Disappointed with this location, both bathrooms were dirty. The men’s had broken urinals covered with bags, the pump I pulled into was out of service. The second one had a broken windshield cleaner. Then no outside gas receipt was printed so out of paper. Other pilots we use are well maintained, not anything like this location.

So theres a lady standing at the counter with her hands on her hips, i ask if the subway was open she says no. Theres a fully stocked row of food on there to make sandwiches with but its being wasted?...her reply was yes. Theres clearly a sign that says breakfast 24hrs a day...maybe its not people of my complexion...

A first-rate Truck Stop!!! Pilot #192 in Tifton, GA, is an excellent place for professional truck drivers, tired after a long shift, to rest, eat, and shower! Best showers I have ever been in. Staff was polite and friendly and there was lots of parking even late into the afternoon!

Pilot has been my favorite for some time now. They have made the ease of use for the rewards program a priority and it has payed dividends. Although not all locations provide the same amenities or parking space the staff is always courteous and professional.

Doesn’t deserve a star, but had to select it to leave this review. Kathleen was too busy talking to her friend at the Subway to even wait on us. When you have a customer, that customer should be your focus, not what’s going on in your life. Next, showers. Worst shower I’ve been in. Hardly any water pressure whatsoever. Now food. Oh yeah, there wasn’t any. The stuff on the rollers looked like it’s been there all day, nothing on the shelf to buy. Gut bombs in the cooler, God knows how old they were and we could have walked off with anything and the staff wouldn’t have noticed. Truck drivers don’t have a 9-5 job or 3-11. It would be nice if they had something to choose from when they park at the end of their very long shift. You are a truck stop after all.

Parking lot is huge that is very well put its comfortable and efficient I want to say the same thing with the diesel pumps but they still look inside you can find a steak and Shake and also a Subway. Good place for lunch. You also get a truck wash and a good gas pump for cars. Service is very good.

I backed my R.V. Van up in the front and took a nap. Busy place close to interstate. Store was very clean and workers nice at 5 A.M.

This station is filthy dirty. The store room next to the womens bathroom had stuff all over the floor, floors were wet. Card readers were out at the pumps. There were boxes (of what I assume was new stock) on the floors blocking half of the aisle. ICK.

Good gas price. Clean store. Seemed well stocked. Fresh coffee. Attentive staff. Too bad some of the customers acted like spoiled brats.

Do not eat at the Steak N Shake at this location. I found a plastic bag covered with ice inside my soda drink! Absolutely gross!

Had to pay for a shower that was not properly cleaned even though I filled up yesterday. From now on I will pay inside to ensure credits and points are received. Sorry for the hold up.

Showers are clean and just by 5pm its packed. But overall no complaints.

Pilot needs to get it together for the drivers subway has no bread and steak and shake out of everything but burgers we spend good money on fuel need to take care of up

Came in last night plenty of parking. Here for 34 hr break so go in for shower and Kim at the register doesnt seem to like her job. She thru my change across counter (all bills). I was 2 waiting after 15 minutes i walk thru and every shower is dirty. No one cleaning. She said maintenance is gone. 3 people in counter area. Poor management. Again she threw my money and receipt across counter. So rude!!!

No clean shower, all sitting empty,Manager and everyone standing around, and the person that does work is not here, my question is what do they do, when the manager sets such a low standard of client service

Very slooowww service. Especially at the subway. One attendant who left customers in line to make herself a cup of coffee. Then said “patience is a virtue” when we made a comment about waiting and if y’all are open. Can we get some decent customer service here!? Been driving for almost ten hours and the VERY last thing I want to do is wait around for someone who had their nights rest to tell me to have patience. Thanks!!! Gotta love Georgia. This place is a joke and definitely needs better management and employees.

I always try to make it HERE for my 10 hour break. I always get lucky and find a spot to park. The only thing I’ll warn anyone about is, EVERY TIME I stop here at night I’ll be approached by someone (men AND women) asking for money.I haven’t been or, felt threatened, nor were those people aggressive or threatening. Just a heads up people. Other than THAT.... GOOD STOP.... AND.... The Blue Beacon Truck Wash (In the back) Does an EXCELLENT JOB!

A bad dream. 7 trips in and out of store to get reefer reset! Sends me to another pump and it wont come on either. And all the while attendant acts like she doesnt have a care in the world.

I read another persons review about someone asking for money. We had that experience this morning around 2am man knocked on our truck door. I didnt see the man as my husband told me to stay put in the sleeper. I didnt sleep for the rest of the night. We just left around 6am.

