Bought a twin Sealy mattress for $300: my teenage son loves it. The employee was easy to work with when we came in around 6pm on a Saturday.

My husband and I had the best experience at this mattress store. The owner was professional and nice, never pushy and even did an exchange when we chose one that was too hard.. We I already been to four different fancy places before we got there but we ended up getting one here because we really liked the low-key no pressure . Thanks Eric, the Bakers.

We were in a rush to get a mattress for our out of town guest and explained this to Eric, who was extremally helpful answered all our questions, super friendly and above all there was no pressure in the prosses. If I could give a zero I would. I went in not this last Saturday, but the one before and tested out few mattresses. Found 2 that I liked and the manager wrote down on a card what the prices would he for either of the matress and what the price would be if I were to get box springs as well. He came right up to the 2 different ones I was looking at so there was no confusion and we talked about how a sale was going on, but if I brought in the card ( business card ) with the prices on them he would give whatever one I choose for that price. I go back this last Saturday and tell him I decided on one and tell him the price and show him the card and he tells me that he can not do it for the price that he guaranteed and that he wrote down a different mattress. He tried to play it off like it was a mistake when it was very clear when I was there what ones I was looking at. The one he tried to play it off as is not even one I even showed any interest in at all.He said it would be $600 more than what he said it would be. I of course said nope because he straight up lied to me. Walked out and he acted like he could care less. Handed the card back to me and said bye. Horrendous customer service and straight up liar. O went over to mattress world and found a aupee similar mqtreas for less money. I even like it better. Lesson here is do not trust the Manger here as even when he seems like he cares and that the price is what he tells you. It in fact is not and he in fact is a liar. I even still have the business card and the price that he wrote down the price that he guaranteed. No thanks liar. Do not waste your time with this guy. He should not be the manager

I went in here just to see what they have and I left with a matress. Friendly guy and easy to talk to. He gave me a lot of time to make a decision after showing me what I described to him. I recommend this place.

We went in there in desperate need of a mattress. The store was due for closing at any moment. But they stayed open for us and even took the time to still deliver our mattress so that we wouldn’t have to sleep on the floor. They even gave us a deal on the best sheets I’ve ever owned in my life. 10/10 would recommend shopping at this location. Customer service was absolutely wonderful. Definitely went out of their way to ensure a happy experience.

Amazing customer service with lots of experience.Me and my wife went in to look for a mattress The salesman showed us a very nice Queen size mattress made by a local company and then proceeded to take $500 off the price.Unlike most mattress companies that are in debt up to their eyeballs Mattress depot Is a family owned debt free company . This gives them the ability to buy product in cash from the manufacturer and get very good deals. Which they pass on to their customers.Its good to see them in Oregon they have always been a very well respected Company in the Seattle area.

Buying our mattress was easier than going grocery shopping! Eric, the salesperson was courteous, informative, wore a mask, had sanitizer available! Edmund and Angel delivered the mattress! They wore masks and gloves and did literally everything! Box spring, dust ruffle, mattress, mattress cover! The two were also courteous, careful and quick! They were cognizant of our covid concerns and both Eric, Edmund and Angel took every precaution to keep us safe! As apprehensive as we were, this was an excellent experience! Totally recommend this Tigard Mattress Depot!

Eric was amazing. He took the time to show us all our options within our budget. After dealing with three other stores and their high pressure, Mattress Depot and especially Eric was a refreshing experience. After showing us some options he left us alone to chop it up with my wife, lay on the beds, and come to a decision. We got a Fantastic Stearns and Foster for $400 less than their closest competitor and delivered the same day! Go see Eric in Tigard he knows his stuff.

My fiancee and I were just looking around preparing to buy a mattress today, but they made it so hassle free, the prices were so great and it was such a stress free environment that we left with exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price today.

If I was able to leave zero stars I would...My husband and I were shopping for a mattress and box spring for my daughter. Our first stop was Mattress Depot. We found a good deal there but wanted to shop around for something to compare to. When it was time to purchase, went back to the store to find it was closed during business hours. I called a couple more times, no answer. Travelled back to the location and the person that helped us wasn’t there. I left a message and once again no response. Today, I went back for the third time and jokingly said to the guy that “he was a hard person to get ahold of” His response was “ I have better things to do then worry about a $350 mattress”. I walked out and will not be returning!! Poor customer service says it all.

5 stars all around! My husband and I went into the store and were greeted by the owners right away, the Store was very clean and they had many options to choose from. They were very knowledgeable about all of their products and took the time to explain each one to us and never once did we feel pressured to buy anything. They were not pushy they were honestly trying to get us what we wanted for the best price. We ended up buying the bed and are very pleased. The owners were very nice people and we were more than happy to give them our business!!!

