I have to say this is one of the top places to find matched paint for your vehicle. This is all I’ve used from them as well as their clearcoat. I have now painted, or shall I say repaired and blended four different vehicles with no complaints at all. Premium factory spec paint touchup supplier and great customer service. Please do not ding them (no pun intended) if the paint does not match an aged & faded paintjob, because it will not. It is basically factory-fresh paint the way it was originally provided. Best used for touchups on recently repainted or new cars, as well as cars properly stored under cover for prolonged periods. Also make sure the area is sanitized and environmental factors are controlled!

I recently stumbled upon ERA Paints when I was looking for touch up paint for my vehicles. Saying I am picky is an understatement and seldom does a company exceed my expectations. I was looking for great quality paint that matched. One of my cars is a very complex metallic paint and I was shocked how well it matched. I wanted to paint my worn out brake calipers for a while, and ended up going with ERA’s orange caliper paint. I was very impressed with the quality of the paint, and the instructions were really clear and easy to follow. The customer service went above and beyond. I got a base coat from ERA and I knew that it was going to be a very difficult color to match. So i tried it and it was not a passable match, so I contacted ERA and they wanted to try a different variation because different plants have different color variations. Unfortunately the new color they sent was even closer but still not a passable match, so they refunded my entire purchase price. Excellent customer service, I will definitely use these guys again.

All I can say is wow. Incredible customer service and the products and pricing is amazing. I had shopped around for quotes to have some scratches on my truck touched up by some of the scratch repair shops in town and was quoted anywhere from $400 to $600 to touch up the scratches (there are only a few from a stump grinder that fell over in the back of my truck). I started researching for DIY touchup paint and found ERA. For significantly less than the shops charged, and when I say significantly less I mean under $75 for everything I needed to touch it up myself. With basic painting skills and a little elbow grease Im saving $525. And ERA has youtube videos on how to do it yourself! Thank you for helping me with the perfect color match and all the materials Ill need to do the job. -- And I finally posted the pictures to prove my point!

I recently placed an order with ERA Paints, however I received the incorrect base coat color. I am uncertain where the issue originated, however when I contacted ERA about the issue, I received a notification that a can of the correct color of paint had been shipped. The process took less than an hour between time of sending the email and receipt of the shipping notification. I could not have been more pleased with the customer service I received. Paint looked great when applied to the unpainted fender. But when the clear coat was applied it changed colors and does not come close to the rest of the car, which is not faded at all. I did email the company but it has been days with no response.
