Love Railway FURNITURE.....it was a good visit!!!! bought end distressed table small sofa bedroom set....was,good furniture & the best service I received from the Whole staff ....the delivery was on time with 2 hard working delivery staff. the Sales person was Was very helpful ( Chris Busine....go the cashier at check out time....) hope they are paid there worth....They were,all excellent.....The owner was a Really business minded. We have been shopping for a sectional sofa. They had a few, but they were all the same color...cream! All the sofas were cream!!! Also no one made a move from behind the desk to even see if we needed any assistance or to answer questions. Plus the price in store did not reflect the prices I saw on line. I won’t be back.

Most courteous service Ive ever received at a furniture store. Courtney treated me like family & I had never met her. Beautiful furniture, reasonable prices, fast delivery, very professional delivery staff, & stood behind their word (thats something worth talking about!) Will definitely drive the distance to shop here again rather than giving my business to a local chain store.

I can always find some nice pieces but the service is awful. Spoke to the manager about the bad representative and she took over! She was worst! Have not heard from the store manager since I spent 2 hours selecting leather furniture from their catalogs.

Employees was very helpful and nice bought a mattress 🙂

Had a GREAT experience buying from them!! Had to order what I wanted because it wasnt in Stock. They called me the day it came in and asked when I wanted it delivered. I jokingly told them that day and, they said they could!!!! Had my furniture in my house within a few hours. The guys that delivered it were very professional and knew exactly how to do it right!!! We are highly pleased!!!

Great selection and price. They treat you as a person and listen with help in mind. They live up to their word.

The staff is quite helpful, the prices are in line with the quality of the furniture they offer. And they have many different lines to offer. From catnapper to coast to coast. Youre sure to find something that suits your furniture needs. Jay is very knowledgeable and Carmen was a delight.
