I placed my order online 10/6 (a month ago) and still have not received my order. On 10/25 I emailed and they said they “didn’t realize they had an order” and would priority ship. Now it is 11/4 and I have still not received my order. I emailed two days ago and this morning asking for an update and I’ve gotten no response. Also there is no phone number to contact about this. My email from two days ago has still not been responded to even though website says order was received last month. Very unprofessional.

This is the absolute best place to order hair bows. I ordered when my daughter was little and everyone remarked on her coordinating bows. The bows hold up so well that we sold them at our garage sale and the moms were snatching them up. They still looked brand new after so many wears.Now, I am back to order for a niece!

I bought a bow for my mom and she loves it!!

I ordered some personalized bows as part of a set for a birthday gift for a toddler. One of the bows was left out of the 2 piece set. After contacting the business, I was told several times that the bow would be replaced, and I was told over and over that it was in the mail but it never arrived! Day after day I waited. Finally three weeks after the little girls birthday had passed and after much frustration I was granted a refund. I have yet to receive the bow that was supposedly in the mail before the refund was finally granted. Their turnaround time is very slow. And if you have a problem with your order, the owner is not nice and in fact will talk to you in a condescending manner. I will never order from this business again.
