They created label but never shipped the paint. They are not available to answer the phone and do not respond to e-mail. Looks like they went out of business and took my money with them. Shipping notice on 04/10/2021 label was created with ups but not picked up for shipping. It is now 04/27/2021. 17 days later nothing! 5/04/2021 The paint repair kit came today. Im glad they came through.

I heard about this product from a friend of mine. He stated its a true color match. So I decided to give it a try after hitting black ice and hitting a guard rail, causing damage to my front resin bumper. I pulled the bumper and reinforced the inside, ground out crack on the outside, filled with bondo, sanded. Using the Scratch Wizard kit, I primed, wet sanded, after wet sanded I noticed some light scratches, filled with wizard putty, resanded and primed, base coat and then clear coat. I was very pleased with the outcome this product. I highly recommend the use of this product! I know I will use it in the future. Great product and customer service!

Love this product. The body shop wanted $900 to fix a few deep scratches in my wifes LX470. I ordered the repair kit with spray paint and it came out great! Even the guys at Lexus were impressed!

Great products with great results. I have used them twice to repair medium scratches on a bumper and you could hardly tell a difference even from up close!

I bought aftermarket mirrors for my Toyota Sienna but they didn’t come in my color (sky blue pearl), so I bought them unpainted. I’ve seen scratchwizard’s videos but I have never done any kind of automotive paint before. But the videos gave me confidence to try it - and the results couldn’t be better.I scuffed, primed, base coated and clear-coated per the instructions and they came out great. The color match is perfect.I may need to redo one of them because it got scuffed before the clear coat dried, but now I know I can do it again.My next project is to respray the front bumper of my black Audi. It has lots of stone chips and road scuffs. Thanks for a great product!

Ive used this companys spray paint several times and it always matches greatly. No clogging and no issues with quality. I will defiently keep using in the future.

This is by far one of the worst companies that I have ever done business with. They dont know how to process an order, will not answer their phone, and do not return calls or emails. I ordered four cans of paint and only received one, hopefully, I can get my money back. I would stay far away from this business, there are alternatives out there that will take care of their customers.

I have a Hot Rod that the original owner said was Corvette Yellow.I ordered the complete package and received it only to find out the yellow a true Corvette yellow and my car color was actually a custom mix. Mike from ScratchWizard returned my call and told me that if I sent him a painted piece off the car he would scan it with a custom camera that detects the exact color. He will not stop until the color is correct. What great customer service. The product is outstanding.Very good company.

This companies paint is by far the best quality on the market. As well as their other products, and customer service being top notch. I look forward to spreading the word about this company, and the paint jobs that are accomplished using their products.

Regardless of the method used for autopaint jobs, your car shouldnt lok a different shade or color when completed. Now I will have to redo using a differnt brand.

You have a cool concept however, the paint that you sent is nowhere close to the ibis white on my allroad.Disappointing to say the least. It looks like I touched it up with house paint.Tyler Honzel

Excellent customer service, bar none. Ysable will go the extra mile for you!!! Ysabel and her technician are very knowledgeable and highly professional in their work. I would trust these guys to get the perfect color match paint for your car. Autobody shops quoted me over $1000 for both front and rear bumper but I only spent under $100. You can save alot of money by just doing it yourself. AND ITS EASY!!! I would definitely recommend scratchwizard.

Very good paint covers nicely and the clear is a very bright product and sprays very nicely.

I ordered paint from this place in the tracking info it said the package was damaged. When I called FedEx they said the box was empty!!! I called to have the order reshipped and no one will answer the phone or return my messages. Total scam do not order anything from these jokers.
