The selection is incredible! There are so many knives to choose from. I didnt want to leave.The guy running the store was very polite and helpful as well. When I purchased a knife, I later changed my mind and they gave me a full refund no problem. I live about 70 miles away but Ive already been to the store twice in one month. I will be back again.

Fantastic selection of mid grade and affordable knives (high end production knives to burner knives).Great experience with the employee, letting me look at two knives costing more than $200 no questions asked and no comments besides heres the first one which I loved. They also didnt pester or urge me into looking at something I was uninterested in like a pesky used car salesmen. Instead I was left to my hearts content... contemplating where to spend my hard earned buckeroos.Wish we had these stores in Maryland. Thanks (Bought a Spyderco Smallfly 2 for those who wanna know)

My boyfriend and I walked in last Thursday with the intention of browsing, but the store seemed empty. The only person there, maybe he’s the owner, was practically hiding in the corner. He didn’t greet us when we walked in and didn’t offer any kind of assistance whatsoever. He only gave us weird looks from time to time and I’ve never been made to feel so uncomfortable by any shop employee or owner. Even after I expressed verbal interest in an affordable knife and stun-gun, he never so much as attempted to recommend any product or offer to take anything out so that I could get a better look at it. Extremely rude and very unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend and will definitely be fulfilling any stun-gun and/or knife needs at a different store or on Amazon.

Bad customer service on my second visit, today. The guy in the store refused to show me any knife until I decided which one I want to buy. How do I know if I like a knife without handling it first. Strangely, on my first visit, (in June), it was great and I got nice Real Steel H6 with a small discount. Go figure
