If you drop off a prepaid package, be sure to get a receipt from PostalAnnex! The owner will even encourage you to leave without a receipt, he did to me and got upset when I asked for my receipt (twice). If you dont have a receipt you may lose the contents of your package with no recourse, but your word against the person who doesnt want to give you a receipt. There is a Postal Connection right around the corner, they are much better than this according to reviews.
Went in to ship a FedEx package, and they cannot scan the baroda to generate a shipping label. I would think that if youre an authorized shipping center, you should be able to generate a shopping label. Get with the technology. Go elsewhere to ship your packages.
I have used the Postal Annex+ located in the Safeway Shopping Center (The Tigard Promenade) many times over the years.It is really easy to see from the main road, Pacific Highway West and is easy to get to.You approach the shop by taking SW Royalty Parkway. Parking can be a little tight sometimes so it’s good to keep an eye out for it.The staff has always been very efficient, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.And it’s great since they offer a whole array of services including Notary Public and passport help.
We have a POBox here, ship packages on a regular basis and even had to send a fax (amazing when an organization only takes faxes). The team takes care of the requests, are quick and efficient. I appreciate their hardwork and large amount of services the offer. I give them credit for keeping all the every changing rules and regulations current, yes there are a lot of signs, but if they only offered one item it would be simpler, but if you want to get in and get out quickly for almost anything this is the place. Thanks for everything.
Can I get a negative 1 here? As I used to live in Tigard, I still find myself using places Im familiar with. Each time I walk into this PA, what Im familiar with is lack of knowledge, and consistently rude. Save yourself the hassle of leaving without getting the business taken care of you needed to.

Changing my long winded, overly critical one star review to 3 stars.Very convenient drop off point for all major freight services, and they have only lost one package out of 60 or 70 Ive dropped off in the last few months. And that was during the holiday rush, it could have been stolen off their unsecure counter for dropping off pre paid packages, or it could have been mistakenly given to the wrong courier.Either way it never did show up, anywhere, and insurance doesnt cover it until its first legit scan, so it was a total loss.
Been coming here for years. Scott and his team have always been very professional and amazing. Im a hard man to please and I cant say enough good about this place in one paragraph.

No option to give zero stars. The lady who was in the office did not have any knowledge about the procedures of notary. Made a big hassle trying to figure out for 30 minutes and guess what?? Our application was rejected because the notary sign was improper. She had no patience in handling our 1 month old baby to get her thumbprint. She was harsh and ended up making our baby cry for a long time. She did not even know how to document the notary. She went back and forth, re-wrote many times. She even came to our car and opened the door while I was REVERSING in a rude way to get the name of the baby that we told her many times. Did not even have any courtesy and told someone on the phone that, the experience was a Nightmare, IN FRONT OF US, as if we were creating all the trouble. Worst experience ever and now asking for a refund of $30
I left a pre labeled package on the counter to be shipped overnight (as they instruct you to do) and today Fed Ex has no record of it being picked up. When I dropped it off I asked the girl at the counter if Fed Ex had been there yet she said no. I was in relief because it need to go out that day and I said thank you, checked my PO Box and left. I called today and inquired if something happened or if it got left behind somehow and the man on the phone could not have been more rude. Unbelievably rude. I get it, its out of our hands when they pick it up, BUT I am asking if it was picked up!? Things happen, be accountable, why be condescending jerk? ZERO customer service from anyone at the place. EVER. Now I have no idea where my package is and I am out the $150 I paid to overnight it. Please dont trust these people with anything that is important.Update: All I was asking for was help trying to figure out what happened to my package and I was berated on the phone as if I was a child. Calling you out on your poor customer service doesnt make me not accepting. Get real. I asked questions that Fed Ex asked me to call and ask you in order to help find out what happened. All you repeated was its out of my hands. Your behavior on the phone was childish and unprofessional. Because you couldnt answer basic questions, I assume because you were on the defense, I spent half my day dealing with FedEx. The explanation they gave me was quite different.
If you have to return anything to Amazon via UPS DO NOT take your package here. They take no responsibility for the package. We took a package here on December 28th and as of today, January 14 the package has not arrived back to Amazon and we are out $53. My husband went back to Postal Annex today and their position is...NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY. There is a UPS store in Tualatin. Go there. Lesson learned.
I go here at least once a work for all my office shipments and the owner is always friendly and super quick! The other staff is great also, family friendly and its a really convenient location.
As a business owner myself I understand the demands of running a small business and working with Postal Annex in Tigard is a great small business to work with. I am able to drop off anything that needs to be shipped or mailed and I am in and out in less than a minute. They have also helped me with print services among many other miscellaneous items. Glad to be a customer of this great local small business.
From the moment I walked in, the lady working made it intentionally obvious she did not want to help me. I felt uncomfortable with her handling my mail so I left and went somewhere else.
I had a PO Box at another Postal Annex in Tualatin and closed. I moved to this Postal Annex and I have only good things to say about Scott and this Postal Annex. He has always been kind & caring to all my business needs. Ive lost my keys and he just smiled at me and said not to worry he would work with me to fix it. When I came in a forgot my keys, he again helped me out. He always remembered my name and said hi whenever I walked through the door. I remember when he bought that business, he had a lot of work getting onto its feet financially... but he did it. Great place to take your business too.

Dont drop off prepaid here, you might have no way of proving if it was given to the carrier or not. Lost item with no recourse with insurance. :( The owner would not help me in any way. They have cameras and would not help me prove it was dropped off there. They just blamed USPS for not scanning it in. The item is still lost to this day. Thanks for nothing.
Getting charged for someone to tape my box on one end of the box for over $2.50. Yes there’s a sign but I guess it’s the customer’s fault for not seeing it out of the hundreds of signs in the store. Basic customer service is verbally reiterate new policies. Rip offs. I had a good experience at the Scholls location but bc of this instance I will not be using postal annex any longer.
Excellent service; went in to get a bank paper notarized and despite being the only person at the counter and numerous people in line, the associate was polite and efficient.
I went in to get fingerprints and the guy that helped me forced me to take off my crossbody/purse because he insisted it would get in the way. I told him I felt more comfortable leaving it on but he gave me negative attitude and said ge was just there to get his job done. He made me feel awful and to me it seemed more like he needed a sense of power/contol over me. I needed these fingerprints for work otherwise I would of walked out.
