Suzanne found all of the tiles i would like for a walk in shower, and invited me to attend the Schluter shower work shop on April 8, 21..0700 am at the Prodesign Solutions Showroom, to learn how to install a flush floor shower pan and how I will modify my existing plywood subfloor to accept a Schluter shower pan and the steps to install the water proof membrane and build up for this innovative thresholdless design. I will save myself several steps to building a traditional mudset shower pan and lots of re-framing labor involved to accomplish dropping my shower floor framing.

Michelle was so helpful!! I was doing a total remodel of my one and only bathroom and needed help with some ADA products and had pictures to show her of what the general look I wanted. I was using a particular light fixture for my ideas and Michelle nailed it. She pulled samples of tile for the floor, countertops, shower walls and gave great ideas to make it all flow. Including paint and grout color! I took the samples home to see how it looked in my bathroom. My contractor Chris found ProDesign Solutions great to work with too!! Terrific selection of tile, counter top, design materials. Staff offered great recommendations, promptly provided price info/shipment timelines & handled fulfillment details directly with our contractor during remodel timeline. Lisa was simply superb!

Unethical. Their highly skilledmeasurer ordered wrong shutters. They would not open when installed. He then claimed he was confused by exterior vs interior measurements. Then claimed I must have changed the trim ! No accountability. Although Pro design ordered new correct ones I still paid for incorrect larger ones and 2 measurements ( totalling $250 to measure a 58x 34 rectangle). In total this small shutter cost me $900 with me doing the install! Should have cost under $450. Plus I had to do the wall repair for wrong shutter install. And drive across town to return wrong ones and back again to pick up new ones. Fool me once. Shop around. BTW I have waited a few months to write this to cool down. Still upset.
