The pharmacist is extremely rude. Answering a simple question should not require attitude, it’s just absolutely uncalled for and very unprofessional.
These people gave me covid with the moderna vaccine. After 48 hours I was deathly ill for a week.
People here are nice. Pharamacy is ON POINT. The people who work this pharmacy are on their game, kind, helpful and quiiiiick. Go here instead of Oak Forest CVS. You will not regret it. I feel bad for the employees here for having to pick up the slack of other local not as good CVS locations and other pharmacies but you know what? They got this sh*t...all day.
Drive thru is a joke with their covid testing in the same line as prescription pick-up. Stood in line over 30 minutes to pick up one prescription and the line wasnt even that long.
CVS store i stop here for buying my son kali diaper wipes for his bottom and other items body washed
The pharmacist was rude and condescending. While I was on the phone with her, she was constantly talking with others in the background. When I asked my questions, she was being sarcastic, I would not recommend going to this specific CVS.
Store open until 10pm pharmacy closes at 8pm terrible customer service
Pretty Nice well stocked CVS, good staff. Good pharmacy. Never longer than an hour wait or just 10 min. Havent had any issues or problems with this location. Good job guys...
After my nurse phoned in my prescription I phone CVS the Pharmacist tech in Target to see if she received it and she told me yes. I then asked her if I could pick it up Saturday morning and she said sure. I informed my son who was moving in a new house an hour and 1/2 away that it would be ok to drive put to pick them up and that I would have them. Wrong, I went there and they did have my prescription in stock. Will never use them again for a 90-day supply of anything.
The are consistently not stocked with items. The manager is will say things are ordered and will be here in a couple days but it never happens. I have to drive to orland to get my items from another CVS that actually checks inventory.
Awful pharmacy experience. I started crying as soon as I got to my car—I would never ever treat a patient the way I was treated and I’m also in the medical field. I was then told no pharmacy within a 20 mile radius had the medication I needed. I called the CVS in Target in Tinley and they accommodated me and were so kind and compassionate. They had the medication and guess what, they’re within a 20 mile radius so I was also lied to by this pharmacy. This is my first ever review and usually let things just roll off. I am honestly just so hurt by how I was treated. I truly hope the pharmacy staff thinks of how they would want their family and friends treated and use that as the basis of providing service.
Use a different CVS to fill your prescriptions. On 2 separate occasions I have come here to pick up a prescription after waiting a reasonable amount of time (in excess of an hour) and they haven’t been ready. Seemingly a lack of organization-either that or they are seriously understaffed.
Great customer service employees are always nice and helpful.
Very helpful ladies at checkout and very good and helpful pharmacy. Staff and pharmacy picking up meds.
If the extra care coupon center was not broken down or out of paper so often, I would give the location 5 stars. Friendly staff.
Stopped going to Walgreens. The pharmacist who graduated from North Dakota, Red Head is really great!
Prices are higher than Walgreens
Busy a lot, sometimes you get a crabby person
Pharmacy staff very helpful
