All the staff is super nice and they have an amazing array of fun fandom collectibles. Everything is in small quantities though so if you like it you have to buy it fast!
They asked to look in my bag from another store before allowing me to try clothes on in their dressing room to make sure I wasn’t stealing. I didn’t see them do that to anyone else.
BoxLunch in Washington Square Mall is a fun place to shop. The store associates are keeping the store clean and currently making sure the store does not get crowded.Looking for a fun gift or your icon to carry with you, then this is the place go.The store is ADA accessible and the associates are very helpful.
Management at 2 pm on 1/19 was incredibly rude to not only customers but fellow staff members speaking to them in a very condescending manner.
PAUL I LOVE HIM! He makes me want to come back every time ! He’s super sweet, patient and hard working ! Please I hope you acknowledge him for being great in customer service. Also only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of Paul. I don’t like his coworker talking to him like they do please have a talk with them. Please let them know to speak to Paul with way more respect that he deserves
The worst customer service I have ever had. I went to return 4 of 5 funko pops that I had purchased on-line, Mike at the Washington Square refused the return stating the policy is that if you purchase 5 of something it makes the sale final. I read the whole return policy on-line. there is no mention of the 5 final sale policy. I left and again read through the return policy guess what- no mention of 5 final sale policy. I call box lunch at Washington Square asked if they would produce this policy. They refused and accused me of swearing. I did not swear. So I call the clackamas box lunch asked if could return 4 funko pops. Mary said no problem as long as it wasn’t 5. I drove over to clackamas and completed my return without a problem. Oh I also made a purchase as well. I will never shop at the box lunch in Washington square again!
The employee Mike was very rude today for their NYCC Funko release. Maybe Mike should be scheduled for non release days, because he cant seem to handle his frustration with customers asking simple questions. Not only did Mike have attitude towards me, but with the other two guests that were ahead of me. As someone with 10+ years of customer service experience, Mike showed horrible customer service today. Hopefully Mike gets his panties out of a bunch and doesnt get scheduled for upcoming high volume days.
