Very convenient location right off the freeway gets busy theres a drive thru and indoor store very small parking lot that includes drive thru

Love it. Lovely people work there. Peaceful,quiet nice place to go to alone to do some work/read or meet with a friend. Only thing is they don’t have comfortable furniture, would be nice to have a couch or two to relax in while working or chilling. Instead of like hard chairs. But that could just be me.

Great friendly lady on visit.

Usually very decent and friendly fast service at their drive through, but tonight’s interaction left me with a bad taste in my mouth. We were the only people in drive up or in store, and when I ordered a light ice drink, and clarified it twice in the drive up order, upon receiving my drink there was more like double ice. Might have been an oversight, but undesirable nonetheless. Also, the least friendly folks I’ve interacted with there. Will not be coming back here in the evening, I’ll stick to the friendly morning crew.

Drove through drive-thru today at this specific site. The iced cloud Carmel macchiato with an extra shot was ordered. Not sure if the barista didn’t know how to make it or was just distracted or something else was going on. The drink was made with coffee, and lots of Coffee grounds on the bottom of the drink (appeared as though the shot machine was not working with the way the drink was made). In addition The cloud itself was obviously not made with cloud base and was heavy. This drink was definitely horrible to the taste buds. We have not had problems here before except the lines are huge oftentimes and slow servers very when really busy, but that is understandable. Please learn to make the drinks appropriately.

Not all people are alike, and you cant serve customers the same old cheap Sumatra coffee beans. It is time to let customers taste, choose and pick their favorite coffee beans dark or medium roast with one origin or mixed of coffee beans??Wake up starbucks and learn how to brew some coffee!Coffee with milk, sugar, and caramel, chocolate sauce, and or syrup is not healthy for people. Sugar causes inflamation within our body, and effect our mood...

Came in a ordered a white mocha. And was so looking forward to the taste. Instead I got a regular mocha which I hate. And of course I only found out at work, and couldnt go back to get it fixed. So upset was looking forward to it, and now Im stuck drinking something I hate. Ppl were nice tho.

The atmosphere is great, the workers are lovely and the coffee is, per usual, delicious!

Saturday August 15, 2020 at 7:10am, this location was closed. My usual Starbucks during the week. Unreliable on the weekends! Open/close times vary. The hours of operations posted is unreliable and customers should avoid this location on weekends.

In my experience, always quick and friendly service. Even with the line out to the end of the parking lot, and getting 10+ drinks for the office, Ive never waited even as much as 10 minutes for coffee here. Way to be Starbucks staff!

Love the staff at this site. Use the drive thru and today, noticed the barista at the window did not wash hands or use hand sanitizer between customers after handling money and credit cards while handling food and coffee drinks. Given the current circumstances with importance of hygiene, I found this to be unacceptable. The person handling money exchanges should not be touching food.

First store, after waiting for an eternity for the social hour at the register to be over, was out of two of the herbal tea. Second store had the tea, but I needed to explain the person that all I wanted was a hot large tea with some ice three times until he finally understood that the tea was hot not iced. Not visiting Starbucks anymore.

Super friendly staff and consistently good coffee and food. There are usually plenty of places to sit, good strong WiFi, and a fair number of plug in spots for charging. There is a small section of outdoor seating.

I go to Starbucks almost everyday to various locations, today I met Lueric (not sure of the spelling) and just wanted to give them some recognition for their positive energy. Such genuine customer service. Thank you for making my day!

The customer service was above and beyond. We stopped to order right as they had a power outage. They immediately came outside as we pulled into the drive through, apologized and offered for us to wait a few minutes to see if power came back on. Power was slow to reboot their computer systems while they made our coffees so they handed us our coffee with a smile and said it was on them today. A situation out of their control and not only did they tend to business as usual but did so happily. Great job ladies! We appreciate you.

Sometimes in the morning I stopped by this Starbucks ... This morning I bought a cold pumpkin spice cold Brew.... I asked them for half of the heavy cream and light ice.....they never seem to get my order right its very simple I wouldnt be complaining if this wasnt the first time but this is multiple times this has happened early in the morning..... I made it clear several times what I wanted..... But to no avail they didnt put half the cream I told them... I will not be going to this Starbucks...... Its very simple get the order right...Instead of laughing and jibber jabbering with your friends.......Im a paying customer and I paid $5 for this thing. I dont even want and I threw it out.... Because I wanted half of the cream that simple...... Ill just go to other Starbucks keep up the good work.....

I like the coffee from Starbucks, however, the prices are very expensive. The employees are nice. I am impressed some of them remember my name even though I dont go there regularly.

