This place is on top of it we climb cell towers and left one of our radios at a hotel in town the hotel refused to help ship it back to us but the guys at the ups store went out of their way to pick it up from the hotel for is and shipped it out to is we are very grateful

The recent construction in this area has caused a few minor inconveniences with the parking, but it looks like theyll be done soon. But the staff in Tinley Park have been great! Professional, polite and friendly.

I loved the assistance the young gentleman at the register gave me. very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. However while hes assisting me the phone rings which no one picked up..as hes attending me the manager calls him to the back, yells at him, and yells how hes supposed to be multitasking, amongst other things (rude) very unprofessional for me to hear how the assistant is being mistreated in such an ugly manner. Why didnt he get up and answer the phone!!!!

Let’s be clear - Anthony is the only saving grace for this company. The company itself feeds this man so much BS that he is neck deep in constantly trying to resolve disputes and claims. Still, not to mention impressively, he has remained diligent and in my side as well as very organized and considerate. After UPS damaged a several thousand dollar item, Anthony has not once left me or the recipient in the dark and we cannot be more thankful for his tenacity and diligence. I will continue to ship with this company despite the severe hiccup on the company’s part solely because of Anthony. Tip-top guy and manager all around. A+ for UPS Tinley Park, D- for UPS Corporate.

Dropped off a package here to be returned to a third party seller through amazon. I didnt have tape for my label and was told that it would be handled and given a receipt. Not only did they give me the wrong receipt (somehow they managed to click a different package) but now they refuse to take responsibility for the now LOST package, pawning me off on the ups corporate line which is automated and wont allow me to talk to a real human being. THEY ARE FRANCHISE OWNED AND IF YOURE PACKAGE GOES MISSING THEY WILL DO NOTHING.DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Be careful when you use this UPS . We were in the process of moving. Had 2 deals fall through. At first this place was great but when I needed a little grace period for my mail until everyone contacted by me, the owner said its a year and Id have to pay or he was putting return to sender. For the few pieces of mail while I finally straightened out the last of my mail changes, he was going to charge me full price. Even though I had been a very good customer for years. There are plenty of other shipping stores.

This UPS Store is the bests ever. The staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. Anthony is the BEST!!!! They all deserve a raise.

It’s crazy that they charge you $2.50 to print UPS labels. Fedex will print a FedEx label for free for you because you are using their service. I already paid the $$$ for the postage but you are also going to charge me to print the label?

I have used this UPS store for many years after being let down by other franchises and he has never disappointed us . We have come to him several times with printing projects with very tight deadlines and he has never let us down. Why the low reviews/stars? I’ve always had a very positive experience at this UPS store! The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes it can be busy, but one has to be patient. They do their best to meet their customers’ needs.

Horrible customer service received from a young man behind the counter. This statement is 100% true. I was rushed, there was absolutely no patience nor customer service from the young man, and I was charged more than I was suppose too.

I normally write reviews but I felt compelled to share my experiences with this facility. I didnt just deal with them once or twice, I had a mailbox here for over two years and had regular dealings here at least 1-3 times a week. The service was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. I am moving away from this area, but I truly enjoyed dealing with this store. Thank you for everything!

Great customer service! I was getting a picture enlarged because I wanted a poster size, the lady at the desk was very helpful in my decision making and even provided a huge book that had a lot of photo options. When I left the store, about 30 minutes later she called me and had explained that the picture was not coming out right so I had went back. She was absolutely right and did not charge me anything for the poster since it did not come out the way that I wanted it to. She also did not charge me for a previous print even though I was more than willing to pay for it! I truly hope that she is still working there because she had made my UPS experience fantastic compared to previous visits at the orland park location. This store is also very clean and has office supplies for those in a time pinch!

Horrible customer service received from a young man behind the counter. The young woman, who stated she just started, was very pleasant. However, the young fella was very curt when responding to a question. He should be trained on customer service or promptly terminated. I suggest the latter. If a person doesnt have a professional and innately kind demeanor, then that person should not interact with the public. Poor hiring choice!

Tiny sign hard to find this UPS store is tucked in one of the busiest corners of traffic in Sw suburb of Chicago. There is a maze of strip malls banks coffee shops & giant warehouse discount shops.

