Can’t figure out how this place stays open. Three strikes and you’re out. Every time I go in there in hopes that this visit might be the one..nope. Everything is triple the price of amazon if they even have what you are looking for. Last visit I ask for a CR123a charger... nope. Then I ask for a CR123a rechargeable battery. Nope. Guy replies, “Not a lot of products use rechargeable because it goods warranty.” As I pull out a green dot laser sight that uses a rechargeable as do the majority of well made products that use a CR123a. I’m all for supporting small local business but I gotta go with amazon for my battery needs. Cheaper, better quality and apparently no uninformed employees trying to tell me something completely unfounded and untrue.Sorry Batteries plus. Quick and easy screen replacement!

My phone battery was on its last legs. I bought the battery here a few years ago when it came with a lifetime warranty. When I called them about getting a replacement, they informed me that the phone company changed their warranty to one year only. Luckily, the last time I replaced my battery was 11 months earlier. So I drove an hour to the store to swap out my battery for free, and the employees were super helpful and fast and stuff. I dont know how applicable or interesting this story is to the person reading this, but I figured why not share. Also they have batteries plus bulbs, like advertised.

I had two dead batteries. They were the same size and were checked by the clerk set me up with the correct batteries. The clerks were friendly, helpful and carried a large selection of batteries and bulbs. Easy in and easy out.

Jeff was very helpful finding me the right battery. He knew what he was talking about and had only helpful advice. The cat battery I bought is American made, which is rare enough these days. Go here for good service, competitive prices and friendly people

Nice folks. I was told the work I required would take about 45 minutes. However, it took about 3 hours. I would have gone home and come back if I knew that up front. They did take $10 off their price, but it would have been better if theyd told me to leave it there for a few hours and that theyd call me when to come back

I brought in a Samsung Galaxy S5 thats been unoperative for 3 years, bloated battery separated the screen from the chassis and cracked the screen, and then shampoo that had soaked the phone and cord when it was plugged in after Id purchased a new battery.I needed the phone fixed because I need the call logs and text messages from the internal memory for a legal case.I was told by darker haired gentleman at the counter at this Batteries and Bulbs location that nothing could be done for this Galaxy S5 phone, the guy at the counter never picked up or touched the phone, he came to that conclusion without examining it.When I got home, I then watched a few YouTube videos and diagnosed that the power cord was no longer working and the connector for the screen wasnt plugged all the way into the port in the chassis. I made these two simple changes and then the phone worked perfectly ! Hooray ! I know zero about smart phones, nothing.So in my experience, this shop does not do free diagnosis and does not look at moister damaged phones, or phones with the screen removed from damage.Make of my experience what you will. If I had considered this shop an expert and given up like they did without even trying, Id be missing over 2 years of valuable information for my legal case. A legal case with 5 years of evidence, would be missing 2 years of phone evidence (100s of text messages and call logs) from this old S5 phone from 2016 and 2017Always try, always get a second opinion, never give up. The other lesson I learned when this Galaxy S5 died 3 years ago, always backup your data to a reliable cloud account. Dont rely only on a Mico SD card and/or internal memory, for your data.

The people are very pleasant, ensured I understood what what happening and that they were going to run some basic tests on the phone before they could tell me that the issue was only the screen shattered and that everything else was fine. They told me that it would take about an hour and after less than an hour when I came back everything was ready and working perfectly.

Went in recently to get my dead battery replaced with one of the new Duracell batteries and was blown away with the customer service. The gentleman that helped me came out to my car in the parking lot, since I had let my battery die completely (idiot, I know) and installed the battery right there in the parking lot; however, the bolt on the batteries positive lead didn’t want to tighten down all the way so, once we got it secured enough to start it, he had me drive around the back of the shop and after many attempts to remove it, ended up just cutting the bolt off and suppling me with a new one free of charge. This all took roughly 45 minutes and all while they had other customer to help. These guys offer solid customer service and real care and pride in what they do, I’ll definitely be back!

Picking up the battery fine but when I went into the store I requested prices on 4 6 volt deep cycle and a starting battery for my RVThe after I completed the transaction for the battery I bought online, two other customers came in for replacement batteries for car fobs. Rather than help me with a possible $750 purchase the associate decided to help the two other customers with their key fob batteries. I made my request for the prices on the other batteries BEFORE the other customers came in the store and I walked out in frustration, COSTCO is my next stop for the batteries.

So easy to order online and then pick up at the store! I walked in and they had everything waiting for me! Gave me my receipt and I was on my way! Nice team of folks working there.

Recently I had the battery in my iPad2 replaced. The battery was replaced much quicker than I had expected and for me the price that I paid was very reasonable.When I picked up the iPad and checked the wear level there was no doubt that my iPad had a new battery.I was hesitant in having anybody work on this ipad because it contains some games that are very enjoyable to play but are no longer available to get on a newer iPad. I was very impressed to see that all of my games and other apps were still on the unit and everything worked perfectly.The technicians are very friendly and helpful and they seem to really enjoy helping customers.I wish that I could give more than 5 stars.
