I had been to several places looking for ammonia. Hard to believe some people dont know what it is. Ace carries it.Also their customer service is excellent, friendly and personable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Probably one of the better stocked Ace Hardware in the general area. Their prices also tend to be slightly more competitive than other Ace Hardware I frequent.

I came in seeking help because I thought I would need to refinish the top of an antique drop leaf table. I had placed hot cookies on the top with only a tea towel between. BIG WHITE RINGS.The nice young man suggested a treated cloth “Homax White Ring Remover”. $6.99! It saved me hours and lots of money. Only 30 minutes for one large dining room table and an antique drop leaf end table!!It was easy and spectacular on scratches, water rings and chips. The white rings required elbow grease and patience. THANK YOU ACE HARDWARE!!!

Helpful staff. Not much in the way of lumber but all in all an enjoyable experience! Will definitely be back on account of the Great customer service. I didnt give it five stars just because I reserve those for something that really blows me away. Solid spot, though. Highly recommend!

This is a clean and very well-stocked store with fair pricing; its not a noisy, chaotic, and completely inhospitable atmosphere like home depot. Thoughtful, attentive Customer Service actually exists, here. You folks are going to succeed in Tigard, and Ill actively support you within my networks.

I love the people that work here! They are all extremely helpful and you can tell they take great pride in their store by how well it is stocked and how clean they keep it. I always find what Im looking for, even if I have to ask the staff for a little help from time to time.

Its an Ace Hardware so you know what you are going to get. The Tigard Ace didnt disappoint. It was busy on Saturday and I was still able to get great service and help with questions. The young paint guy was super helpful and I was in and back home working on my plumbing and painting project super fast. I really appreciate that they had two cashiers so I didnt have to wait in line all day. Recommended.

Better sevice here than our outlet in Portland. Love stopping by to get whats needed.

This Ace Hardware store is AMAZING! Im no longer wondering aimlessly through HD and Lowes, hoping someone takes mercy on me and helps me. Instead, I am greeted when I walk in the door, I am helped if I need it and left alone if Im just browsing. Recently, I needed three of an item and they only had two in stock. They quickly wrote up an order for #3, said it would be here in a couple of days, and recd a call that my item had arrived. That is fantastic customer service! Im beyond thrilled that this store is in my neighborhood! Plus, Im regularly sent $5 off coupons as an Ace Rewards member!

So this is location #3 for me and kind of my new favorite! The staff is actually helpful and came to see if I needed help instead of just watching me struggle! So kudos to the staff of AceHardware in Tigard!!

Had exactly what I wanted, preordered over the internet. Just walked in a picked it up! Fantastic!

Placed online order for couple of butcher knives. Simple order and very easy system to navigate. Tool a minute to get my order but hey its covid so whatever. Walked in after notice that my was order was there and they were, right up front waiting for me. People at front were very helpful and curious about my order and had pleasant conversation. I only saw inside for about 5 mins from within 5ft of door but looks like its supposed to. Overall, a positive experience and I will consider this Ace hardware a valuable asset to our town.

I stopped by Tigard Ace to grab something that wasnt in stock at my local Ace. They had everything I needed and were very friendly and helpful. Im just sorry that it wasnt around when I lived in Tigard.

Great hardware store. Theyre still working out some kinks since opening a few months ago, but they have all the essentials, plus some. The best part is you dont have to walk an entire warehouse to find the couple items your looking for.

New to the Tigard area but its nice to have an Ace Hardware so close! I was a frequent visitor at the progress location which was a 4 mile drive for me. Petty I know! They are super helpful here.

Unable to get service for wire cutting. One staff person told me they were on the phone. Another was untrained to help. No one answered a page for assistance. Wont return here. Unexpected for Ace to have poor customer service. Very disappointed.

They are open! So nice to ha e an ACE close. Great place to get hard to find hardware. Especially some grade 8 bolt.. or metric. Friendly staff, very helpful!
