I dont usually write reviews but I had to do this to save someone else from a bad experience. We brought in 3 watches for replacement, one being a slightly more expensive watch, they completely destroyed the back of the watch with gouaches in the cover and bezel everywhere. The person who worked on it apologized and said we tried a bunch and we scratched it and couldnt open it, the manager at the time STEVE was asked in front of me what their policy on scratched watches is, and his exact response was it happens then walked away, i asked for his name when leaving and said I would be going to corporate which I just got done doing to report his location and his terrible attitude and his response was laughing it up as I left and told me go ahead. Im not the type to complain but this was the worst service I have ever had hands down. Managed to get a hold of the a main office and am filing a formal report and will be seeking damages.

All good with reprogramming my key fob for my Kia Soul. It took Steve a little while but was able to successfully program the key fob and it works perfectly. I never knew they offered this service which is substantially less than the dealer. Thumbs up to Battery Plus!

Always helpfull and prices are in line with other online suppliers. For this order I was going to have to purchase 4 batteries from other suppliers but Batteries and Bulbs allowed for the purchase of just the 2 I was in need of!

Unapologetic explantaion of stingy 14 day return policy. Employee also mentioned 20% re-stocking fee. Said policy was clearly listed on all receipts. The recipet stated that returns must be made within 14 days IF the product was shipped directly to you. Why would the company have such deceptive verbiage on the recipet. I inferred this to mean there was less time restriction for returns on a normal purchase since I bought this item in store.

Customer service, knowledge and speed were second to none in that facility. I will go out of my way to use that site for all my future needs

Follow up on my iPone 6 issue- been chasing this business firb9 months for restitution. I sent multiple letters (including certified) and request for replacement - no response, so I have had to file small claims court in this business - will keep people aprised of the results of my lawsuit.Also- their corporate ownership in Wisconsin is a lousy franchiser who doesnt care about their brand or service standards- they fail at customer service. Buyer beware of their fraudulent repair claims. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR PHONE and will not make restitution without legal action.My photos of their damage to my phone has 1000+ views by potential consumers - so take my advice and your business dollars elsewhere - they will screw you if they fail.Notice the cowardly business owner picks and chooses who to respond to on google reviews - he knows hes I the wrong but doesnt care. Hes got my number but is afraid to call me and make good on this matter .See you in court.

Got my husbands watch batteries replaced at the Tinley Park location 2-21-19 @ 6:00pm. We were so pleased! A reg batterie was $9.99 and a forever warranty was $17.95. It was very fast. The salesman were very friendly and helpful. It is so much cheaper than going to a jeweler at the mall!!! Highly recommend this place.

Needed a car battery. Shopped around. Batteries Plus kept on poping up. I never knew they sold auto batteries! I checked their price and their price was lower by at least $30 bucks.I simply drove to the TINLEY Park store where they grabbed a battery and switched it out in under 15 minutes. No extra fees, no hassle and the young man who changed the battery was very pleasant and very quick.

Late afternoon order for Security Alarm Batteries and I ordered with discount code and picked up an hour later. The young man working there was probably the most courteous knowledgeable person I came across in years.He was trained correctly by acknowledging the customer and multitasking. All without saying...like....well...you know...basically.Valuable resource for sure and the batteries were perfect.

I came to get my iPhone fixed (it was cracked) I have to say from the moment I walked in to picking up my phone, Jennifer and a young kid (not sure his name) where super nice & pleasant!

I use my phone A LOT for work purposes so when the battery started dying half way through the day I started searching for a solution. A quick Google search brought up Batteries Plus. I called the store for pricing and availability and was able to get my phone fixed on my lunch break. It was quick and easy! The staff was very knowledgeable and couldnt have been any nicer. Manager Steve did not call when a message was left for him the previous day to call me back the next morning. His reason -They hadnt performed the tests yet (on a battery that was dropped off at noon the previous day) The correct response of a manger would have been to call me back the next morning, let me know that the tests were not performed and let me know the status of when it will be completed-dont just ignore the message. No excuse for this poor service by a manger! The workers are very helpful.