I see the owner is active with the comments. Your store is under manage. I went in at 0615 for a shower an all the showers were dirty, automated system turned off and 1 person working.After the system was turned back on it gave me a shower that was already taken....Thanx Donald for your help

This is the most DISGUSTING truck stop Ive been to yet. The bathroom was nasty. Walking through the parking lot, the smell of urine is nauseating. I know they can do little to keep men from peeing out here but by the looks of it, this place hasnt been hosed down in years. The only reason they get an extra star from me is because of the Steak and Shake restaurant on the premises. The food was a great value, decent quality, and the servers personality was icing on the cake.

This morning young lady at the cash register whom refuse to give her name, refused to take my payment for diesal walked away from register saying Im not taking anymore customers because I am on shift 10 minutes past her shift leaving the registration unattended. Her name is Thy her shift ended 7am this morning. Very rude and unprofessional, we drive many hours professionally and to get that kind of service from such an amazing location ruined the experience!

Store was nasty. Bathrooms were a mess. And the drink station was just plain gross. Would not recommend.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The female manager has an unacceptable attitude problem. In the 15 minutes it took to check out, she verbally accosted three of the customers. There were 16 people in line to check out and not a single open register. Absolutely horrible. Avoid stopping here and co fine down to the next exit for gasoline.

The girl at the register Kathleen is the rudest cashier Ive ever delt with. She seems like she hates her job seems lazy and uninterested in helping the customer.

Went to try and eat at steak and shake and unfortunately it is still a take out only as well is subway. GA is currently at phase 1 and considering phase 2 last I read. So why is it part of pilot is take out only other parts are 50 capacity. Makes no sense.. calling corporate steak n shake and pilot.. wish I could leave no stars

Stop here to get gas and the main reason I stopped at the pilot was because they usually have the longer windshield cleaners and they didnt even have any out and I really needed my windows cleaned so I was actually very disappointed

Good. I spent 4 days here waiting on a load without a problem. The ladies at subway subway know how to load the sandwiches. They got a drivers lounge with comfortable seats. They got the good coffee bean grinder machine. The only reason for 4 instead of five stars is the back part of the parking lot like by the shop to the blue beacon smells like piss very bad. The blue beacon also does really good. Overall I was very satisfied. I am highly likely to stop if Im in the area again.

Clean restrooms, friendly and cheerful staff. The store was extremely busy, as expected for an early morning at a truck stop, but the staff was still friendly to everyone, while moving people through the line quickly at checkout. Great start to what is usually a hectic day, thank you Pilot!

Great place to stop. Great coffee, and lots of snacking food. Everything is geared towards drivers, whether professional or not. Travelers are the main focus. Foods that can be consumed while driving. Great that they provide health conscience foods also.Good gas prices also.

The subway staff are probably the best staff Ive come across. Funny, professional, accurate and very friendly. Kudos to manager. Loads of parking but drivers get clever and make their own, even at pumps. Advised staff numerous times Ive come here about the guys bothering for $, nothing seems to happen. Garage here to fix ups and also blue Beacon.

Very very nice girls in subway... I loved my food! It was made perfect I will never get another subway worker to get the sandwich the way I like it. The bread was fresh & soft the cookies were just as fresh. I appreciate the ladies upbeat attitude and Friendly demeanor so early in the morning. I couldnt imagine being nice in the morning 😁😁 jk.. Also the store was clean and the cashier was very nice. Thank yall 🌻

Clean, quiet. Cashiers are super friendly. Parking can be sticky, but reserved spots are plentiful! On site restaurant is affordable and food is good! Will stop again if in the area....

Steak N Shake - Not clean, slow service, not great tasting...long long line to just pay your bill

I enjoy coming to this location because of the ease of getting on/off I-75 and the number of fuel bays available. However, however! They have a bad vagrancy problem here. Theres always someone there looking for a hand-out with a sad story and it has become quite irritating!! Hopefully Pilot will get this corrected in the immediate future..

It was clean and the burgers was fantastic but didnt really care for the fries. They were too small and hard for me to eat cause I have no teeth. Wouldve been alot better if it had steak fries to go with the burgers.

The usual oh my God, if I see another truck driver Im going to scream attitude. Filthy store. I hate stopping there, but I love steak n shake. The steak n shake is the worst one on Earth; slow (painfully so), always out of whatever it is you really want and complete with gum-smacking counter person. However, sometimes the worst steak n shake on Earth is better than no steak n shake at all.

Friendly staff but understaffed. Only one employee at Subway, who had not been alerted that a bus was on the premises. Once she had been made aware, she as well as the customers who were not bus passengers allowed them to complete their orders in order to return before their lunch break time expired. Loved the fact that all worked together. Wish the corporate would make cosmetic improvements for their older locations.

