond helpful, even after I purchased the bed, I called and needed additional help understanding some things; Zac was just as helpful the 5 days later as he was the first day.With COVID it’s hard in most places but they make it very accommodating. Hand sanitizers, extra masks, and water bottles readily available while you take a gander in the store. The store is clean, the employees are welcoming, they all have gloves and masks. I highly recommend this store.

From deciding which bed was right for me to deciding which accessories I needed to accommodate my new mattress. He could tell I was a straight-to-the-point kind of guy at that’s exactly the customer service I got from him. I really appreciated that! I got the Lux breeze Mattress, a mattress protector and sheets! I am very impressed with Tempur Pedic! This is my first Tempur Pedic and I really appreciate that you actually get what you pay for. I blind folded myself (all my doing lol) so that I could solely concentrate on the feeling of each mattress. After I took the blind fold off I was pleasantly surprised that I ranked the mattresses in feel just as they’re priced! The ones that felt the best, cost the most. With other companies, with other products, a lot of times you can get a great quality product for a better price than name brand. You don’t have to worry with Tempur Pedic. That’s soooo nice!!! That’s why I left the store with the most expensive mattress and I couldn’t feel any more confident about that decision!! Thanks again Tempur Pedic!! And thanks again Richard!!!

This Tempur Pedic store was great. Super friendly staff named Zac that was overly helpful even though I was only shopping for a pillow. I was a little concerned to come in after quarantine but this place has solid protocols in place. Free sanitizer, gloves, masks, and they have mats for you to lay on top of.
