Fabulous work from La Rog! Went in for a custom piece. Wanted my three wedding rings put into one band. La Rog helped me back in 1998 when I lost my wedding ring. I was 8 mos pregnant back then with my second baby and I didn’t want to give birth without a wedding ring replacement. The gentleman who helped me happened to be the owner and he was kind and attentive. He had the ring I ordered just the way I wanted it. Twenty two years later I came back to get my 3 diamond ring adjusted in size, and LaRog still honored the warranty. Surprisingly the gentleman who helped me back in 1998, is still there! I had a great experience refining my engagement ring for my fiance here. I have been in multiple times looking for various options and learning about the jewelry. I will be going back soon for my own band and her wedding band. They always take the time to sit down with me and go over all the options. I chose La Rog Brothers because of all the good reviews, but I was disappointed. I brought my husbands wedding band in for a crack that needed repaired. The employee told me it will be so good I wont even be able to tell there was a repair done. But when I picked up the ring, I could still see the crack! Then the jeweler polished it again while I waited, but when I got back to my car in the sunlight, sure enough I could see all the messy solder on the inside of the band. Disappointed in the sloppy work. I will not be using this jeweler again.UPDATED REVIEW: The manager was very responsive and went above and beyond with excellent customer service. The ring is now repaired properly and looks beautiful. Rest assured that if you do have any problems, La Rog Jewelers will treat you well and make it right!

The ladies in this store have treated my fiance and myself great everytime we have came in over the past 2-3 years, especially Denny, shes beyond amazing!! A male worker here though makes this location not appealing to us anymore, not sure the guys name but wont return to this location because of him. He repeatedly told my fiance that her ring was the correct size, even though it visibly slid off her finger and the diamond on top would be facing the floor because it was too big! But he insisted it was the correct size and wouldnt adjust it (we went in on 2 separate occasions) and it was causing her diamond to get bumped/rub on things which isnt cool since I spend so much $$$ on it!! When we told one of the ladies (unsure of her name unfortunately) she agreed it was too big and resized it for us without hesitation so thankful for her but alarming that one of the workers wouldnt meet out needs. Rather than posting a social media negative review, why not reach (Actual human to human verbal communication) out to management and see if appropriate steps where taken to rectify the issue you had?You and your wife made a personal decision, knowing her medical condition puts her at greater risk during Covid, to go out into public. The employees at the golf course were spoken to and after that meeting where PPE was most likely discuss, are now wearing masks.This world can use a little more patience right now and willingness to recognize most people are doing their best, not wanting to intentionally place others at risk. All the while, receiving daily multiple messages as to what’s best practice.I was sad to see the business owners resorted to posting a negative yelp review when their concerns were heard and the business made positive changes.Imagine if .... everyone who read the Oregonian article like I did, decide if it’s good for the goose..... and more people flood your site with one stars ?????? Not so kind - after all.

Excellent experience at LaRog. We had been engagement ring shopping for quite some time, and I think we found the right mix of selection and service.Randall was extremely helpful with selecting my fiancees engagement ring. We had some additional customizations with the ring, and we got some mock ups of the final product right away.The process was very seemless, and although we had some delays due to the COVID pandemic, the first possible minute they got the green light to open up again, we got everything in a quick and efficient manner, including sending the ring from Gabriel & Co. in NY to Oregon and then sending it to me in LA.

I recently purchased a ring from Ruth. The entire experience was one of the best Ive had with a jewelry store. Ruth ordered several sample rings for me because I could not find the one that I wanted in the store. My fiance had her heart set on a very hard to find rose cut diamond in a gold eternity band. Justine walked us through the options for creating a custom ring and made the while process fun and easy. Not only did they find the rare cut diamond but they custom created the band design based on photos we had provided.
