Great place to get what you need.

First things first, so Powerhouse is my go to spot for archery equipment and bow work. I have spent a pretty substantial amount of money with the archery department and can honestly say that I have been 100% pleased with the service.Since I’ve had nothing but excellent experience in that department, I had my mind made up that I was going there to purchase a commercial zero turn mower this week. When I walk in, there’s customers in the archery department and one customer at the lawn counter. I stayed in the showroom 43 minutes looking at the mowers. I was never once asked if I needed any help. I refuse to beg for a purchase. Needless to say, I was pleased with my cash purchase from a competitor.

I dont even know where to start except to say Russ and his staff run a 5 star operation. I have done business with Powerhouse Outdoor Equipment for 3 years. I bought a Generator from them Fri 10/12/18. I had a issue with it over the weekend and had to bring it back. Russ did not hesitate to exchange it a for a new one. no questions asked. that is what I call Great customer service. If they sell what I am looking for I will be purchasing it from Powerhouse Outdoor Equipment.

I stopped by to see the Cub Cadwt 48 and higher cut lawn tractor inventory and spoke to Russell. He was very courteos, seemed engaging, gave me a lot of information about on site maintenance and not having to send my mower to Jacksonville. Priced a little higher than competition but I still havent decided yet.

Very knowledgeable in all mower / small engine repair. Used them several times, never fix the problem the first time always had to return to fix what was wrong. I have got tired of returning equipment to be repaired and costing more money I have decided not to return.
