I didnt get his name. But, I was at the FedEx store on Sunday, 2/16/20 at 1:30pm. The young man that helped me with my shipping was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Thanks so much!

Employees don’t have a clue what they are doing. Paid insane rate for next day shipping, and specifically mentioned a snow storm and how I didn’t think the package would arrive on time and if it wasn’t gonna be there next day, I wouldn’t ship it at all. He guarantees me it will arrive next day and even after I mention the snow storm again, he never mentions that they do not guarantee delivery if there is incliment weather. So next day we’re watching tracking and it switches to Monday delivery of course. I call immediately and tell them just send it back, they say I have to file a claim online, okay. Monday, still no package even though tracking says it was delivered. I call again to document it, they say the same thing file a claim online, so I do and there’s a character count on the claim so I didn’t even get to explain the whole story. Anyways, today my claim got denied, so I call again and got through to the revenue department, they tell me there’s nothing they can do and the employee shouldn’t have told me that. and from now on everything and anything I ship with fedex, I’m paying in all dirty pennies. Incompetent employees will always ruin a good business.

The staff was incredibly helpful and very nice. I didn’t catch the name of the employee who rang up my order, but after looking at the other reviews here, I believe it was Deonte.
