It is a hit or miss on customer service! Most times I have received good customer service but today the cashier was excessively rude and demanding. She made customers like myself ready to make their purchase as quick as possible and get out of that store. I really wanted to buy a few things at the semi annual clearance sale so I overlooked her hatefulness. I love the semi annual clearance sale.Emails keep me updated on great sales!!

The smell in Bath and Body works is awesome! I love the products but I have to wait and catch the sales or find coupons cuz thats the only way I can afford it.

I really injoyed all there products but most important besides their product I enjoy the customer service the ladys that was there was pleasant very helpful exspecially suggestions different things about the best deals and whats on sale and even tell me how some of the products make them feel and suggest it different kinds I wish I could have bought everything in that store but Ill be back for sure

Employees (Tevon) very disrespectful and rude to certain colors of skin. Makes you stand I line while she decides who she waits on 1st. Greets them warmly while you get no greeting at al not even a warm friendly smile. And too top it off gives you rude looking faces!

I love the scents and all, BUT the employees can use a little training when it comes to being polite. There’s one lady (who’s black) who didn’t even greet me as I walked in the store, or say ANYTHING when I approached the register. That’s the second time she’s had an attitude. Then there’s another lady who’s black, skinny, and wears glasses who acted rude when I was just trying to make small talk, smh. The other one who’s a manager (the one who talks ALOT) was rude at times, too. They have some work to do, because next time I’m not being too polite about it.

Hmm..went here with the wife..her favorite place to shop. As always its clean neat and for some reason it wasnt very crowded..the sales person was helpful and nice.

Upsetting when we walked in and an employee sprayed us down with scents without asking. Deals are not clearly marked. I love Bath & Body Works but this store was a disappointment!

I got asked 6 times within ten minutes if I needed help with any thing by the same two employees. It was irritating. They also kept trying to get me to buy stuff I didnt want or need. They very obviously work off commission. It was worse then being at a car dealership.
