This is a very good location. Lots of selection, because it is a super store it has a few more selections. I enjoyed shopping here.

The cashier was very pleasant & bagged my items properly. Another employee in the store was very helpful to my friend when her motorized cart died. They got her another one & patiently waited as she moved from one cart to the other. Other employees were also very pleasant throughout the store.

On my Target trip today I was blown away by how visually appealing the toothpaste and mouthwash aisle was. At first I didnt even want to get toothpaste, because I didnt want to mess it up it was that impressive. I dont think any other Target I have been to are even comparable in the organization and overall clean look. The staff were all super friendly and had a great experience!

This is my favorite target but I didn’t give it 5 stars due to the rude worker in self checkout (10/18/2021) @5:15pm! She was so rude to all the black customers! If you’re going to work in customer service then please be nice to EVERYONE! Otherwise find a stay at home job! Usually the workers are extremely nice at this location so I’m disappointed by her behavior! Other than that, I love this target!

Theyre effecient and helpful. I love this store. I was never a fan of Target until the pandemic hit. They are super organized and pick items right away for in store pickup. They staff are all very helpful and friendly. You dont feel like youre making anyone go out of their way to help like in other stores. Im not a Target fan!

I go to target because of the service, cleanliness and overall atmosphere. I’m even willing to pay extra $$ for this environment! But I went here and was so disappointed in the bathrooms and some clothing areas. I tried going to the restroom and they were out of toilet paper because every roll was all over the wet floor. So gross!!! Is this a gas station?

Clean well-maintained location. Its one of the better targets around. The employees are very friendly the other customers are friendly and the parking lot is huge. Its a very well-stocked Target thats larger than most and offers more selection. Definitely worth a stop if you need anything they offer

Tinley Park Target is very easy to navigate. Wide aisles, organized merchandise. Recently they have updated their displays, dollar spot & have a new beer/wine section!

I ordered two patio chairs while my son was at the dentist. By the time we left the doctors office I received an email that the order was ready for curbside pickup. As I approached the store we pulled up the email to find out the details of picking up my order. The email asked for details about my vehicle and asked to me to press Im here once parked. I followed the instructions and as I took my fingers off the gear shift a customer service rep was walking towards my vehicle with the chairs. The chairs were a longer than my trunk and he waited for me to move the seats all while maintaining an appropriate social distance. As I happily prepared to drive away I heard the rep ask a co-worker who was approaching a vehicle in curbside pickup spot next to where I was parked if she needed assistance. The rep then went to help his co-worker. Great experience and awesome customer service!

Super big, super clean and super friendly. However surprisingly I didn’t find what I was looking for here. I was looking for fine sharp small scissors. I couldn’t find them here. However I found everything else.

This Target store was very clean and the prices were really good as well! The check out staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely tell you to go and check it out for yourself!

Everything was clean and the employees were courteous. The have handicap accessible parking and restrooms. They also have a Starbucks inside as well as a CVS pharmacy and CVS minute clinic. There is no soda tax at this location. There is also a family restroom and recycling bins. An atm is inside as well. There are self check out lanes. Their bathrooms were so clean I took a pic. Very clean and organized, will go back.

Quality of items, store cleanliness, and ease of ordering stuff online.Phil at the Tinley Park location in IL was terrific. I had a horrible check-out experience due to the register freezing via my cc payment. It was such a grueling process with the rain outside and our purchased items already packed into my husbands truck.But Phil went above and beyond, spoke to me as a person with kind words, unloaded all of the items so that the manager, Becky, could re-scan (she wasnt as forgiving as Phil but helpful) over $266 worth of purchases. Phil re-bagged all items and reloaded our truck. Thank you, Phil; you were great for me, my husband, and our son!

Proper mask wearing is not required of the employees, and probably not by the customers. On Tuesday i saw three employees with their masks not covering mouth and nose. One of them put it on properly when requested. Another refused to put his mask on, and told me it was not required while speaking. I didnt bother with the third. I was there between 7 and 8 am, which is supposedly reserved for seniors and people with health risks. I reported the incident to Target Corporate HQ and was told they would look into it but I would not be informed of any results. The improper mask wearing is a regular thing, as I have seen employees with masks on their chin only every time I have been in this particular store.

I love how big and spacious the store is, nice, clean and organized. Associates are very helpful and polite. The gentleman that was sanitizing the cart on the furniture side around 6:45pm was AWESOME! Very polite with greeting me. Even said bye when I left the store. The staff was really working hard stocking shelves and shopping for online purchases.

