Rolled ice cream was so good! We ordered the red bean and the campfire rolled ice cream. Pretty crowded! But not a long wait at all! Service was great! Fast and efficient! Very friendly! Definitely will be back!!

Wow. Terrible owners bad for the community. Forcing extremist values on staff and customers. Trying to pay below living wage and blaming staff shortages. NO BOOMER, people arent willing to be treated like trash for pennies for hard work anymore.Let them fail. Business like this who cant operate and pay normal living wage should not be around anymore.

Awesome place. The serving sizes are nice and generous and the staff were kind and helpful. The flavors are unique and all taste great.

I started to write a long description of how bad my experience was and how the two employees “working” during my visit treated me and my family. I was going to finish the review by mentioning that we will never go back to an establishment that treats it customers like we were treated. While that’s true, I just don’t have the energy or time to spend doing so. This place won’t last much longer. The ice cream is really good, but no business can survive with employees as rude, inept, all around unpleasant as the two working at 22 below during our visit. Good riddance

So cool. They start off with liquid and then you get rolled ice cream. Much better tasting than cold stone imo. The other day i had a ice cream ( forgot what it was called) that had brownie white chocolate drizzle chocolate base and it was wonderful. The price is a little spendy and thats around 5 bucks for a regular size. But i would definitely spend it again here and there because its so good but it is something that i can only afford to do as a special treat here and there.

Very different way of eating ice cream. They roll it and give you choice of toppings. Is a labor intensive process so its more expensive than typical ice cream cone or cup of ice cream.

I really like brining the kids here. They have fun watching the ice cream treats be made and the staff is always very nice.

This was literally the coolest thing to watch being made. Great selection. It seems like there is something for most dietary needs. A must see.

Had a horrible experience here. I would not recommend you go here if you want to be treated like you’re a person. Went to 22 below in Tigard and figured I would try out a smoothie there. They mixed the smoothie with milk!?!? I tried to see if they would make me a different drink instead and the girl attending the store named Nillie told me that to get another drink I would have to pay again!!! I literally just paid $7 for nothing. Thank you for ripping me off and taking my money. Horrible customer service. Save yourself the hassle and frustration I had to go through and just don’t go here.

This place was so cool! The ice cream was yummy and I got to add toppings at the end. The regular size was pretty big but we took it home to eat later. There was a hot Cheetos flavor Im going to try next time. It looked so interesting! Cant wait to go back.

Really creamy ice cream with a variety of flavors. Its made right in front of you on ice tables so you can see the process. They have a select number of bubble teas and Jasmine teas as well. Its a nice little place and I love that its close to home! They also have a punch card system that takes off $4 on your next purchase when you fill it. :)

Gimmicky expensive ice cream. So its rolled up... who cares? It doesnt taste all that spectacular. Also, it takes a long time to make and the staff doesnt seem very enthusiastic about their jobs. Ill stick with Handels in Sherwood.

This is the best ice cream Ive ever had! The first time I came I got the honey bee. It was lavender icecream with honey. This time I got the pink explosion. Rose icecream with strawberry! So so so good!

I dont know what they put in the drink or if the milk was spoiled, but after taking a few sips from it I felt nauseous and started getting a bad stomach ache and it still hurts to this day.

If you see one employee working stay away it will take 25 mins to get ice cream. Employee had to turn away people 15 mins before close because wouldnt get to them until well after close.

Love it. Lots of flavors to choose from. They even have a hot cheetos flavor if you dare!

Novel local ice cream shop. Gotta try the experience at least once to see a unique twist on an old classic.

Been to Thailand and can confirm similar methodologies are used here but in a local spot for those summer when I miss the sands of Patong Beach.