Went in looking for a new mattress, and Eric was extremely helpful with pointing us to mattresses in our budget and that might fit our needs. He wasnt pushy, and was super helpful with any questions we had. We also got a new pillow for my husband, and some sheets and matress cover. This place was a perfect fit for us. We went in with a very specific bed in mind and wanted to take it home right away. While most places needed to order the mattress, Matress Depot had it in stock. Eric actually loaded it on his truck and drive it to our house about 3hrs later. There was no pressure and no upsell. It was just simple. And Eric was a super nice guy! Mattress Depot was a good find and I recommend it to everyone.

Brad Barber was a real good salesperson, no high pressure. He showed me 3-4 different mattresses and I chose one that I really liked. I still had two other stores to go to for comparison shopping. I did have all intention of going back to Mattress Depot, but it was Labor Day weekend and the next store gave me an offer I just couldnt pass up. Not that Mattress Depots prices were out of line. They also had a decent sale going on. But in the end, I had to choose the other store.

Mattress Depot USA is great! The sales clerk, Joel, made mattress shopping the easiest Ive ever experienced. He got me a great deal on a floor model and was very attentive to my needs, even while assisting other customers. Awesome place!!

I was VERY pleasantly surprised when I walked in here! I was actually heading to another store up the street, but decided to stop in here just to compare. Im so glad I did!They actually had A LOT to choose from in both the low-end and high-end mattress categories (which is unusual, I think). I really appreciated that when I walked in and said I needed a cheap twin, the salesman showed me a number of very affordable options (without trying to sell me on something fancier).Everyone was super nice and helpful. Highly recommend- Ill definitely be back when its time to replace our king. Dont let the outside of the store dissuade you- its worth stopping in!

VERY not good. Steer clear of Mattress Creep-o!The hubby and I went to buy a mattress, and got stuck with a person named Scott. Scott was pushy, sleazy and overbearing. One of those nonstop talkers you may find at a shady car dealership, or maybe in a dark alley. Except he was at a mattress store. (Yeck!)Scott was quite intrusive and disrespectful - he stood way too close to me, and was looking at me in a way my husband was in disbelief about. I was in disbelief, as well (ladies, steer clear! Or bring your pepper spray).Scott barely showed us any beds, never stopped talking, and made sure to show us beds $200.00 above our requested price range.To top it off, he also asked us to take a picture of the bed label we were thinking of buying, instead of writing the info on a paper himself, or offering a pamphlet. Goodness.We ended up buying a mattress, just to get it over with (bad idea, thats what happens when you mattress shop while hungry), and after we slept on it one night, requested an exchange the next day. The mattress was harder than a ROCK, and had the foulest order weve ever smelled on a mattress. (Note, Id ended up visiting the doctor the next day, due to having severe pain in my right shoulder, and in my lungs, which Ive never had before).I called the store to request the exchange (they dont do refunds, not surprisingly) and after the rep on the phone tried to slyly talk me out of it, I politely insisted and got to meet the next Mattress Creep-o representative: Brad.Brad put up a good face and kindly offered us a bed that was $1,100.00 more (gee, thanks) and, hey, also offered a nice $25.00 discount on a darling $100.00 pillow (again, no thanks!).We ended up swapping the toxic rock bed for a softer floor model that was valued $100.00 less (which Brad only mentioned at the very last minute, when I refused to pay the $100.00 delivery fee).Long story short: stay AWAY from the Mattress Creep-o, or, pack your pepper spray and prepare to be disrespected as a consumer, and a human being.In a happy turn of events, we told our entire local church congregation about what happened, and everyone pitched in to buy us a new bed from another store! Wohooo! How amazing is that?! Kindness is everywhere (just not at Mattress Creep-o.)I hope our local community is spared the trouble we experienced at this awful place. I was incredibly skeptical of this place driving up. In fact, my fiancé and I were joking with each other about the sort of weird off-brand mattresses we were going to find inside. We were already sold on getting either a TempurPedic or an iComfort. Spending $3500 on a new mattress wasnt out of the question. But, we wanted to comparison shop.Well, we did find some off-brand mattresses inside Mattress Depot. Mattresses made right here in the Pacific Northwest. Always great to buy local, right?Better yet, we found a memory foam gel mattress that felt comparable to the TempurPedic we loved for less than a third of the price--and made in Tacoma, WA. Needless to say, we bought immediately.The sales guy was great and really knew his stuff. Rethink the brand name hype and give this place a shot!
