I picked up a pallet full of beautiful wood for our coffee shop and it only took 5 minutes in and out of there with my order. Check out the photos. This is the finished product it’s beautiful!

I really enjoy the Tigard warehouse they are very responsive and helpful. They always have their masks on and keep some space. I call on Tigard at least once a week and the warehouse staff is always very helpful..

I’m here at least once a week. The guys in the warehouse are all really helpful and friendly! It makes picking up my materials an enjoyable experience. The sales staff inside is also really helpful in getting orders placed on time.

I showed up a few minutes after closing to pick up my flooring and the door was locked, but Calvin, Frank and Gavin saw me, so they opened back up and were very friendly and helpful. They loaded up my truck and sent me on my way. I felt bad for keeping them a few minutes late, but they were very nice and told me it was no problem.

Kelly Robertson was fabulous. Once I gave her idea idea of what style I liked she was able to give me choices and helped guide my decisions. She is knowledgeable about the products and availability.It was a pleasure working with her.

Great selection and service. I got tile and other things here before. This time I came here for carpet and again selection and service are fine.However, my concern is with the use of face shields instead of masks by many staff members, including those who interact with customers. I chose to go to the ones wearing masks. When I brought this up, the manager told me that the CDC approved of this, but that she would bring this up at a meeting. Wearing face shields, especially by at least half the staff, is not sufficient infection control at this time. My worry is for the customers (who must wear masks) and for the staff. I cant imagine it doesnt hurt their business.

I ordered tile and carpet at CFM Tigard location. Michelle helped me pick tile that had a quick delivery since it was coming from Seattle.My carpet kept getting delayed due to manufacturing delay. Michelle M. was wonderful in communicating with me and giving me updates. She talked to the rep and made sure they prioritize the shipping since Ive been waiting for a long time. She also gave me other carpet options to choose from so I could get it sooner. I dont have my carpet yet but knowing a caring person like Michelle is working on it helps put my mind at ease.

I had a great experience here when I remodeled my kitchen and bath! There was a huge and varied collection of choices. I selected cabinets and pulls, LVT for the bathrooms, and backsplash here.Everyone was very helpful. In particular the high gloss cabinets (white and gray, through the kitchen and both bathrooms) are just perfect. Josh Polvogt (now at the Gresham store) helped with all the choices, came out and measured, and made sure everything turned out just perfect!Great place, great products, great people!

We saw Jim at Contract Furnishings - he was incredibly helpful. The building is spacious and they take COVID very seriously, with appropriate social distancing, unanimous mask wearing enforced and hand sanitizer liberally available. Jim was so helpful in selecting the perfect carpet for our home and helping us with samples, along with a lovely personality and an obvious preference for helping the customer make a smooth and easy transaction. We couldn’t be more pleased.

The quality of the cabinets is exceptional, and overall the end product exceeded our expectations. The tiles that we purchased from CFM are stunning and elevated the look of our space. In short, the end results are incredible.Throughout the process, which happened just as the pandemic hit, Josh was completely accessible to us and our general contractor. He asked many clarifying questions, never assuming what we might want. He helped us through several minor issues. He was also able to help us save some money. We are building a new home and I have been working with Susan Brundridge for many months over countless hours selecting all of our tiles, trims, decorative rock, carpet etc. for this home. She designed the patterns for all the bathroom vanity and shower tiles and accent tiles. She has also been happy to look at other elements with me to make sure that what I was picking out went with the look and style of this home. I really think Susan is an incredible person who cares a great deal about how the whole plan comes together and the is a real asset to Contract Furnishings Mart.

I just completed a remodel of large bathroom and had an amazing experience with CFM and specifically Anne Good. I came in with some ideas but Anne spent a great deal of time with me suggesting other options, and in some cases less expensive than my original choice! In addition to having a great selection of product Annes design service and help along with way made it a fun project. She was always available and extremely responsive. I will definitely use Anne again for the other bath and kitchen.

We have been working with CFM just over a year and everyone there is amazing and helpful!! The showroom is large and there endless selections to choose from. Karol is who I use the most and she is AMAZING.

We actually visited both the Tigard and the Clackamas store multiple times. We received exceptional service at both stores. Patrick from the Sandy store actually met us at the Clackamas store and Christine at the Clackamas store was very helpful as well. Rob Van Horn is a wonderful salesperson and helped us locate our carpet for our bedrooms. We went in on Saturday, tired from a week of remodeling and he quickly helped us find exactly what we wanted for our price range and purpose. Unfortunately when I got my choice home it was slightly different from my wall color in my homes lighting. I panicked and emailed and left a voicemail with my quandary. Rob was able to order my color choice change and reassured me as soon as the showroom opened On Monday morning. He emailed me a new receipt and saved my day! I told Rob in the store he had a great name, like a super hero and he is...he really helped us avoid a crisis and saved me from kicking my self about choosing the wrong color every time I looked down. I highly recommend the beautiful showroom of CFM and Ron Van Horn for your next home remodeling project.