Friendliness of the staff, working there. They say hello upon entering the store and say have a good day upon leaving the store.

Great shopping experience with friendly associates that were very helpful. I had just came up to the store to grab two items for our dinner but I ended up with 7 items by the time I got to the check out. The person that was in front of me in line seen me struggling and offered to let me set a few items in the front of her cart I really appreciated her kindness. Then when we got to the checkout she insisted that I go first! I asked her if she shopped at Target often and she said she worked in the produce department I asked her for her name because she was such a caring and exceptional person which really made my day and shopping experience great! Thank you again Sue in the produce department. Your why my family and I love shopping at Target.

The workers were extremely helpful. I am shopping with a broken arm and not only did I receive assistance in the store but I was able to pull up and my large item was loaded in my vehicle. That is awesome service!

Target will always be my go to store for many reasons but this one may be the biggest. My elderly mother went into the store by herself the store last week and every day since tells me how much she enjoyed her experience and how much of a sweetheart the Erin from Target is. She said she went above and beyond with helping her find what she needed and even helped her put it in her cart. During such a hectic time it is so nice and reassuring to be shown such hospitality and warmth.

Nice toy department with electrics. Nice service. The carpet cleaner department needs carpet brushers that sold solo, or for couchs. Something less cheap then a carpet cleaner. Yeah I know it has one. Though they are expensive

Drive up service is great for picking up a few items. I have used several times at different Target locations. Its a convenient service especially now with Covid-19. I like the Target app. It is easy to find items and the prices are fair for most items we have shopped for. Will continue to use in the future.

I typically dont post reviews but wanted to give recognition to hard work and efficient service. Throughout the pandemic this Target has gone above and beyond to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience. For the past couple months i have shopped here a lot more often and the young girl usually working in the hair care and soap aisles is the sweetest thing and makes my day every time I see her. She always looks like shes doing a million things at once but always is friendly and drops everything shes doing to try to accommodate or help me find what Im looking for and quickly too! All the staff have been extremely friendly and accommodating. Keep up the great work Target!

Staff was rude when I went to in store order pickup and skipped me over 4 times for the people who were in the exchange line for the same thing. When I pointed out that i was being skipped over by another employee walking up to them and handing them their orders the cashier stated that it did not matter what line I was in so I said “if it doesn’t matter what line I’m in why am I being skipped over for the other line?” Cashier rolled his eyes and went to sorting things instead of handing me my items. He eventually gave me my items but i had to keep waiting in line while other customers where attended to right away on the exchange item line. Eventually I got my items but that’s ridiculous to just skip an entire line when the other people weren’t even in the right one

The associate that rang me up went above and beyond professionalism and the way she controlled the line and articulate and project her voice in a mask excellent

The grocery section is rather small compared to Meijers, but maybe its me, they seem to have what I generally shop for. They are applying heavy gouging prices to paper towels and the other known pandemic items. Self-checkout area is rather tight and it is not as quick as I would prefer.My wife. says she appreciates the quality of produce and meats. The fruit always looks tasty and hard to pass-up.I hate the parking lot however.

Today’s target run went from great (shoutout to the super nice lady in the bakery) to super hostile within seconds. There’s a sign to stay in the aisle and wait to be called up to the registers. There were two ladies in front of me arguing because one waited in the line and the other didn’t. There was no one there directing people where to go and the lady that did not wait behind the sign simply didn’t see it and didn’t know. A very easy fix is to have someone at the sign at all times or take the sign down when there is not someone there. It’s as easy as that, which I told the cashier who got very upset and just said they were trying their best. The cashiers should not have to deal with that and it is managements job to control these situations with simple solutions. I mean if we’re not willing to take the sign down when someone can’t be there, throw a sheet over it. Really isn’t that hard to avoid hostile situations. I know this is a stressful time and we’re all adjusting.. so this review should be enough to fix this issue. Your employees deserve it.Also, target is a billion dollar corporation, if they need a new title of “line coordinator” and hire employees specifically for it, they can. No reason for this issue.

Absolutely awful. Two pickup orders in the last week and both were missing items. 2 trips for each order and on the last one they still forgot another bag and told us we had return for a third time for our items or a refund. The Lead of Pickup, Becky and the Lead of Front Entrance, Brittany were extremely rude to my wife and stated there is no way to resolve this issue and refused to provide us contact with another manager or name of anyone above them.

