Slooooow moving. I was there three hours to have a tire rim changed. The mechanic who did the job was a smart pro who test drove the new rim and tire and gave me some good advice. Three stars only because they are severely understaffed. Daniel, the front manager, was a good, knowledgeable guy. But he was juggling customer calls, walk-in customers with a quick question, walk-in customers picking up finished cars, car inspections, collecting payments, and taking wholesale tire orders via phone (using two separate lines, one in the front and one in a back office that he would have to run to.)
Went in on a Saturday morning. Had break grinding. Needed new routers and the works. Was told the car should be done before 5pm. Went to lunch for a couple hours came back and boom my car was done. They found the parts closer to the location and exceeded my expectation. Highly recommend. Thank you.
I take my vehicle here for everything they can perform. Rarely do I go to the outrageously priced Dealer.The staff are very friendly and helpful. They keep you constantly informed of your vehicle status.I HIGHLY Recommend!

These guys are great. Sold me a good pair of tires and didnt overcharge or take advantage of me. 6 months later they patched a small leak without trying to upsell AND fixed some bumper damage for free. Very impressed

Made an appointment for an Oil & filter change. When I arrived, I learned they were backed 11 cars including mine. Not sure if they were short staffed. I was there over 2 hours with no one stating how much longer it’d be.. After having been here for just two hours front desk person still held casual conversation with a customer that was making his payment, oblivious to the fact that our car was ready to go and despite patiently waiting did not pause intermittently to ask or assure he’d be right with me. On a previous occasion at the Firestone location in Ventura management waived the cost for an oil change after my wait had been extended. Nevertheless today I was charged the full amount. Unfortunately my experience was too long of a wait and unprofessional. I have been to other Firestone locations and this one happened to be conveniently situated on my way home. I’m afraid I will not be coming to this location again, nor can I recommend it.
I went in for an alignment on my 1998 BMW E39. I replaced tie rod ends and my steering wheel was off centered. They corrected this and any pulling I had was gone. I bought their lifetime alignment years ago it was the best decision Ive made.

My check engine light came on Wed while driving home from work. I pulled over and took a look and could see liquid (oil?) spilled around the engine and some light smoking. I towed my car to Firestone because it had good yelp reviews. When I arrived I talked to the rep at the counter about my issue and he was a little short with me, assuring me that Fiats only come in for Oil Changes and Tire work and that it would likely be a minor issue.I explained my previous issues with the my car and expressed that I thought it would likely be a larger issue and said I can tow it to my normal garage in the valley but I will have to pay for some miles out of pocket, again he said they could handle it. He said Diagnostic will cost $100 (separate charge) and that theyd handle everything.I ubered home ($$) and waited. The next morning I called and was told it was being worked on, it would be an easy fix, just need new spark plugs and some other minor work. I ran this by my normal mechanic and he gave some suggestions for testing which I relayed back to the rep at Firestone and the rep assured me that they had already run these tests and that they knew the issue and added need for tires cause I needed new ones. It was going to cost me around $700-800 but when completed everything would be fine. He said we will have it done by 11:30 AM Thurs morning. I said wow thats pretty quick and thanked him and said do it.I called back at 12:30. Was told it would be another hour or so. I called back at 3:30 and was told it would be more time. I called back again and finally was told that the work was done, but that my car is still giving the same error readings it did when I brought it to them. He also told me that they have done all they can do. That to fix my car Id need to take it to a specialist. The rep Thurs told me that the original rep I worked with (Wed) is the store manager and that if I wanted more info I would need to call back when he is in.So I took my car to Firestone, they quoted me at about $800 to fix the issue, and did the work but did not fix the issue and then told me, too bad, so sad, you owe us $800 and you can take your car somewhere else after you pay us.This is unacceptable. I shouldnt have had to call multiple times, over and over, to ask for updates on my car. It should have been done at 11:30 like he quoted or I should have gotten a call in a reasonable amount of time to update me.The car should have been fixed and if it is not fixed they should have immediately offered to make it right. I should have never been asked to pay $800 for work that did not even fix my car only to have to pay to have it towed again and then pay to have another garage diagnose and ACTUALLY fix my car..I am upset and disappointed that I feel like I got swindled by another shady mechanic. DO NOT bring your car here for issues. Maybe they are ok for tires and tires alone. But they assured me they could handle the issue,charged me for it, and gave me back my car with the exact same Check Engine light and error codes. Like they maybe didnt actually work on the car at all and just threw on new tires and charged me for a bunch of work that wasnt performed or never needed to be done in the first place.
Went in with a nail and within 15 mins got a replacement tire at a great deal. Josh Ridenour was incredibly on top of things and Gabriel changed it like a pro. Recommend for sure

Courteous staff. I have been taking my truck there for several years and always had good service.
Always polite and solid service here. Occasionally it takes several hours longer than youd expect, but at least theyre friendly and always do a good job.
Had my brakes replaced for over $500 and suddenly there is a mysterious problem with the engine not being able to reach peak temperature. I took it back in and they said there was no problem and they couldnt duplicate or locate the issues. I will not be taking my car here anymore, it seems like every time they fix something they end up breaking something in the process.

Friendly service, but very long wait. Made an appointment the day before but still had to wait over 3 hours for tires to be installed. Not sure what the point of making an appointment is then...
Honest shop. They were unable to order the tires I was quoted and had to order more expensive ones. They ended up giving me a better deal than I was originally quoted. Also, they noticed my tie rod was loose and fixed that.