I wanted to share our pleasure in working with the team at CFM during our complete kitchen renovation, renovation of our dining room & LVT flooring for the entire upper level of our home. On our initial visit to your showroom in Tigard we found the options overwhelming as our eyes rolled back in our heads with overload; we left the showroom. Upon returning and engaging with your staff their professional attitude & willingness to help created a relaxed & productive atmosphere for to work in. They reassured us there was no such thing as a silly question.I am a garden designer working in the Japanese aesthetic for 35 years. That aesthetic was a driving force in our selection of cabinets, hardware, counter tops & flooring. My wife & I had a vision of the final goal but had a multitude of decisions to make on the journey. To that end we had the immense pleasure of working with Josh Polvogt in the selection of those key elements. With his help we discussed & solved design issues that greatly improved the functionality of the space while adding to the aesthetics.We were looking for a quiet color palette throughout, one that was understated. The goal was to create a space that was simply elegant & elegantly simple. With Josh’s quiet and timely input we achieved that goal. He guided us through the design process with just the right nudge at just the right time while not being over bearing. Ask for Rob Van Horn. He was very helpful, polite, and thorough. I was impressed by his willingness to take the extra step to ensure that I had what I needed. Cant say the same for other members of the staff, to whom I believe I must be invisible.

My experience was horrible. We did not get helped, and we werent talked to, either. When I did go up and ask the price of an item, I was told, There is no price. I said, Does that mean its free? She defiantly told me it was calculated by the square footage ordered. No smile at all.Move forward about 5 minutes, a lady approached us on the floor. I thought she would offer to help us, but no. She told us that they were closing in 5 minutes. I did not see or hear her tell anyone else in the packed showroom. I am not sure who you have to be to warrant customer service in this place, but it sure wasnt us. Maybe driving up in a Jeep rather than a Lexus didnt help our chances. I will never go back or refer any one to this place even if I do have a Lexus in the garage.

First off not very approachable staff. After being there an hour (second time in first time no one spoke with us) we finalized what we wanted. Just for some reassurance we asked a nice looking grey haired older gentleman. He didnt want to help he said do I have to then finally came over when he did he said Im not a designer finally he said after being there 2 mins can I go now. I understand this is a wholesale environment I personally work in one myself on the plumbing side, but when a customer helps themselves for over an hour (the second time in) and just wants to speak to you for 5 mins maybe give them the time of day. We are only spending 5k here...I guess we could just take our business elsewhere. Oh wait we did and be sure anyone building or remodeling that come into my shop will be directed elsewhere. Thank you miserable old timer.

People misunderstand what this place is. This is a place where contractors buy the material, but they allow the general public to come in and look. They have a ridiculously huge supply of tile and backsplash, and countertop surfaces. They also have every kind of flooring possible from carpet to engineered wood, to real wood, to luxury vinyl tile. Cabinet Pulls by the caseload. If you know what you want, they will have it here. If you dont know what you want, you will discover it here. The biggest complaints Ive seen is about people walking around and not getting helped. I love that freedom. I can start pulling all kinds of materials to look at, and be left alone while brainstorming and figuring it out. However, if I go to the service desk, or talk to somebody walking around, they are there for you, and they know their inventory, and are very helpful.

I have worked with CFM for over 5 years now. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. When I send my clients to the showroom they are impressed and always seem to find what they are looking for!

Ive had the displeasure of dealing with the employees at the tigard location to many times over the last 6 years. They are rude and pushy and their customer service is horrible. After calling today to ask a simple question about a product and getting a lady that obviously hates her job, I will not be going back. I am a general contractor and would be out of business if I treated my customers as they do. Today is the last I will do business with not only the tigard location but CFM as a whole.

Snoody holier than thou vibe at this location. We tried to get help from multiple people while walking around aimlessly in the store. When we finally asked for help at the front desk, it seemed like we were a big inconvenience. It felt like we werent worth their time.

We loved working with CFM for our kitchen and powder room remodel. We worked with Trisha to design our cabinets and countertops and Anne for the backsplash and flooring. Trishas expertise, excellent customer service and her genuine concern for the final product made the whole experience enjoyable. She guided us through the entire process with a perfect balance of listening to our preferences and giving her expert advice. The cabinet selections and layout she designed are both functional and gorgeous. She checked in weekly to make sure everything was on track and followed up as needed to make sure the product was delivered and installed on time. Anne was also amazing to work with. She helped us find just the right match for our backsplash and flooring, which perfectly complement our modern design. She gave us her opinion but also listened to our needs.