Let me start by saying that everyone here is super nice and always gets our order correct. However, my one beef with this location is at the drive-thru. When ordering multiple items, we are constantly asked, in between each item ordered, “what else can I get you”? Please STOP doing this after each item ordered!! It is super annoying and distracts me from what I want to order next. Sometimes I have 2-3 peoples orders organized in my head and when you ask, “What else can I get you?” after each item I order, I forget what it was that I actually wanted to order. Maybe take a breath and if you don’t hear us order for a 3-5 second count, maybe just ask “ does that complete your order?”. Love you guys/gals but this policy of asking us “What else can I get you”, is getting super old.

This Starbucks rocks. They’re fast and friendly. The drive-thru is great. I ordered on mobile for a friend to pick up and they were out of chocolate chip cookies. The barista made awesome substitutions with my tastes in mind. I’m happy! The drinks and food are consistently delicious!

Wow they just opened! This place is so cozy and such an inviting atmosphere. The staff here was very happy and I enjoyed being here!

Has lots of seating. Coffee is as you would expect from Starbucks, but the set up is really nice.

I used to work for a different location of Starbucks and sever other coffee shops. Their drip coffee is by far the worst out there. Always burn tasting even when using their new Clover vacuum press. They over roast their beans and charge an arm and a leg for them. Save your intestines some stress and go somewhere else! Its Portland area, theres 100s of options.

It was excellent. The barista learned our names visited with us. Addy the manager was great she washing the front porch and stopped to visit with us. It was great!

Great for drive-thru but the in-store experience leaves a lot to be desired. Staff is on such a rotation that you never see the same staff twice. Training seems to be minimal and today she didnt know how to use my Starbucks card to pay for my order and then she asked if I wanted it back. And I did Roar of course I want it back thats my registered Starbucks card. It really makes me wonder what kind of training actually happens. This location is so busy with the drive-thru that they wait for drinks in store is incredibly long longer than any other Starbucks I have ever been to

Great remote work spot.

90% of the time this location makes the drinks terribly. I got out of bed and went to this one again because its closest to my house a small the tall white Mocha didnt have single shot, tasted like Luke warm milk where the grande white Mocha I ordered was bitter and gross. I dont even trust them to remake, going way out of my way to go to another location is ridiculous

They gave my order to someone else, had me pull over to the side so they could remake everything, failed to give me all the items I ordered, then hung up on me when I called to resolve the issue.

Wow, after reading several other reviews, I see Im not the only one who has problems at this store.This location gets my drink wrong about 50-75% of the time, which stinks because its the closest drive-thru and more convenient than parking in that poorly designed parking lot. It was a small lot to place a drive-thru on, but Im not sure why they didnt have the line wrap around the building instead of crossing over itself and overflowing onto the street (which blocks neighborhood traffic pretty consistently).I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt and keep going back, but more times than not, I end up driving to a second location (if I have time) to have a remake drink. Most of the time, its super bitter (not sure how thats possible with a flavored mocha...) or they give me a latte instead of a mocha, or they make it piping hot even when I ask for tepid (or warm, because most of the employees dont understand the term tepid. This is apparent by their blank stare or by them asking tempid?) or they put whipped cream on top even though its clearly labeled no whip. Recently, theyve also been not filling the cup all the way. If Im paying for a grande, I do not want a tall drink in a grande sized cup.There are always new people working this location. I initially thought it was a training location, but when I asked, they said it wasnt. So either employees keep quitting or getting fired from this location.When I go in to a second location for a remake drink, the barista always apologizes and asks what they did wrong. I tell them I didnt get the drink from them, but from the Shady Lane location and they always nod knowingly or give me a look. Even the other stores knows this location is a joke.

There are somewhere around 10000 Starbucks around the world. I have been to maybe 100 or so of them. This is by far the worst one I have ever been to. The parking lot is poorly setup, leading to backup onto the road about 50% of the time. The drive through qur snakes right down the center of the parking lot, making it difficult or impossible for people to get into or out of a spot, and the line crosses itself! The employees are possibly the slowest I have ever met, i usually find a line with 1 or 2 of the baristas not doing anything to help. This is based on about 20 trips Through as it is the nearest SB to my new home, and I am finally fed up..

They tend to mess up orders quite often. At my last visit they overcharged me and said that cold drinks cost more than their hot beverages.

Its a typical Starbucks, so mediocre coffee. This one has a drive thru and is right off the freeway so it gets bonus points in my book, plus their iced tea and breakfast sandwiches are pretty great.

Good luck with parking but besides that the coffee is good and it is a relaxed atmosphere... Until you have to get your car out of the parking lot.

My service here is always inconsistent and if I order my tea drink they never get it right. The staff is friendly most of the time. I try and avoid getting hot foods here due to how long it takes, especially on my way to work.

My drink was wrong so I decided to say something, the barista acted like I ruined her day. I dont know if she was having a bad day or what but if you are in customer service you really need to practice hiding your feelings.

Really bad costumer service I was just there for 3mins i guess i waant notice becuase none of three team members took the time to say hello and just left.
