To whom it my concern,I was in the shop on the afternoon of 2/16/2021 and purchased a carton of cigarettes, juul pods, a juul device & two Mr. Fog vape pens. The reason for this email is to inform you that after approximately 10 hits both of the Mr. Fog pens stopped working. I understand this may not be your fault but I am writing this to inform you of my dissatisfaction so that you can address this issue and not discontent future customers.

Always shopped here up until these recent months were I have purchased 2 Mr fog Max Pro that I had tried to authenticate and were fakes. I brought them back and returned them, following this week I have purchased a Yocan UNI Pro and since has exploded causing my home to wreak like deadly metals. Stay away from this shop

The cheapest place for cigarettes, out of cook county and 300 feet from speedway has station over a dollar cheaper per pack and the staff are super friendly with fresh cigarettes

Not sure what’s going on at this place, it used to be pretty good, but in the last 12 months it has gone downhill. Hours are irregular, it’s often closed when posted on the door as being open. Some staff appear to make up prices.

The owner, Rick... he was super nice and was so eager to answer any questions. The prices are great too, but the friendliness directly from the owner and his staff is what will bring me back. He recommended just the right vape I was looking for, and they wont try to fool you out of your money. Great service, I will always be coming back here.

Guy was very helpful but the place is very pricey. If your up for the drive I would visit sonnys vape and tobacco in momence Illinois people are great and prices are too also you get a card for $10 off after spending 50 bucks. Even get free e juice for every mod purchase

Friendly and informative staff very clean.

They did not have a great selection of cigars the last few times I have been there. But my last visit they were remodeling the cigar humidor. So they may have an actual selection. But what bothers me the most was the owners intimidating behavior towards me. My advice to him/them is dont think that every Arab-American patron that walks into your business is there to eyeball or scope out your business. Im just here to buy cigars because I am a cigar smoker.

They always have what you need. Parking is horrible. They have Buffalo wild wings a few doors down and they take up all the parking even though they have reserved parking spots

I was looking for cbd to see if what I have read is true. But I didnt want to wait for online orders. They have it in stock and fairly priced. . To early to have an opinion of the CBD product that I bought.

Spent $160 dollars cash on two new ecigs. Neither of them worked when i got home. Showed the manager and have been continuously told to speak with another guy on a different day. Eventually left my two ecigs there because he told me they were going to talk to their distributor about defects. Now i go in and they claim no recollection of any of this. Be careful. Sly

Sold me fake/bad Juul pods and wouldn’t replace then when I took them in. Horrible customer service and acted as if I was lying about buying the pods from there without even giving me a chance to prove to them. Bunch of scam artist do no buy any products from there they use after market

Horrible customer service and refuses to take ownership of low quality or defective products. Sold me a battery mod for vaping. Gave me a discount because it had a small crack on the back. After three weeks of use the outter rubberized coating began to peel all over, additional cracks formed (I have not dropped or mishandled it, had my last mod for over 3 years) and the lcd screen stopped coming on. When I went back to ask for an exchange (not a refund) he became confrontational with me accusing me of dropping it. When I tried to explain that I had never dropped it he kept interrupting me and would not let me talk saying that he could not exchange something that I used. I asked if it made sense to him that a device three weeks old should be falling apart like this. He asked why I was speaking to him like this and then said he would do nothing for me. I have been coming here for over a year to spend $35 every two weeks for vape liquid but will be taking my business elsewhere now due to the poor customer service.

Excellent service, cheapest prices in vapes and everything you can think of and employees always give a good laugh! the employees are ver helpful and they have a large selection of vapes and liquid.

Terrible customer service. Will not return (or exchange!) an item that broke after less than a month use. Tons of other vape shops to go to, don’t waste your time at this one.

Poor service. They dont seem to understand the concept that, to stay in business, they need to make sales. They let a paying customer walk right out the door all due to disrespectful, rude, know-nothing employee working the register. I suggest taking your business and hard earned money elsewhere.
