I loved it, it wasnt too busy which got me a faster service and tha almond pistachio is super delicious, one of my favorite flavors. The people working here are very efficient and always keep it very well stocked

The girls working today had to repeatedly ask a group ahead of us to use their masks. They stayed so lovely and patient. When it was our turn, they didn’t show their annoyance or move us along quickly. Little did they know, this little girl had the worst day ever, but she was all smiles leaving because of the extra care they took to make her sundae magical. 10/10 would come back to this location even though it’s not on my way.

I love there ice cream I always order a small cup of strawberries cheesecake for my daughter and I my husband share a nutt coconut with java coffee its so good

Really pleasant and friendly staff. I had a an issue with a cake a few months back and as soon as I let them know I got a phone call and they did everything to make everything right. I really appreciate when a company can admit to being less than perfect once and then do everything they can to fix it. This is STILL my preferred Baskin and even all these years later I love their ice cream above all others!

Hayden was very rude to me and my mother. she has a hard time speaking english and i have a thick accent so there was a language barrier. hayden was making snarky remarks under her breath, thinking i couldn’t understand her either. well guess what i could and i really don’t think your establishment would want to be associated with someone who mistreats customers simply because of a minor communication issue. i was pointing to the flavors i wanted when she couldn’t understand and even then hayden would roll her eyes at me. i usually never write reviews but i felt like this couldn’t go unsaid

The girls that work here are fantastic and friendly! The ice cream is good! However I cannot support this business because of the owner. He is awful. I worked at this location and the sad thing is that customers will never know how awful he is because he is a completely different person in front of them.

I just ordered a large milkshake via doordash and instead I recieved a $20 cup of chocolate milk.And it did not melt on the way here because I live right down the street 1 - and 2 there was nothing but foam and liquid in the cup which means someone put too much milk in the blender and/or overblended it!My point is they knew when they handed was supposed to be a milkshake to the dasher that they did not make it right. I could tell when I recieved the shake it was a cup of liquid!Im still giving 3 stars because this Baskin Robbins rocks. They just need to work on quality control.

Cant go wrong with ice cream. Most times its the servers that ruin what should be a pleasant experience. Today, however, the younger lady that waited on us was very pleasant.

Great Ice Cream. Also gives you tons of options on how you want your ice cream. I would recommend to start with the Rocky Road flavor. It is very simple yet so satisfying and delicious.

Worse experience Ive had. Went in a week before to request a cake get done, requested a Teenage Ninja Turtle theme. Lady said they didnt have one in the book but could definitely get one done for me! Asked about the toys and if I had to provide any, she said they could take care of it and have done many of these before! Well, guess what?! On the day of my sons birthday to pick up, looked at the cake and it was green!? Nothing else but a green old cake! I mean, did they expect me to go home and draw the rest myself on there? Horrible! Had no special cake to show to our boy on his birthday. Was so upset and got our money back. I seriously dont know how clear I could have been about having them make a teenage ninja turtle cake?!

Everyone has been here. You know its good ice cream. I wish Baskin Robbins could really jazz things up somehow. You know, reinvent themselves and make the place more attractive to come visit. Whenever I walk into a Baskin-Robbins its like Im walking into the 90s. I mean, its nostalgic and all, but I dont think they are doing that on purpose. If they were, Nirvanas Smells like teen spirit should be blasting out of the speakers and all the employees should be wearing flannel.