Always easy to Ship here. Plenty of parking.

I ordered a $3500 laptop and waited a month for it to be built. Rather than have the laptop delivered home and risk not being there, I chose to have it held at this ups store so I can pick it up afterwork. When it arrived, I went and was told that someone else had signed for it hours prior. Filed a police report, investigation through ups and investigation through the laptop manufacturer. So far, no results have been seen. Dont trust this location as a pickup point.

Zero stars. I brought in a package to return to Amazon. I had the label printed there, and informed the associate of the old label and that it was a return (assuming he would know to cover the old label). Today the package arrived back at my house. I called the store and talked to the owner who 1) denied all responsibility for his employees actions 2) refuaed to rectify the situation in any way. He was rude and unprofessional and entirely unhelpful.

Super speedy service AND excellent attitude =) ceaser and ryan were very helpful and informative with the packaging needs for my fragile shipment. After getting a rate of a little less than $100 dlrs in Fedex I came to UPS to try to get a rate to ship to Mexico, as soon as I said Mexico the man said you dont want to use ups for that service, its going to be too much of a cost with tax and fees, I asked if it wont get there he said it will but you will be paying more and the regulations in Mexico are bad.Let me tell you, I know this already, I didnt came here wanting to pay $30dlrs, I was just looking for a better rate because I do not want to use USPS. I just left and I guess I will be utilizing Fedex after all.

Ill never go back to this location. All the other guys at the other stores always seem to know what theyre doing. I will however say that the manager at the store is nice

I use this store 2-3 times a week with pre-printed shipping labels on my boxes. Never had a problem and they are quick to get you in and out. I have never used their packing services so I cannot comment on that, but as far as their customer service I plan to keep using them!

Archaic practice. Long story short had to ship something back. The company we purchased sent a return label and instructed us to go to the UPS store and they will take the shipment back for free. But Im sure the company is on some kind of UPS retainer so they are getting paid.Well when I get there I show them the email with the label and they said we have to charge you to print it. Im like ok how much? $3.13!? For a piece of paper? The young lady stated it was $3 computer fee and $.13 cent for the paper. Some vail reasoning of accessing the computer and using their WiFi.Im no cheapskate but I know the value of a dollar.Walked out the store went to the FedEx store in the same plaza who let me print the return label for $.10 cent period. No computer access or absurd fees(so cheaper than UPS all around)So return to UPS and just dropped off the box. Savings myself $3.03.So with them making me do all this extra work and trying to charge for some computer access fee is why they get this review. Its basically the equivalent of charging for tap water at a restaurant (you know gotta pay for the glasses, water, ice maker, dishwasher 🙄)

ZERO stars. Would NEVER USE this UPS location again. Was told that there is a $3.84 CHARGE for cardboard envelope AFTER placing content in envelope and removing adhesive label to ship back to Amazon. The same kind of envelope that you can get for FREE using FEDEX.

Rude unprofessional service the girl have a bad attitude and the rude guy next to her just interrupted me while I was speaking about a missing package. Dude, hit on her on your own time. Im not going back there!

HORRIBLE! Let me tell you about UPS TINLEY park... did you know they cant ship anything without a zip code? No need for an address, you need the zip code, and when I didnt have it they replied with well how are you going to ship it? I asked can you look it up?... no we dont do that here (did I mention I am at a UPS shipping store)? Mindless idiots

Beware!! Use caution at this location. Elderly people or infrequent users of shipping services, This franchise tries to deliberately overcharge you and grossly upsell you on completely unnecessary services. Only use this location if you already have your own prepaid postage & prepacked your own box. A simple small 6X6x6 box with insurance that would cost $8.00 - $10.00 at United States Post Office, an employee told me would recquire a box that was one size larger, and bubble wrapped with packing peanuts or it would not legally be able to cover the insurance for the package. When I questioned them, as I always used this size box and this facility in the past, they co-conspired with a co-worker to then try to further upsell me and upgrade me to yet another size larger. They wanted to charge more than $28.00. I dont know if they are trying to meet minimal sales quotas at that location but I left and my business elsewhere. Total lack of consumer care and pursuit of the almighty profit is not a sustainable, long-term business strategy with many shipping competitors in the area.
