This place is very compact and small. The price was 25$ a person but its byob and they charge you for each of your bottles. The cigar choices of cigars are terrible nothing was fresh everything was stale and molded only they cheap cigar were fresh. The room was so quite you cant help but be in the next persons conversation. Go somewhere else.

Nice walk in room. If I remember correctly its a minimum of $25 if youre going to stay in there to smoke. Clean and friendly staff

This may sound strange but they probably have the best mango smoothie you could ever try. Their vibes are good but allowing patrons to control the music can really ruin the experience. Ive been here a few times and have had no complaints. However, the last time i was here they let a patron control the music so loud I had to leave in order to continue my conversation.

I took somebody to pick out a very expensive that you have a place on 87th and Pulaski but they say this place is more expensive than what it was but it look all right they had to go through their eyes but you wont be able to buy a mini

Best lounge I’ve been to since I can remember. Comfortable and exquisite atmosphere and the staff meets all expectations.

First off, the staff was extremely rude. My party was overly policed when going to the restroom. Being questioned if we checked in multiple times. The place was not full and the service was so slow and forgetful. Took 20 minutes for my second hookah when I ordered two. I would give one star of the hookah wasnt good. They also locked the door so people could not come in, again place was not close to capacity (I checked). Would not recommend this

I really enjoyed this place and it was my first time there.

Recently came there at around 1130pm, bought 4 cigars to relax til 2am (closing time online). To my surprise, they closed at 12. I was not informed of this. I kinda feel tricked. I wont be back unless they make it right.

Extremely helpful. Went in this evening not knowing what kind of cigars to buy. Had an awful lot to pick from. AJ was extremely helpful and very very patient with me helping me pick out cigars for 4 different people. Very clean, beautiful place. Highly recommend this cigar facility you will not be disappointed.

Great cigar and hookah lounge. It’s actually open till 1am Friday and Saturday nights. They are trying to change the listing since they changed the name so it’s taking a while to update it.I don’t smoke that often and the staff walked me through the different cigar types and gave me a few good mild recommendations.You can smoke hookah in the lounge too in case you have some people who just want to smoke hookah and not cigars. Well ventilated, lots of Tv’s, great selection of cigars. Gets a little crowded but you can usually find a few good seats next to each other.Highly recommend.

Ive been going to this cigar lounge for about a year now. The lounge is very clean, customer service is great. About a few months back it changed ownership...and believe it or not.. it got even better. Mo is the best, knows his cigars, checks in on you often to make sure you are fine...do you need a drink of water or soda...to wipe up the ashes around you. Great customer service and now an even better and larger selection of cigars. I am a loyal customer thats here about once a week at minimum. Check it out you wont be disappointed.

Staff was nice and helpful. The cigar humidor was nicely filled, and they had what I was looking for. The lounge was a but dark but nice atmosphere.

Great cigar lounge! I actually smoked my tobacco pipe there and really enjoyed the environment. I was traveling to Tinley Park for business and it was too cold to smoke outside. This place was comfortable with lots of seating! Great customer service too!

I brought a $100 lighter from them n it stopped working. Didnt have it for a even a year n that man told would even replace it.....I would not buy anything from u all .....I called an asked him before I came n he told bring in n I will try to get to work or replace it...I did n the he said he cant go through warranty....well I didnt buy through warranty.....i will not support this company cause they dont support their customers

Use to like this place until they got this lady that presses you as soon as you walk thru the door..checked my ID (something they never done) has a attitude everytime I come, told me we cant smoke hookah in the area we have smoked before. I rather take my business down the street to Hollywood Smokes!

I like this spot as they always have the smokes I am looking for and always willing to over a suggestion with reasonable understanding that I might just say no. They dont get offended like other places. Plus they seem to be reasonable in price. One of these days Ill actually take the time to sit down in the lounge to smoke.

Great lounge! the outside looks deceiving because it looks small, but when you go in its really big with great ventilation. The selection is also great and already have my goto cigars.

GREAT OVERALL EXPERIENCE! Being a cigar novice can be intimidating especially with the sheer number of cigar choices available. I was warmly greeted and given great recommendations. Was ultimately recommended to try the Drew Estate Undercrown Shade. A great cigar for novices as it is a mild to medium option. I decided to take a seat and enjoy it in their wondeful lounge. All types of refreshments available for free, but went with coffee. Amazing lounge area with magazines and multiple televisions. I cannot wait to go back!

Cool place, clean, pretty organized, and really good selection. They have a couple guys who are really knowledgable with cigars and some that arent which is a bummer when you go on that day. They have multiple locations, and Ive been to the Hyde Park Cigars which is the same chain, different names. Both locations have pluses and minuses. They do have some exclusive cigars as well some rare ones, definately worth checking out.

I like to get there when they open so I can smoke in the quiet and relax. Well, I quit going there recently because the owner gets on his cellphone and screams into it for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. That made it very uncomfortable for me. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Im from out of state and buy my Perdomas from the Cigar Lounge. Always courteous and knowledgeable. A great cigar shop. Had a special running for regulars and gave me the discount too.