I always shop here for my batteries and bulbs. Their inventory is expansive; they perform repairs on various items such as cell phone screens, Beats headphones, etc.; the staff is extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable; I simply would not go anywhere else for these types of items. I was there yesterday to purchase a cell phone holder and several batteries for my garage door openers and remote start FOB. Shop there -- you will be happy you did. After purchasing batteries online with my boss’s credit card I found out that she had to be the one to pick them up. They wouldnt even credit her card for the core charge that wasnt suppose to appear on the card! They wouldn’t even give it to me in cash! My boss doesnt live anywhere near the store, it would be impossible for her to pick up the batteries in a timely manner. As these batteries were used for an emergency lighting system it was imperative we get these batteries ASAP! After speaking to several different Battery Plus employee’s we convinced them to let me pick the batteries up. Once there I found they didn’t have the brand I ordered and there was an up-charge! After complaining they decided to wave the additional cost however, they still have the $27 core charge, and yes they have the old batteries! If they had explained this to me prior to making the purchase I could have made other arrangements. This exchange was not handled very professionally at all! Unfortunately for Battery Plus I have several more large battery purchases to make and you can bet it won’t be with them!P.S.I dont blame the store or its employees, this was company policy. The employees did what they could to make the exchange as forgivable as possible.

They completely ruined my iPad. Went in for a screen repair and left with the touch home button not working at all and it powering down whenever it feels. Then they tried to tell me the button was broke before I bought it in, which it wasn’t it worked perfectly. They don’t take responsibility and will blame you but I’m contacting my credit card company to hopefully get my money back.

Came to this location for a back-up A/C adapter/charger for my laptop computer. I only came to their location because after entering my computer make and model, their website indicated that they had the specific charger I needed in-stock. When I returned home from the store and tried to use the charger with the laptop computer, I discovered that it was not the correct charger for the computer. I then returned to the store with the laptop computer in-hand to ensure that we could test the other chargers they had in-stock. We quickly realized that none of the chargers they had in-stock would work with my laptop computer. We are not talking about an obscure brand laptop either. Its a very popular Dell laptop, which again, I was able to enter from a drop-down menu on the stores website which told me they had it in stock. After wasting a lot of time on the above exercises all I got was a shoulder shrug from the store employee and an oh well attitude. No apology and no suggestion for a solution. I will not return to this location.

More expensive than the place up the street. Didnt have screen replacement on hand. Saved myself over $50 and had same day service up the street. Customer service was also grumpy.

Very mixed experience with this store. Initially, I found the sales person informative and helpful. He told me up front what to expect and I appreciate that. But when I picked up my item he had done work that was unnecessary and charged me for things he knew were not going to be needed. I feel this is not very good for customer relations and I will take my items elsewhere in thefuture.

DO NOT get replacement batteries from here!!!I wanted to get replacement batteries for my wireless key fob. So they replaced it in the back and I paid for the service fee. Now its been 4 months and the keys are dead but also note that these keys lasted 3 years without have to replacement the battery. TOTAL RIP OFF! Do not waste your money here!

When I came to pick up my phone at 6 pm there were 2 different people there which made communication difficult questions I had could not be answered but thats ok because I have my phone and can call in the morning. Would you believe that all i needed was to reprogram my car key instead of buying a completely new Fob. Mitch was so knowledgeable. He thoroughly did everything like it was his own car. I took my son phone there to be fixed. The screen the home botton, the battery would not keep a charge. Asked them to fix everything the gave me a price of 79.99 for everything. Picked up his phone the only thing that was fix was the screen. Called the same day I picked it up they guy said to bring it back and they would fix it for free. Go to drop it off today and the wanted to charge me 69.99 to fix it again. Said no will take somewhere else.

I bought a deep cycle battery for my backup sump pump at a good price from Batteries Plus Bulbs. The staff was friendly and efficient.

My wife and I met the owner (at least I assume it was the owner) at the Orland Park Chamber of Commerce Expo about a year ago. He noticed that my wifes iPhone 6S had a crack in the screen and offered her a good discount/coupon to get the screen replaced. I asked about whether that repair would void the warranty and he said, No, we use Apple parts. So, for convenience as my wife works very close to this location, she dropped the phone off and had it repaired. Well, we just found out today, that it did void the warranty and were being charged the full $299 replacement cost because of the 3rd-party screen. Beware of this location and misrepresentation.

I ordered replacement battery for cell phone online, had about a 15 minutes wait in line, battery ready and service rep installed in phone; it was the right battery, but unfortunately did not solve my cell phone problems. I received a prompt refunds, returned to cell phone carrier, and new phone on order. I wouldnt hesitate to utilize Batteries and Bulbs again for other needs.

I had my battery replaced there for my 2010 BMW 528 xi. Lost all the settings and my idrive (main display) isnt working anymore!I thought it was because the battery wasnt registered on the car (Some BMW technology). But even after that, idrive isnt coming back up.Advice: They could have told me that they dont feel comfortable changing battery on my car. The guy was nice, he managed to do it even with all customers pouring into the store.
