What an awesome shop! I’m amazed there wasn’t a 5 hour wait to get in the bay. Friendly staff that goes above and beyond. I will be back. Y’all keep up the good work and stay honest and quick and your business will grow.

This place is an absolute joke. It really needs to be called the three stooges and a garage .this is a some of their handy work. The owner needs to be washing dishes or something in that range. The shop foreman is clueless the employees just do as they are told.

I needed mud flaps for the trailer, the holder and the flaps had fallen off. I called them and was told to come to their shop. They got me in and out pretty fast. I recommend them, they do good work!

I had problem with air on my trailer. The guys from Ten Speed Truck Service figured out whats going on..they fixed problem..very fast ..very professional..no waiting..no over pricing..Good place for fixing small problems on truck and trailer.

I will never use this shop again! When it was the 10 speed it was a fantastic shop. They replace a turbo for me, went to freight liner to get the turbo with a three hundred dollar markup, by the time I made it to Athens Tn the gasket from the turbo to the manifold was blowed out two bolts fell out, the turbo overheated and was leaking oil internally! Needless to say I had to fix it with another turbo where I was at, took the bill and the turbo back to them they would not honer there warranty said the turbo was not the one they put on, and said it is freightlinet warranty even though I bought it from them with a three hundred dollar markup! And also the root cause of the problem the two bolts that fell out were tight when I left there shop

I just shared 2 photos of a break can assembly that I bought and had put on at there shop about 4 or 5 months ago, suprised it lasted that long, mechanic didnt install top mounting bolt and rod was bent and bottom mounting bolt was about to pull out of casing. Break can made in China, so yeah top quality parts and installation, yeah right!!! Thanks!!!

Came here for tires. It was the best deal on the road, much better than loves or ta and many others. Also they did some patching, rotating and other things about it. Entire staff is very nice and friendly. So, good deals on new tires, fair price for labor, nice people but could be faster though.

Absolutely horrible! If you want to be stranded with the vehicle you asked to be checked out and serviced, this is the company for you. Customer service is nonexistent; they will have you waiting on the side of a major highway for hours upon hours. And when they arrive, do not expect them to their job and actually attempt to look at your vehicle. In fact, they will look around your vehicle, inspecting the exterior, which obviously will not get your vehicle up and running. It literally took him 4 minutes to walk around the vehicle and then he left without attempting to see what was wrong with it. If you are a woman, please do not bother because you will be stuck trying to find another tow company after several hours on a major highway. You would be blessed if nothing happens to you while out there on the road as a woman.

The nicest people at any shop ive EVER been to and there have been plenty. Please give them your business. You wont regret it. The cost was exceptional too.

I called to ask about a retorque. Apparently these guys dont have a torque wrench. Ill never get tire work done here, and wouldnt recommend anyone else to either.

So they want 500 dollars just to come 1 mile out and just to look.simple 10 insh diesel line i needed they wont provide it.scamers and stealers.i towed my truck to the dealer 350 and fixed for half hour labor still did not hit the 500 .how ever said honest come on you are one of the workers there?But absolutely nice and curtous they said we do anything possible to save you money

Totally recommend these guys😊😊 We had transmission trouble and unfortunately it had to be replaced. They ordered one it was there the next day even tho it was the wrong onenot being their fault the trans placed sent wrong one they arranged for the right one to be there the next day and even sent someone to intercept it a hundred and some miles away to have it back to there shop by noon so they could get us back on the road again. They were very accomodating they got us a room (very cheap) and shuttled us back and forth which means alot. The pricing was real reasonable (trust me i do my homework) and 10 hours labor i am pretty sure they had more than that. They were a real nice and freindly bunch of guys and when your 1500 miles away from home it sure helps to know there is freindly people out there. Thanks so much guys awesome job if your ever in maine go to the end of I95 thats where we will be!!!!

Dont waist your time, the KID THAT WAS FIXING MY TIRES SPEND MORE TIME TEXTING THEN WORKING. dealing with texting four wheelers is one thing, BUT to see your mechanic take off your tires, then walks always just to be on his phone texting. Thats BS I had to two bad tries, only fixed one, drove to LOVES, on ext 59, now those guys where true professional, awesome service. So dont waist your time and money at this Ten speed services crap.

The staff was nice and friendly. Our big issue is that it took them 2.5 weeks to get parts and fix the transmission and clutch in our Peterbilt. $8000 dollars later we are going down the road and the link cable to the clutch petal popped off while we were going down the road. The stupid ass mechanics never triple checked them.

My first and last experience with this, so called shop. Brought truck in on Saturday (late) and was advised he would look at it Sunday and see if he had the a.c. compressor in stock. Never heard from him so I called Sunday afternoon (5ish). He said he didnt have the compressor but he would jump on it first thing Monday and have me ready around lunch. I showed up about 1:30pm monday, and no one knows anything about my truck. They pull it in and say we should have you going around 6pm. Its 7:45pm and still sitting in the shop. I lost a $1400 load for a $1300 repair that STILL has not been completed at the time of typing this. Never again will this shop get the opportunity to lie to me.

Do not come to fix your truck or trailer to this place, i called in ahead and ask how busy they are, guy said not to busy bring it in, so i showed up after 15 min, had to find stuff, had a hard time, then finally found somebody, he write me in, i had to waid 40 minutes before they give me open bay, i backed in, guy start working right away, but then some other driver showed up and said has some problen in his truck, mechanic who was working on my trailer droped everything and left the shop for road service, i asked couple times what is going on, they did say anything, after 2 hour wait some other Mechanic guy finally got under my trailer totally not knowing thats is going on and start asking question what it does and stuff, not satisfied at all, if it was possible to give 0 star i would give 0, the only thing is few guys here trying to act friendly but this not about it, we are truckers and we have miles to go and hours to drive, if you cant take care of it right away dont say bring it in, just tell the truth for example have to wait couple hours then we will think if its gonna work for us,

Don’t use this fraudulent repair shop.They try to get authorization to charge your card with no amount specified .They tried to ripped us off saying the job will cost $300 to be completed,but after they arrived at the truck location they ask for additional $350 just because they showed up.Service CANCELED !!!

Bad business waited 3 hours on road side lied about arrival time.i called to check and was told the tech could go home are come to me after 3 hours.i cancelled.

Unreliable, shop opens at 12 on Sunday Im here 12:45 no one is here. I called them they say they will be there shortly. That was 45 minutes ago.

Took over 4 hours before they even looked at my truck to finally tell me they couldnt do ANYTHING. DO NOT go here for ANYTHING!!! THEY SUCK.
