Cheap cigarettes and gas good service from cashiers

Gas station🤷🏾‍♂️. Dont use the squeegee. Its just water in there. Not paper towels. Patrons will cut u off and they are rude. All the pumps work. Icee machine works. Washer fluid is over priced but of course its because they gotta profit.

An easy gas station to get in and out of. My only complaint was the coolers were not as stocked very well. Alot of the product was empty.

I like this speedway in Tinley park, IL. They have a young girl there that is so pleasant and courteous, I believe shes a red-head. She makes speedway look good!

Love this gas station, employees do try there best with customers who are rude nasty and arrogant, over all gas station is very busy, I know its hard to keep up with the cleaniness when theres thousands of people going in and out that place everyday....

All my experiences here were great. We mostly come in the morning time, it’s so busy!!! The cashiers are nice and just friendly. The store itself is clean.

Just recently visited the store on 183rd and Harlem on April 25th at 4pm and while their employees are normally very pleasant, unless you encounter a cashier name Christina very rude to her customers and a very displeasing attitude.

There was no maintence men on shift. The garage can need changing. The vents need to be dusted. Hire someone.

Such big Thefts especially the blonde girl with short memory paid for cigarettes and they never gave it to me in the bag. Came back I realized they didn’t put the cigs in and seen her take it from the shelf.

Always going to get gas ⛽ station and buy cigarettes or bottle of pops or Gatorade drink used to the bathroom sink

The price of gas was very affordable - but the inside of the store was horrible. The floors are very dirty & the food stations arent clean. Definitely wldnt buy anything to eat out of there - unless your desperate. Clerk stated they didnt have enough workers to help keep store clean & tidy - unacceptable for the Tinley Park community.

Well the prices are pretty good and thats why I gave it 2 stars. Otherwise, several pumps were out, so people had to wait at an off-time during the day, receipt tape did not come out and the line was about 15 people long inside.

Its unfortunate that I give this place one star, because honestly the only thing wrong with it is that it takes forever to buy anything in the store. its a super busy location but they dont really compensate by hiring enough people and keeping them at the register. If you know its gonna be this busywhy dont you hire enough people to keep them at the register with all registers full. Occasionally you have to wait for gas, but thats no big deal, I get that its by the highway. I just want to get a cup of coffee in less than five minutes. I want to be able to grab a quick dont understand which on my way to work. But I cant. If Im on my way to work I cannot plan to stop by this place.

Around 3:15am on October 15th, my friend stopped by speedway at 183rd and Harlem in Tinley Park, Il. He stopped for gas half way through an already long and challenging shift, only to then be harassed by the clerk working tonight because he was in his police uniform. This type of behavior is unacceptable. What happened to customer service? What happened to professionalism? He is a loyal speedway customer who did not deserve the treatment he received tonight.

Customer service was terrible. I asked a simple question VERY NICELY and the coworker rolled her eyes and gave me attitude.

Nice employees that deal with lots of people that come in and out at high speeds. Many complaints Ive seen are by people who wander around aimlessly and then get mad at employees for not being able to read your mind. Treat people with respect because the employees here always do, and many even treat you with a smile.

This store is extremely busy & needs more help. I was told by one of the cashiers that the lines had to go down before someone replaces the tea canister with more tea as all of the employees do not know how to make it. When I politely asked a young black female worker if there was a way the canister could be refilled, she ignored me & a couple minutes later I finally saw her working behind the registers which is what prompted me to ask a second employee who stated what I said above. Today, August 26, 2018 has a heat index of 105 degrees & they’re not even trying to keep their drink canisters full. Apparently, this store has very poor management & lack of employee help for such an extremely busy location

This is the SLOWEST Speedway. You will not stay less then 5 min in line. 6 cash registers and 2 employees that really dont give a dang

Stopped here for a potential rest stop. No coffee. No hot food. No toilet paper in the ladies room. And the ladies room smelled like it hadnt been cleaned in way too long. Worst stop on the road that Ive seen in quite some time

Can’t blame the employees for not being properly trained. Five employees and only one register open all the others were busy doing other stuff while 10 people stand in line. One day Quiktrip will come to the Chicago area and gas stations like this will cease to exist.

This gas station is by far the worst of all speedways. The workers here are absolutely ignorant. They have no respect or patience even for the loyal and good customers. The Asian manager is the rudest of them all! She seriously needs to be fired ASAP. Ive seen her several time short change customers of their money including myself for the 2nd time. I will no longer shop at this location again. This location get no stars from me and many other people I know feel the same. I would pay to see any of these workers including the Asian lady to work 1hr in any of the citys gas stations by the African Americans. THEYD EAT THEIR ASSES ALIVE!

Just had the worst service ever in this gas station, employees are not polite not groomed and theres always long lines. the bathroom smells this is through a property manager you need to lighten things up a little over there buddy or we are going to Shell

This place advertises “No Cook County Taxes.” Meanwhile in Cook County right now prices for a gallon is 20 cents cheaper and has been for a few weeks. Price gouging

You all REALLY need to hire more people. Obviously, this Speedway generates a lot of business. You should absolutely have more than 2 registers open at any given time. I walked out of there because you all had only 2 registers open with an entire station full of people and the lines went all the way to the BACK of the store, and werent moving quickly at all. My cars battery gave out after pumping some gas, and an employee was kind enough to pull up his car and give me a jump in freezing temperatures. Gas prices are always the lowest in the area and customer service exceeded my expectations.

This place desperately needs inspection. Extremely dirty and unsanitary. Every single trashcan was overflowing liter EVERYWHERE. Sending trash into the street and neighboring businesses. Even the bathroom trashcans were overflowing and smelled awful. Need to clean up their act. I wouldnt normally take the time to review a gas station but seeing trash blowing everywhere was depressing. None of their food and drink that wasnt packaged snacks looked too disgusting for consumption.

Its a Horrible Experience everytime I go there and Management is awful. I just cant understand why one or two registers are open when the place is always packed and lines are always long. I just dont get how Businesses like this stay profitable, especially when the customer service is as awful as this place.

These workers need more help. This place is a zoo. Between people parking their cars and shopping inside, everyone gets stuck. They have 1 person working each side.The lines are horrible and I’ve got pinned between cars.

Watch what you are being charged at this place!!! Every other time I get a carton of cigarettes, the price changes back and forth between $67.00 and $71.00.

This is the busiest speedway ever. You cannot get in and can get trapped and unable to leave.

Avoid this place if you can. They have a ton of pumps, but theres always a line. Mainly because people leave their cars at the pump while they go in to store, regardless if there are people waiting! This is not the place to go if you simply want to gas and go.

16 pumps and generally around four are usually broken/not working, sometimes more. Place is a dump. Avoid.
