I am an avid Amazon shopper😜 I haven’t been in a mall in prob. 10 years. I wanted a Lotion made by The Body Shop that was out of stock on line so I decided to go visit their shop at Washington Square. Alicia greeted me and gave me such a wonderful friendly shopping experience that I was reminded how fun it was to actually shop in person! Thank you so much Alicia! When it comes to shopping for my Bath needs.. I am putting away my laptop for good…not only to shop in person but so that I can visit Alicia! Thank you Alicia for your expertise in the products and for your wonderful Customer care! I am coming back to buy more!

The employees in this store do not give customers their space to explore products and let them buy what they want. This is not the first time I experience this. Everytime I go to this store I get 100 questions and keep distracting me and pressurizing to get products which I do not want. The employee kept asking me if I wanted early surprises and tried to make me buy perfume while I was waiting in the billing section too. Everytime I visit here I do not get a peaceful shopping experience and I am being distracted every 10 seconds trying to sell products which I do not need. KINDLY GIVE SPACE TO CUSTOMERS AND LET THEM BUY WHAT THEY WANT INSTEAD OF MARKETING PRODICTS WHICH THEY DO NOT WANT.

So excited The Body Shop has refillable containers for my ginger shampoo and conditioner!

Went into the store simply to get a moisturizer and was immediately yelled at not to touch anything. One of the associates harassed me and my friend who was with me and would not leave us alone, prompting us to try samples of random things and questioned us like we were in an interrogation. I picked up a face mask I was interested in and one of the other associates, Eric, screamed at us not to touch anything again and said I needed to give him the product to sanitize it. I was appalled being talked to like that and told him I was going to buy it so it was no worries. My friend tried to convince me to just leave after being so disrespected. Again the other associate bombarded us with questions every 10 seconds and would not leave us alone. It was overall not a pleasant experience and I will not be going back.

Today I walked into this store and the girl ORDERED me to put on sanitizer on my hands. Next time kindly ask, Im the customer!! Never have I been treated so bad and ordered to do something. I just wanted some lotion and some other things. I would have spent about 100 in there but I took my business elsewhere. No other store in the mall ordered me to put this on my hands. This wad my 5th store goimg into. No wonder not one other customer was in this store!

The staff are super friendly and very helpful. They go above and beyond to keep their customers safe and the place hygiene during COVID times.

Service is always superb! The staff there are helpful and nice. There’s a lot of sales and promotions going on usually and the buy two get one or buy three get three are awesome! Their shampoos and body creams are the best! I have sensitive skin but their products are very gentle. The fact that they don’t test on animals is wonderful.

The millenials that were working were chatting amongst themselves and made me feel like I would be bothering them if I interrupted them to ask a question about a product. But then I went ahead and mentioned that to them, and they jumped to help me, surprisingly, and were very knowledgeable about the products. I was really impressed. I bought a few products and may come back and buy some more after all the information they told me about them. I have a long time Shopper The Body Shop, I love their products, but if grown out of touch with them as in recent years and just werent so familiar with many of their lines. But these young ladies that were working were very good at their jobs, and I shouldnt have been so intimidated by them having a good time at work!

Nice, clean, well organized store. Staff was friendly and prices of their products are good. They have a nice selection of products.

I tried to switch to cruelty free skincare from Target because I loathe having to go to the mall just to pick up moisturizer but none of the products I tried compared to The Body Shop so I came crawling back. I had wonderful customer service at my most recent visit but only 4 stars because that hasn’t always been true in the past and because I get grumpy having to walk through the mall. I wish they had their own entrance like Sephora does, but I know they aren’t as big or rich as Sephora.

There was no on in there and now I get why. Prices are crazy high compared to bath and body works. And the scents dont seem as strong or as much of a variety. The lady who helped me was trying to help but Ehhh she tried

Super friendly staff, who offered great suggestions/tips. A little expensive but they have some great deals and the body butters last for a while!

WONDERFUL selection of products, VERY knowledgeable and helpful staff, a delight to browse the store.

Love the Body Butters especially since this winter has been so cold.

The only thing I take issue with is the lack of a more expanded mens collection. Have returned many times over the years for their white musk cologne.
