I went to jiffy lube (2905 Thousand Oaks blvd) for the first time yesterday. I needed a ridershare inspection. I received the best service from Ben and Daniel. Very friendly guys and super polite and professional.I recommend this place to everyone.

First time to Jiffy Lube -- and I will return to this location for service that far exceeded my expectations. Not only did I feel informed and that my car received an excellent once over, I felt Ben and his staff went above and beyond to ensure my own comfort and care. Superb!

Went into this specific location out of the ones near me in Thousand Oaks and I do not regret my decision. I went in with a 2013 Kia Optima because I already knew I needed a brake oil change and transmission fluid change done. When I first mentioned to Rolando, general manager, he was very kind and informed me my car would be ready in 45 mins to an hour. Mind you I went in at 3pm on Tuesday afternoon and because it’s brake oil and transmission fluid, this amount of time is really good. The price was $290 for both changes with labor but I did find a $30 off $200 that I used and would highly recommend. One last thing I will add was when Rolando and I were done discussing what I needed and what I came here for, he tried to talk me into getting another thing done that he supposedly noticed. But when I mentioned that I couldn’t and didn’t want to do it right now but maybe later, he responded with “okay thats dangerous good luck.” I didn’t really appreciate that but besides that I had a good experience and towards the end I appreciated Brandon’s help at the end of my visit, he’s another manager. Thank you to all the men that worked on my car.

I told the guy what I wanted oil wise and he continued to argue with me about the manufacturers recommended oil. Then there price was 40 more than the jiffy lube in San Fernando(he did drop the rate a bit though... That gave them one more star) Then after my oil gets changed and my cars done, they pull it out and they didnt wash the windows like they said they did on the completed list of tasks and the vacuuming job was that of someone who didnt care much. The girl told me that she just wiped my windows down, but she is supposed to WASH them. They werent busy either, so the half assed work was out of laziness and not expediency. I read the reviews and shouldve known better then to come here but it was convenient. Wont come here again!!!! The heavy set Hispanic guy who rings people up should consider a new line of work cause customer service requires smiles, and positivity. Not grumpy guys just clocking in for a paycheck.

Came in tonight for a oil change because I over filled my engine a tad bit. The other location in Thousand Oaks on erbs was very rude and not willing to help me even tho I told them to make a note in the system that I take full responsibility for over filling my engine I just needed it changed ASAP! Long story short Jose at this Location was very helpful it is greatly appreciated thank you for going above and beyond at your job!

He reminded me of the services that I might b otherwise forget to do maintenance on the car. Speedy services. Support local merchants. Restroom is available, too. Free Wi-Fi. Jose and Paul did an oil change for me on the hottest day (100 f weather) of the year, 30 minutes before closing! I hate to be the person who comes in 30 minutes before closing, but Jose and Paul were polite about it and still gave me great service!

We arrived there and noticed all the cars that were still in line for service. First red flag. We were told 25-30 mins to get in the bay. Second red flag. Waited around for about 10 minutes and noticed how it seemed like they lacked employee resources. Finally asked one of the techs how long it would take til we would be serviced and done... An HOUR!!?? Valvoline 15 min up the 101 took us about 15min in and out (and came with a car wash). Next time just be upfront with the honest amount of time it will take to get in the bay and serviced.

Best jiffy lube ever been to. Been to a lot of them all over in 3 different states. Friendly, courteous, and fast!

What else is there? Going make appointment at dealership and drop off car for 8 hours and pay $50+ nope. Valvoline used to be good but they tore apart my a/c and it leaked all over floor board after visit. Guilty. Dont care what they claim. They did it. Was new car. I didnt ask them to even touch a/c. Being a target individual can really suck you know. Some do. Stalkers beware. We will trample you underfoot someday. Losers

I only went to this location because it was near my work. They said it was going to be about 30-35 min. I ended up having to leave my car to walk to work and get my car on my lunch break. It took over an hour. The manager was apologetic and gave me a 15% discount. I get a letter from my insurance that jiffy lube reported the wrong milage and my insurance went up. They didnt rotate my tires! These guys arent polite, make mistakes, and take forever. I ended going back to Ventura Vavoline because I never have issues with them and theyre always great at customer service!

I will never come back here again. They didnt put the cap back on my oil after they changed it. It splashed out all over my engine and not only cause a giant mess, but caused smoke to come out from under my hood. It smelt like burning gas anytime I would drive. They also told my mom that there were several things wrong with her car, in the hopes she would let them fix it. She took it to the dealership because she was skeptical. Turns out, there wasnt one thing wrong with it that they had suggested. They just wanted her money. BOTH of these instances happened within the same week. I will be taking these issues up with corporate. I would recommend saving yourself from the hassle and just taking your car somewhere you can trust the people working on your car.

You just tell them up front that all you need is an oil & filter change and nothing else (bring a coupon and say this is all I want), and they wont try to sell you anything else. Just keep it simple and they will too. Got in & out in about 30 minutes and only spent $26 on my 2012 Kia Optima.

They were quick and serviced my entire car and it was inexpensive. Loved that they vacuumed the car out. I was so busy watching Impractical Jokers I didnt notice.

Of course they are going to make recommendations, its a business! its their job to make suggestions on maintenence care for your vehicle. You just need to be upfront about what you want. Ive always had good service here.

Service just sucks specially from the manager name Venice or something like that.Unprofessional, rude voice sounding like I was asking to do something for free on my car.With the words “ those are our prices if you like it. if not take it somewhere else” you decide.

If you can stand the hard sell on services you dont want or need, Jiffy Lube Thousand Oaks is a clean place to get your oil change. I was in and out in under 30 minutes for my $44. Employees worked hard even though it was the end of the day. Personal service was zero though, but hey, what do you want from a chain franchise ?

They were really fast at changing the oil. They were also very nice.

They definitely try to upsell and make things sound a lot worse than they actually are. I regret purchasing what was only one step of the upsell, because they made it sound so bad when it really wasnt that bad.

Came in to get a $50 oil change, got up charged to a $165 service! I was suspicious, so I showed the receipt to a friend who used to work here. Apparently they charged me the base price for a 4WD car (which mine is not) and told me my car REQUIRED synthetic oil (which it does not). While I was there, one employee told me that the transmission fluid needed replacing. I got suspicious and said no thanks. On the way out, another employee pointed out all of my fluids under the hood and specifically said, Your transmission fluid is fine.Dishonesty and/or incompetence. Either way, I wont be coming back here. The SynFast shop down the street does a better job for less, and they dont lie to you in the process.

I was a long time customer who came back after my new car needed an oil change. Waited over 40 minutes to then be told Cant help you. We dont carry the filter for your car. Talk about really bad customer service. They just lost me as a customer for life.

Quick and easy oil change!

Ive been to a lot of garages over the years and this Jiffy Lube is always either dishonest or up charging. Ex: when I showed them in the manual where it stated my car didnt need synthetic oil they said that they would not change my oil unless it was with synthetic. They are not honest with people because they dont care about repeat customers, being a national brand.

It took nearly 15 minutes from the time I drove in until I was written up to get the oil change done, then an additional 50 minutes to get the oil changed. I’ll try somewhere else next time.

Terrible service . they are not patient. the workers always not on site. they told me to come 3 times for oil changing and every time the person who supposed to do that is not around
