Went to buy protein powder. The 2 guys there talked me out of the one I wanted to buy, which liked very much, stating it was being discontinued because it contains sawdust. Recommended their brand, which was only available in a size that cost $60. Got it home and discovered it was SUPER sweet and disgusting. After some research, found out they lied about the brand I preferred. Will NEVER spend another nickel there. They cant be trusted, dont take their advice. Theyre liars and dont know what theyre talking about.

I went to this GNC location looking for a bariatric multivitamin substitute and when the gentleman did not know what I was talking about he told me to go to another store and ask them. He said it in a very rude way and when I turned around and asked him who he was because the other employees were directing my question to him so he seem to be the manager he told me don’t worry about who he was very unprofessional

I am a loyal customer of GNC and I have been for years. Yesterday, my husband and I walked into this particular location and was not greeted at all. After about 15 minutes of being in the store the employee who is Caucasian with classes was standing at the register talking to another customer and still did not acknowledge my husband nor I. Finally, we get in line and he was still talking to the other customer and it was now going on another 5 minutes of them talking, the customers says to him how about you take care of these folks and then we can finish our conversation. I asked the gentleman do they sell a product by called “Sweet Sweat” here. He rudely responds to me “We don’t believe in that product here and the product doesn’t work”. I then said to this gentleman that I’ve bought the product at GNC before then he says to me that product is a scam and it doesn’t work and I don’t know why people think that by putting this product on it’s just going to work and make them lose weight. With all of this being said I hope he gets fired because he is very rude and I won’t be returning to this location ever!

Not a smart business move on their end. They stopped the discount on their Pump Fuel Insanity preworkout. I drive pass multiple GNC locations for Tinley’s PFI discount. It’s a shame they stopped, I will be shopping at at the GNC closer to my home. Customer lost.The manager is cool, the staff he hires not so much.

I go to GNC alot and I have to say this was exceptional customer service. The manager Matt was very knowledegeable, as well as helping me with my interests with a preworkout. He did not just sell me a product he gave me quality information on the products and also hooked me up with some samples. Hands down greatest GNC experience, I would recommend going to this place.

I came right before they closed but I called to let them know. I picked out my preworkout and the guy goes u have to spend 100 dollars or you can’t buy. I thought he was joking so I made a joke back and then said he was serious and kicked us out horrible business 0/5

The manager there was quick to help me on arrival. I told him my goals and my previous supplements and he helped me pick out the items that were best for me! He was very helpful and he was very smart on nutrition and was a very nice guy. I highly recommend going to this GNC if you aren’t super knowledgeable about GNC products. He will be sure to help you.

This is a smaller GNC and family owned. The knowledge that they shared with me was amazing. Very friendly and very helpful.

They are super knowledgeable and will work with you to find the best products to help you with your individual goals. Very fair pricing. They gave me a few samples and they were exactly what I needed to convince me to come back and buy the full product. This is definitely my go to location!

First time there since just moved to the neighborhood and the manager Matt was extremely knowledgeable and I felt like I not only paid for a product but also the knowledge that came along with it.

Horrible customer service, I had a return and the customer service rep said he couldnt return due to it was a family franchise. Needless to say I was going to purchase other items but because of my inconvenience I will NEVER buy from this stor EVER!
