I have used this CVS for years! The pharmacy is always so helpful as are the employees.

I have to start by saying Melissa in the pharmacyIs the best! She is always so nice helpful and courteous. Thats why I gave this store four stars.

When tring to find a product the search site does not Steyn long enough. Then you have to start all over again same thing if you even check out a product.

I have needs that the Sraff took time to help me . I am very pleased with their service. They went above and beyond!

My absolute favorite CVS to visit! The staff are so friendly and helpful!! The store is very clean and organized and always have what I need in stock. Best pharmacy in Tifton!

The employees are friendly at times, sometimes they act like they dont care. Store is clean, stocked and usually get medications on time.

The pharmacists/techs here are walking nightmares. Don’t bother. The CVS down the street is much better, and the staff is way kinder and more helpful.

They have the worst attitudes ever and the worst customer service they have you waiting just to get one medication for almost 20 to 30 minutes.

Does anyone else have trouble getting the pharmacy to answer the phone? Neither location will answer the phone. It hangs up as soon as it says someone will assist you shortly. It hangs up on me. Does anyone know how to contact the manager?

They never answer the phone. Waited for over 20 min thought oh they’re slammed trying to give them the benefit of the doubts so my husband goes up there and they’re moving so slow and totally ignoring everything including the phone. It wasn’t ran like this when Raymond, Earl, Alan, and John worked there. How do I know? Because I worked there. They wouldn’t accept this. Obviously the head pharmacist in charge doesn’t care about their customers. Sad we called the one on 20th while waiting for someone to answer at 2:00 pm ( not a busy time but was at this point waiting for someone to answer 16 min in) and they answered almost immediately and usually do...even if the one on 20th is busy they will ask you to hold. It’s obvious there is bad management in the pharmacy at this location . Not only is the lack of communication an issue so is the fact that they are not friendly at all. Oh and instead of putting labels on boxes how about put them on the actual bottle of children’s Zithromax that’s just lazy.