This is a SUPER Target. Very big, lots of departments, huge clearance sections, large beauty and makeup department. I will be back next time Im in the area.

I have gone to this Target several times over the past year. I am almost always displeased with the produce department. Their salad mixes are often brown, and much of the fruit is not fresh, not to mention high priced. Normally the service is good and things are well stocked. However, I was frustrated with my visit last evening. The shelves were not stocked well and there was a lot of clutter in the womens department. There were not enough cashiers either. Not sure when or if Ill return.

I took my daughter to use the bathroom at the Tinley Park location. There was toilet paper all over the floor and the toilets were not all clean. As I was leaving the bathroom, there was an employee filling out the bathroom cleaning form on the door. He had not checked the bathroom at all, and he was filling out that it was clean on the form. I told him that the bathroom wasnt very clean, and he just looked at me and continued to fill the form and walk away.

Usually I have a good experience here, but today when I went in, countless shoppers had their masks only covering their mouths or they would take it off when talking. If it was just one or two people, that’s one thing. But with that many people and no staff correcting it, it’s not right. Also, I’m not sure if the a/c was off or not working properly, but it was very hot and stuffy throughout the store. I felt very faint. The poor cashier we had was sweating bullets!

I shop at this Target three times a week for the last 6 years. I was treated poor and unfairly by an employee named Teryn today. She was helping folks take their place in the check out lines. She was extremely rude and went out of her way to switch my line placement all because I asked if the register attendee was coming back. I am seriously disappointed in my experience and will start moving my shopping to Jewel instead.

I love love love this location. Even though this Target isnt near by I love it so much that Im willing to commute pretty far just to have a great shopping experience. The customer service was outstanding and the store was neat as usual, and clean looking. The pharmacist was very helpful in assisting me in locating a womens multivitamin I was looking for. In addition I love the health and beauty area this place just made me do more shopping then what I came for it but i enjoyed it the fullest! Will be back again!, and I recommend others to shop here.

There are supposed to be 2 lines, one for order pick up and one for returns. I was told I had to wait in the return line, which I did, I waited over 45 minutes to pick up item that was already paid in full. Would have been faster to go to the aisle and pick out the merchandise and check out.

So far, Ive had no problems while shopping at this store. Every time Ive shopped here the store was clean and organized, I got good service, and I was able to find most of the items I wanted easily. As crowded as this store gets, the cashiers seem to do a pretty good job of getting everyone rung up and on their way.

The ease of ordering and the speed in which the order was processed.

Lines extremely long, only 4 cashiers! Self check was open only on one side and every other was open, although that line moved faster. I saw numerous colleagues walking around, standing and talking to other colleagues. Management directing traffic for checkout, jump in and open a register...

My fiancé and I did 2 registry’s and one of them was at Target! We had a super fun time walking around the store and picking out what we would love to have in our future home! There was a huge of variety of items to choose from and all at affordable prices! Definitely an easy, fun, and reliable retail store for all guests to shop at when buying your wedding gift! Also, I would recommend going to a Super Target to have more of a selection! A well spend day! :)

Great store for most needs, my personal favorite is the electronics section, and this place does not disappoint. They have go-pros, computers, video games, and just about anything tge average person would ever need.

The employees here are absolutely horrid. The last time i was here the cashier tried to short change me. Now the grown man collecting carts is getting aggressive with people trying to park their cars. He wreaks of alcohol and exclaims oh I wish youd try it

Limiting access to one door was inconvenient - worked for store but not for customer. Had to walk to opposite side of store to pick up internet order item. Store need to find a better way of entering customers.

I needed assistance locating particular bread buns as well as locating chicken bacon wrap entree by archer farms. Target team member, Fran was a delight! She is warm and, friendly 😊 she made my shopping trip easy. Please send her my warm regards.

The store shelves were empty! I needed a few items. Which on the Target website said they carried. This store did not. Terrible selection of fruits and vegetables. Prices are high. Not sure what happened to Target Stores. They are no high end store, but there prices look like it. Only would go back for something specific. Hoping they would have it.

I love target and have always thought that most (if not all) targets are equally great. This location proved me wrong. This store far exceeds any target I have been to. It is exceptional. I have never experienced so many helpful employees in such a short visit. Everywhere I turned someone asked me if they could help. They have a deli. They have an unreal baked goods selection. This store inspires me in a way that only an amazing target can. Props to whoever is running the place. Excellent
