Exceptional service from Kip and the rest of the employees. They are friendly and make you feel right at home. I walked out extremely happy and with new furniture. I highly recommend this place.
Customer Services was actually 5 star worthy but delivery issues beyond a hassle, if not for the friendly faces would definitely give them 2 star

Sales associates are friendly, but as with any furniture store now beware the wooden furniture. Most of it is particle board. They have been helpful in me dealing with my handicapped mothers account which is nice. They also treat her with respect and courtesy.
