From empty shelves, to dirty floors this store is in dire need of a management shakeup. Terrible customer service, especially from the “employee “ who rather talk to the customers in a nasty demeanor while she drinks pop and continues to sit….while the lines are long.Have an employee that’s dedicated to only working with customers that need balloons instead of all the cashiers leaving constantly to help with balloons, therefore leading to long lines as other customers have to wait.

Definitely 5 stars! ⭐️I went on March 3rd of 2021. The store is really organized and clean! Even though its not the biggest dollar tree store, It felt big. They had everything I needed and more. I didn’t see no empty shelves. It is definitely a well stock dollar tree!There were two people on cashiers, whenever it got busy, another lane open. I can appreciate that.Very good customer service from the cashier, she bag my purchase with care. She had a nice personality.The other associates in the stores were nice as well. There was a young man asking customer if they needed help. Thats rare to see these days. He was very polite and eager to do his job!!

They did not have any cards the cards were barely filled. They never usually have much stock out. They usually only have one register open. And its hit-and-miss on nice employees in there. I would rather drive to 20 minutes to a different location then go to that one. That one is only for when Im in a pinch.

Not coming here again. I usually go to the dollar tree in Mokena but was driving by this one and decided to stop by. I just left this place and decided to leave this review right away. I went to pay and the manager at the register was so rude. She should not be in charge. I went to another register where Georgetta was at. She was very kind. There was another lady who also mentioned to Georgetta that the manager was extremely rude and should not be a BOSS!!!

Unlike other locations in the south suburbs, this locate is well stocked. In addition, they dont have the stupid pole attached to the carts. I love to stock up on cleaning supplies. All which require the use of a cart.

Best Dollar Tree store out of all the other ones Ive been too. Its very neat and clean. The only bad experience I had today was that the cashier was very rude to me. All I did was put the divider stick behind my items so that the customer behind me could put his items on there and she got an attitude with me and got really mad at me which was ridiculous.

Ignorant cashers in crestwood store..just cant believe how they treat customers..they need to be fired...we pay for their weekly checks

1 cashier is ringing and she had a line of about 15 people. Finally Allen for help and another cashier appeared only to have a pro lem with that. Customer with the balloons. Them another cashier appeared and finally her line went done. Cashiers were not very friendly at all. MANAGER should of taken the lady with the balloon problem and let the cashier ring. Its not a very good level of customer service in that store anytime that I have gone there. Be a use of that I usually go.to another dollar store because it.Always a checking out problem with 1 cashier ringing and 10 people in line.

My cashier just now was an older lady and was coughing and saying that she might have Covid but can’t find her insurance card to get tested at CVS. Why would you let her come in and work around people?

I absolutely love this Dollar Tree, they are clean and very organized! You can find everything you need at home at this location! The cashiers and all personal are very friendly and always working. Loved the store! Best one Ive ever been in. BUT..... There was one ignorant, black cashier who was taking customers one or two at a time. I went to get in her line and she said not you. I am 76 years old and caucasian. A minute later she motioned to a black lady who was behind me in another line to come to her line. Then she was hugging another black lady.

This is the place to be. Whether you are having a party, a sit-down dinner, just going going in to pick up some snacks, this is the place to shop. Anything I need I can find a Dollar Tree. My friend called me the Dollar Tree Queen because I will go to any Dollar Tree I see and I know that Ill find something that I want or can use. Today myself and a friend went in so the we could buy things to take to the homeless along with food. We had 2 shopping carts filled with things for them. I never pass a Dollar Tree without going in to see what they have

I was surprised when I went there this morning, no long lines. Its usually very busy. Its a very clean and well stocked store.

I love this Dollar Tree. I can always find what Im looking for and even things I want looking for.

Although several Dollar Tree stores have been a great place to shop, I encourage all patrons who decide to continue shopping at any Dollar Tree, please take into consideration your and others health. Since some Dollar Tree and Family Dollar stores no longer make it mandatory to enter and shop throughout the store without a mask, MAKES IT VERY RISKY for human lives to catch this horrible virus that has attacked and continues to attack us and our loved ones. Millions of lives have been affected by this pandemic. Come on people, do the right thing!! Help get the message to the owners of these chains, mandate all employees and patrons wear masks while working and shopping. Until this happens, I am staying away from these stores. The sooner we all cooperate, the faster conditions will get better. THINK PEOPLE.

Love this store! Always have a nice selection. Ive had 3 employees complain to me about how little money they make. Not sure why they feel comfortable talking to customers about their paycheck. Its still a great place to shop.

The staff here aren’t any help. They stand around doing nothing while 3 people are doing all the work. I heard one of the workers with my own ears telling another coworker to do what she does and do nothing. The store is disgusting And dirty. The lady who was blowing up my balloons is so rude. The staff glare and make fun of customers. Something needs to be done about all of this.

I just came back not long ago and my experience was horrible. The store was very dirty and very unorganized. I couldn’t find anything and the staff was not friendly what so ever. At the cashier, an older lady was very rude, disrespectful, and racist. I said hi and she completely ignored me. When I asked her a question about the payment she can all of a sudden hear me now! Even my 8 year old brother noticed how rude many of the staff was and he asked me why they were acting like that. I won’t be coming here again.

Lines are extremely long all the time and there’s never enough cashiers. I feel like they’re always understaffed every time I come in. Customer service is not the best. I once witnessed them saying they don’t have helium because “she didn’t want to blow any up today”

I would like to give a Zero star. Mr Eric prefers to help only white people. I used to like this place but today Mr Eric who was serving at the counter made my experience worst. He was randomly walking around the store and helping only specific people mostly white. When I got to the counter, he did not even communicate with me well. I stood there like a fool for 5 mins until I realized there was a small closed sign there. Though there was a closed sign Eric was helping customers based on his own preference which was very rude and weird. My worst experience, likely may never go if people like Eric work here and mistreat and disrespect customers.

I love what the store has to offer in regards to merchandise. Very poor customer service, I have NEVER had good customer service shopping here.

I get a lot of wonderful things from the Dollar Tree! But this time they were not really fully stocked.

Altho very close to home, everytime I run there for something, its a waste of time. Last few trips have been the worst. Honestly thought they were going out of biz. Empty shelves. Everytime I ask, Im told the night ppl stock thats why nothings on the shelves. The line was literally to back of store with ONE very slow moving cashier. While 3 other employees were chattering & laughing doing nothing by the balloons. Several of us spoke up. Manager said cash registers were broke! Funny I guess only 1 was working??? Ppl were walking in, seeing the line & walking rt back out. The woman in front of me was complaining the most & asked for corparate office #. It was not given to her & ironically rt after she walked out, they opened another line. Everyone was yelling we thought your registers were broke! This was obviously a lie. All the employees were just talking & laughing amongst themselves. Horrible, horrible store. Between no stock & hideous management, I now drive to Crestwood DT. Its well worth it!! If TP doesnt get better manager, I predict this store will be another empty building.

The Manager Kelvin is so rude, he didn’t want to blow up a ballon for me. Told me I had to get a ballon that had been sitting up there all day. Then proceeded to snatch the new ballon out of my hand and throw it in the garbage. I will never shop at this Dollar Tree ever again.
