Richard was very kind when I needed to figure out the right type of bed for myself. I normally have issues finding beds which properly support my body, but we really had no issue finding one promptly! He was very knowledgeable and I greatly appreciated his enthusiasm.

Hubs and I came into the store and was upfront and honest that we would like to be educated on different mattress brands and not ready to buy. Richard was awesome! He took the time, had patience, and talked to us at a level we could understand. He shared different perspectives and showed us all kinds of styles. He spent a good amount of time educating knowing that weren’t ready to purchase. That left us quite an impression and grateful for it. Thank you Richard!

We couldnt be happier!! 😊 We had a great experience from start to finish. The guy to see is Spencer!! He is knowledgable and not pushy. We were looking for a bed for our daughter and Spencer walked us through the maze of mattresses. She was able to identify one that she liked pretty quickly. We then looked at frames and headboards. Since not everything was on the floor, Spencer brought up all the options on the computer and our daughter picked one that she liked. Since we were sizing up, we also purchased two sets of bamboo sheets and a mattress protector. We scheduled the delivery and left- we didnt need to go anywhere else because Spencer took care of everything. The next day, Spencer called us and let us know the frame was not available and asked us to choose a different one. No problem, we chose a different frame... my daughter liked it just a well as the other and the color was actually a better fit for her room. Delivery day came... two gentlemen set up the new frame and the new mattress. They were courteous and very mindful when moving things into the house/room. My daughter loves her new bed!! We are so grateful for the help and expertise of Spencer and the crew at Bedmart- on Cascade Ave.

I would Not shop here,if I were you,, bought a mattress, had to wait a week for delivery,, bought two sets of sheets,, had to wait three weeks for delivery.there seems to be NO product in stock at this store!!!!

We worked with Chris and he was extremely helpful. He walked us through the smart bed assessment, showed us a few different beds to try, and helped us ultimately pick the best one! Him and Kyle were super friendly and great to work with!

I walked in to browse and was approached by Chris Callahan within a couple minutes. He was very informative, friendly and low pressure. I told him what kind of mattress I was looking for and he showed me a few options. It was also Labor Day weekend and I knew that all mattress stores were offering good deals. My intention wasnt to walk in and immediately buy since I had 1 more store on my list of 5 stores to go to. So Chris told me the price of the mattress I was lying on and said that the company that provided the power base was offering that free with the purchase of a mattress. Also pillows and mattress pads were half off. So I got a lot more than I expected for the price I payed. Chris made the transaction very simple and I appreciated that he wasnt the typical high pressure salesman that is expected in a retail store.Also, the delivery went off flawlessly. I was called in the morning with a two hour window and Jesse and Daniel was there in the early part of that window. They had it set up and demonstrated the power base within 15 minute.I recommend this store and Chris to anybody looking to buy a new mattress.

I am giving a shout out to Luke Bernard at the Parklane/BedMart store by Washington Square in Tigard, on Cascade Ave. We had a defective mattress and because of the Covid 19, we werent able to get into the store and exchange. He did everything he could to make our getting a new bed as easy as can be. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you, Luke!

Hands-down the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. My friend took me in to BedMart because she had made her previous purchases this year at the location at Washington Square. I was very impressed with the knowledge of our sales person his name was Chris and I was blown away at the red carpet treatment that I was receiving. He made me feel incredibly comfortable and absolutely zero pressure and that is priceless these days. It’s so nice to buy from a store with somebody who is so knowledgeable and doesn’t pressure you. He encouraged me to take a vantage of their 120 day Exchange policy If I wasn’t satisfied and the steps and procedures that go along with exchanging to make the customer satisfied is so simple and easy I am so impressed with this company and the way they approach sales and informative and non-pressure way. I highly recommend this place to anybody who’s looking for Xtreme quality at a very low price that’s competitive in the market while receiving excellent customer service thank you again Christopher for helping me choose my mattress I absolutely love it!

Amazing customer service!!!!! Christopher Callahan provided us with hands down best customer service and I wanted to take the time to give an honest review for customers looking for a place to matress shop stress Free and be educated and informed on their purchase without the pressure. We had to come over to the Washington Square location due to having to make an exchange. Not because the bed was bad quality or anyting we just made a rush decision at another location and had to take advantage of their return policy to swap out for a bed that fit our needs better... With that in mind we came to their location which was not the original location we made our purchase but because they had a much bigger selection. I met Chris and instantly I felt very welcome and knew that I was in good hands. He took all the stress off of doing the exchange process and took the time to listen to our needs and help us find the right bed for us. His incredibly positive attitude and patience well we test it out all options made this experience absolutely amazing. He was very personable and easy to connect with and I have never had such great customer experience than what I received from Chris. Went in here because Mor furniture didnt have the great of a variety of affordable mattresses. Noel was AMAZING! So kind, and knowledgeable and we are so grateful for the wonderful customer service!! Thank you!

Clerk was incredibly condescending the moment we walked into the store. He was sarcastic the entire time and thought staying behind his counter and yelling across the store was being a good salesman. We were ready to drop a couple thousand on a mattress and spent a total of 2 minutes in the store before leaving. The worst furniture/mattress experience we have ever had.

After 10 years, my old bed decided it was time for me to purchase a new one. All of the support was seemingly missing. I visited Nate, at the Cascade Store, and I was immediately impressed with not only his Consummate Interpersonal Skills, I was very impressed with how he Represented Bedmart! Instead to trying to SELL me the most expensive Product in the store, he focused first upon, my Sleeping Habits? Side Sleeper? Back Sleeper? Any digestive concerns...allergy? He then ran a diagnostic Test, with the system that Bedmart has in place, and from there, he looked at the recommendations based upon my input, habits and needs. From there, Nate, presented each option, features, advantages and benefits. What I liked about my entire experience, is the fact that Nate allowed me to Make an Informed decision as it related to my Purchase. My sincere recommendation is that if you are looking for a Bed, and you want to actually enjoy the experience, and most importantly obtain the best bed for your needs based upon your uniqueness/Sleeping Habits... Go see Nate at Bedmart...Cascade Avenue Location.

Well it is Sunday night at 8:28. We were told our delivery would be between 6:00 and 8:30. Guess they are going to be late. Why not just call. We only spent $2,500 so I guess it wasnt enough . At least call and give a heads up....Update.we get a call at 8:45 and are told it would beat least two more hours. You suck. I have never seen this type of service.

A bit expensive, but they have a decent selection, and they let you try out mattresses as long as it takes. They actually had a bit larger selection than one other bedmart in the area.
