I got my makeup done by JoJo a couple weeks ago. She did AMAZING and really did everything she could to help. Im not good with makeup & dont really know what Im doing with it. She did my whole face of makeup and was so friendly, helpful and nice throughout the whole experience. She was very good at her job and an all-around awesome person!

As I understand they are short staffed, the worker “Ediarlis” couldn’t say hello or how may I help you. As she held up the line, when I was ready she still couldn’t say anything. Instead she give me a curt look and half smile. While the other girl ran around helping everyone. they both left me standing there while this girl knew I needed to be helped. Instead she roams around the store looking for other people to help. Then the second girl gestured that I was waiting and here she comes again with a fake smile, not really wanting to help. and still can’t say a word to me. Completely waste of my time. Please hire more helpful staff.

Had an amazing experience. Today was my first time purchasing lipstick from MAC after wanting to for a few years. I wish I could remember the gal’s name but she was amazing and took the time to figure out what I wanted and find me my perfect shade. 10/10

Horrible. I had a return and happened to be close near the area, so I wanted to stop by. Prior to actually driving 2 miles there, I had called them asking if its ok if my item has been purchased at a MAC store and if I could return it there. The person that I had spoken to at 6PM had assured me that it wouldnt be a problem. When I got there, I was told the opposite and that person who probably told me that info had left for the day, but suggested I try the help counter to see if they could take the return.After going there, the young woman basically told me the same thing and said she can find out who gave me false info. ............Only to walk back to the MAC counter and speak to the same sales girl that sent me to her.I got a brief apology and was told the person who lied to me was probably new.I dont think that is a valid excuse for what had happened. Employees come and go all the time. After this new person, will be another new person that will give out false info as well.Horrible experience and a rightful reason to stay away from this location.

Wanted to put the word out: PDX Cleaning is under investigation with the IRS, FBI and Oregon Labor Laws Bureau, so spread the word to your customers so they dont get scammed. This company is a house cleaning company

The employee that did my eyes (even though I scheduled for a full face) rushed and did a sloppy job. Not coming here again.
