Every time I have an appointment, both Jo Ann the receptionist and the clinician I meet with are friendly, highly professional and willing to answer any questions I have.

The service I received was great but very disappointed to hear that from now on my $65 will just get me in the door then after that I will pay for the doctor to look in my ears and clean my hearing aid is extra along with changing each any every part! That is beyond ridiculous and I’m very upset!

I am treated courteously. My questions are answered satisfactorly. My hearing aids work well.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the Hearing Lab here in Tinley Park. The hearing exam given was very detailed and the results were clearly reviewed with me. After purchasing my first set of hearing aids, the hearing aids were custom programmed to my specific hearing needs. The hearing aids have been performing flawlessly and a couple of times the programming was modified per my requests. Since the purchase all of my semi-annual checkups have been free, as well as a continual supply of batteries. At each visit the function of the hearing aids is tested and any required cleaning / adjustments are made. JoAnn always greets me with a great attitude and even calls to remind me of upcoming appointments. Dr. Heidi is a great Audiologist. She has patiently answered my many questions and cares deeply about my quality of life as related to my ability to correctly hear what is going on in the environment around me. I recommend this care provider.

Doctor and receptionist are caring and work well as a team. Doctor is professional and knowledgable about hearing problems. Informed me that there is an attachment that I can clip on to my hearing aids that may prevent losing them.

Dr. Heidi is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely caring and uses state of the art equipment to precisely tune my hearing aid. I go to Hearing Lab in Tinley Park IL. I went today 5 24 21 to have my hearing aids cleaned . After returning home my hearing aids dont work as well as they did before the cleaning.
