Every Nordstrom EBar/Cafe Ive ever been to, and I have been to lots of them, the Baristas knows how to make a bone dry cappuccino which takes skill....these guys here know what they are doing...

My first time here and had bad service and a bad drink. Saw an ad for their tropical green tea cooler. Went to order with no greeting and the girl seemed like she didnt want to be there. Recieved my drink and was so disappointed. There was no flavor and tasted so bitter and sour. Was too scared to ask the worker for something else and ended up throwing it away. Would give zero stars if possible. Never coming back.

If I could give the cafe place a 0 star, I totally would! The girls giving me the coffee threw the straw in my face!The Ebar!!!everyone was looking at us and felt bad for us. They were really impatient because they were so many customers which they should be happy for.It was on September 13, 2020 around 3pm.

Stopped by for a refreshment during my shopping experience at the Washington Square Mall, the baristas were very helpful and super kind and on top of that my drink was delicious!!!

Got a lavender chai. Not too sweet, not too spicy. Would recommend

I recently stopped to get a iced green tea to refuel for a 2 hour drive to Eugene. Seriously the best green tea Ive had! I would love to know the brand they use?

Mackenzie and Caroline are consistently very helpful and always make me delicious drinks! I appreciate their positivity each time I make it in!

I remember when Nordstrom was the only cafe/ espresso stand in a mall. Still a great place to get a nice cup of coffee or espresso drink and pastry.