As the war between Loves and Pilot over who can build the smallest store continues, Pilot scored a major victory with the construction of Pilot #192. Rumors that Loves is retaliating by building stores that will require confined space permits continue to persist.

Always full of tractor drivers but always efficient y good place to take a bite and get some refreshments too they had some electronics for the road you can find windshield blades some repairs and more like chargers, converters, bluetooth speakers, hands free earphones and more

This is one of the worst pilots weve ever stopped at. Do not stop here if traveling with a camper. What a nightmare. This place cares only about curb appeal and I literally mean curbs so much to the extent of one way in and one way out when they could have made it so nice and so easy, but instead they put curbs and flower beds everywhere to make it a nightmare. The person who designed this auto side for pilot should lose all architecture or engineering privileges and never be allowed to come up with such a disaster ever again.

Im gonna go with three stars only because the service was great and the coffee is fresh. The store part was clean but the bathrooms were absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I had to pass on using them. Every stall was extremely dirty. They did have soap.

Pleasant people and place. They even had a good attitude on Christmas day.

The customer service here was pleasant but the display of the African-American dolls hanging from the ceiling was disturbing and disrespectful. The associates at the store confirmed that corporate has been called 3 times but they refuse to remove the display. In 2019 this is sincerely disappointing.

We stopped in on a road trip. The store is big and very accommodating. Sadly, we got there just as a mega bus did as well. They filed off and practically ran into the store to get in line for the subway thats inside. It was so overwhelming and hectic. I left. Otherwise, thats about all I have to offer.

This place is pretty nasty. The drivers lounge chairs are all stained and sticky. Marks on the ceiling where water has leaked through. Beat up walls with things carved into them. Bathroom full of flies and no toilet paper. This is a pretty awful place. Would not recommend.

Why even put this sign up of your bathrooms are going to Atrocious. The women bathroom was bad tissue all on the floor, feces on the toilet seat, blood on the tampon box so there was one good toilet out of three.

Love there coffee machines. The bean is ground as you watch. Many varieties! Flavored creamers and different types of sugar.

This Pilot was easy to find, get into, and get out of. Fuel prices were comparable to others. The staff was polite. Drink prices and selection were good. The restroom was clean.

Truck stop, has decent amount of parking but alot of it is paid parking. Fuel island is a mess because of parking situation. The bad is the truck stop store, subway and steak and shake. Dirty, slow and in general poorly managed. Plenty of employees just standing around collecting minimum wage. Showers are dirty also.

Typical. Fuel price 35 cents higher then 30 miles South of here.Paid over $74 coffee refill but the 2 girls that waited on me at Subway were terrific. Thanks for that.

Great place to break from a long drive. Was able to work on laptop and have very affordable dinner in the Steak and Shake there.

Its a convenient stop for gas or a drink in the area. The cashiers typically always rude and the store is over priced, but they do sometimes have decent snack and drink combo deals. They also have a subway in the store and I typically have decent service from them.

Met my aunt for lunch, when the Mega bus stop to fuel up on my way to St. Louis, Mo. Theres and Arbys inside Pilot Travel Center. We had the Gyro sandwiches. They were good.

The truck stop has always been one of my favorite stops across America. However, the steak and shake is gone completely to the dogs. I ordered three things: half and half tea (which was mixed with Coca-Cola; beef taco salad with Ranch dressing on side ( I got the salad with at least a cup of dressing on the salad.) and a chocolate chip cookie dough shake (with no chocolate chip cookie dough, alot of whipped topping and very little ice cream). There was a loud argument going on in the kitchen. It sounded like items were being thrown around in all the shouting. After a great deal of prodding by the cashier, doand about ten minutes, a young man with a grimace on his face came out with the milkshake. The cashier did apologize for the bad food and the awful conduct of the staff. The waitress was sweet and apologized for the mess. Apparently, the two could not get the kitchen to do their job. When I asked for the manager, they said that he or she had stepped out for a few minutes. I then left because the battle in the kitchen was still going on. I decided to buy fuel down the road.

The Pilot staff was very friendly. I’d give this Pilot a four star rating if it wasn’t for the rude and very obnoxious cashier at the steak &shake. She picks and chooses with whom she skins and grins with. And it causes the line to back up. The Subway staff were pleasant.

Pilots are all pretty standard in my experience, and thats what we like about them, pulling a big RV around you learn to appreciate a dependable experience like this. I always look for a pilot when we travel.
