Impressed by the professionalism of the Store Manager Kaliko and the employee Angel. They never let me down on getting my prints done in time or on any of my packages I send out and receive. They are both honest and reliable! I am extremely pleased with this store and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to them if you need a shipment or printing services done right! They are very considerate even when they are extremely busy!
I went in there earlier today to go and return an Amazon package and I bought one of the Popsockets that they sell at the store.The employee that helped me was really respectful and helpful and made sure that my package was gonna get to where it needed to be. I went home and I noticed I was missing my wallet, so I went back and the employees were really respectful and honest people. They found my wallet and put it away safe for me until i returned for get it, everything was in place and nothing was missing.
They steal packages here, beware. Ive had hundreds of packages delivered no problem but as soon as something a bit valuable comes in, it gets lost. Never even scanned in.. Ive personally overheard the employee Angel say he takes what he can if he knows its of high value. I told the girl manager kaliiko(sp?) and she acted like she couldnt care less. Best to avoid this location they will rip you off.

Had an Amazon return and needed someone to read a QR Code to get a shipping label. I messaged Tifton UPS store and got an OK. Drove to Tifton and presented the QR Code to the nice lady and she printed the return label. She even held the door as I retrieved the package from my truck. Pleasant, capable, knowledgeable, all with a smile. Thanks folks, saved me a trip to Albany and made my day so much more pleasant than before.

This the worst UPS store i have ever visitedThe lady (Kaliko) was very rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. I will not be returning store. Hopefully she gets the necessary customer service training she desperately needs.
This is a very organized store. The manager and employees always go above and beyond to help. Our company is very satisfied with all the services this UPS Store has to offer.
If I could give zero stars I would. A family member attempted to ship a valuable package to me. He walked in with the valuable in his hand and put it in a box. A label was created but it was never scanned in. There is no record of it leaving the facility and they claimed it was shipped but it never reached my house. it is “lost.”In this day of technology, this is inexcusable and packages don’t just go missing. Someone knows where my package is but no one cares enough to try to locate it. In fact, I have not heard about any refund and most likely will never see my valuables again. They have been ‘attempting to verify package location’ since December 4th and I have received no follow-up whatsoever.

People there can not solve anything. I lost a package I sent with them, they did not wanted to help me to recover it. It got lost, and later destroyed. It was an important document. Terrible customer service.

Worst experience ever! After I came back to the store to ask for a refund because a file I asked to be scanned into a PDF was crooked and unusable, I was yelled at and told to leave the store. I never raised my voice, and the owner, Bill McMillan, was rude, demeaning and called me son. They charge 5x as much for scanning as Staples anyway. Not sure how this man stays in business treating people like that. There was another customer there as well and she mentioned how rude he was. Not a smart way to do business.

Horrrible experience. I was basically robbed. I printed 2 - 8.5 x 11 sheets black and white and was charged $3.22. This store is a criminal enterprise.
Had an emergent package I needed to send and the had closed 10 minutes early. Other customers were out front and perplexed.
