My absolute favorite Bath and Body Works in the area!! The workers are always so pleasant and helpful; not pushy or trying to make you buy something. They always have a great selection for SAS and are usually up to date with new releases too!

Smaller location, so does not have as many of a selection. Didnt have the have the holiday materials like Orland. The customer associates can be nice. However, I have experienced some unprofessionalism.

Wondering why they are closing at 5 p.m.?? People are working and this does not fit most work schedules I am aware of!! I understand the whole COVID cleaning, but can you stay open until at least 7 p.m. for all of the not out of work or working from home?? Just asking!!

I love this location. The staff is always upbeat, friendly, and helpful. One associate there, Irene. Is really exceptional. Always friendly and I feel she goes and beyond! She made my experience amazing by showing how to use the app and maximize my shopping experience. Truly exceeded my expectations.

I love the sales that bath & body works have. This location is very nice. The employees are very nice. I love the candles and I love the lotions and soaps. My favorite scent would have to be Cashmere glow but they do not ever have it at this location.

I shop at bath and body works almost every other day and because of a deal going on, I made a pit stop at this location which is not my normal store. The staff here are absolutely rude. Also, I was next in line and literally spent 10 minutes because the associate kept pausing to socialize with the customer instead of taking care of myself and the line of people behind me. Lastly, they wouldn’t even grant me the deal and the coupon. They said it was either or, mind you it wasn’t 2 coupons. I was furious and they lost my business. I’m so disappointed. Customer satisfaction is not important to some of this stores staff

Bath and body works is always a pleasure to shop at. Ms. Giselle, one of their employees, is always friendly, knowledgeable and a hard worker. Shes a Jacqueline of all trades there. I didnt get her help this time but just about every other time Im in there, shes the one helping me or checking me out at the register. The variety of products and sales are always amazing! Keep up the good work!

I came in the store today to use my coupons. The line was really long but the sale was really good. The store was clean they had a lot of product out the sales associates in the store were very nice they did open up a third register so the wait time got even shorter. More convenient than going in the mall

I like the fact that this is a stand-alone location because it has ample parking and its very convenient to not have to walk through a mall to gain access. This store is always very well-stocked (even during semi-annual sales) and the employees are consistently friendly and eager to assist customers. I love this location!!!

$6 Aromatherapy and Mens fragrance were the sale. Out of some of the scents. My only issue and I think this is at all BBW, the lines Re super slow.

I was checked out with an associate named Hannah and I felt that she was being rude, she barely gave me eye contact, she put all of my items in a very small bag that ending up ripping, she assumed that I didn’t have enough to pay on a card, she over all treated me differently than everyone else, I felt unwanted at the store I definitely will not be coming anytime soon if she’s there.
