It’s been a very long year with my Dads health so when making his hearing appointment I was just thinking it was just another task for me. However when we arrived the environment was quiet yet welcoming. It was not the usual over crowded waiting room I’ve been use to going to the last few months. We were greeted when we first walked in and while filling out the paperwork Meg popped out to let us know she would be right with us. But what impressed me the most about our visit was Meg was very patient, understanding to my Dads special needs ( since he just had open heart surgery and a stroke a few months back so he was not filling his best) but Meg was professional and personable and even sympathetic as she listened to my Dad and I talk. What a great experience plus she helped us out with finding the best deal possible for Dads hearing aide. I will recommend Meg she was great… ☺️

I have now had 3 appointments at Connect Hearing in Tinley Park. The first was to have a hearing test, the second was to purchase and be fitted for a hearing aid, and the third was a follow up visit to ensure my new hearing aids were properly adjusted. Making the appointments was very easy, and the staff keeps very close to the time for which the appointment is scheduled. All personnel at Connect Hearing are not only very pleasant, but they are also very professional. The office waiting area as well as the examination area are both very clean. I am very happy that I found Connect Hearing for my hearing needs.

I have been using my new hearing aids that I got from Connect Hearing since August and I can tell you they are the BEST hearing aids I have ever owned and I have been wearing them for years now. Never rushes through an appointment. Jacynda isn’t satisfied until I’m comfortable with my hearing aids. Lauren has always been most accommodating and efficient. Don’t think I’ll ever have to change locations or services.

A big plus is that they are in addition to a wide range of hearing aids is that they are a Lyric dealer, the only truly hidden, non-maintenance hearing aid. Ms. Palacios, an audiologist is not only knowledgeable but always very upbeat and helpful. Dealt with other hearing aid dealers - This is the best experience Ive had.

Did you know that Connect Hearing also removes earwax build up? I have been going to Connect Hearing in Tinley Park, IL for a few years now. I have small ear canals and the wax builds up to the point that I cant hear. About every 6 months I go see Dr. Jacynda Palacios, at Connect Hearing and she is amazing. Just recently I took my daughter in as she has had swimmers ear this summer, Dr. Palacios took great care of her. She checked both ears and only one needed to be tended to. She actually didnt even charge me for my daughter as it was something she could get with just a Q-tip. She is honest and fair with her treatment and costs. I will continue to see her every 6 months. The audiologist Jacynda Palacios does an outstanding job in assuring you are tested in their enclosed audiology booth to accurately determine your hearing needs and assure you receive the best hearing solution. Jacynda is warm, pleasant and a great listener to your issues and the result is fantastic. The prices are much better on the hearing aids and the result is what you want. We had another company before that was more costly and did not deliver the best solutions. I took my aunt to connect hearing. Jacynda was wonderful. She took her time and explained every thing so my aunt whose almost 88, could understand. Connect Hearing is a very professional organization. The receptionist, Lauren, has been very helpful in setting up appointments and assisting with account information. The audiologist, Jacynda, is amazing. Not only is she professional and knowledgeable, but she is both kind and sweet. She treats my elderly mother with respect directing information, questions, answers to my mother (something not all in the medical profession do especially with someone hard of hearing). We are in the beginning stages of mom getting use to her hearing aides. With the follow up calls from and visits to Jacynda, I feel confident that Jacynda has my mothers hearing health at the top of her priorities. I only wish that we had gone to Connect Hearing sooner.
